Also I am going to open thread in "Scam Accusations" part. I think Ukyo is not going to return our shares at all.

PM's
Please complete my withdraw request. This delay is unacceptable!

Please complete my withdraw request. This delay is unacceptable!

Please complete my withdraw request. This delay is unacceptable!

Please complete my request.

+ at least 3 more.

Congratulations, you are the first person I have ever put on ignore.
This was due to constantly spamming me.

While I have control over the email address, I do not have control over the shares as they have not been confirmed to be moved to the new PT bitcoin address.
Apparently Friedcat somehow is not 100% sure what is going on and we are working to resolve this.

Hi FC,

I can confirm that I am not in control of the g.asicminer.pt@gmail.com email address.
I did not see an obvious email address for you there.

[8/31/2013 8:10:35 AM] Ludvig: Addresses to be transfered from are the following
[8/31/2013 8:10:39 AM] Ludvig: 1Ep3QFm5uqfoqPMG4HKq6yauMhdtyQTAsG

...

[8/31/2013 8:10:50 AM] Ludvig: give FC that info and your new Bitcoin address
[8/31/2013 8:10:53 AM] Ludvig: CC me so I can confirm

Please transfer to the following address:

Thank You,
Ukyo / Jon
Hi Ukyo and DeaDTerra,

Since we have no idea of what's happening. Would you please explain it to us? Do you need us to transfer all shares from both 1Ep3QFm5uqfoqPMG4HKq6yauMhdtyQTAsG and 19mvuvS2VgCWDtfGpsLnJAPhBp2ZcWM3xQ to 124pXdLYTZtAQ95gHdL43fTofaS5bHqAFi? Or is it just 145 shares? Thanks.

Best regards,

friedcat

DT has already sent a response to FC explaining that the PT and responsibilities are transferring over to me.

Again I place the reminder that until the share count issue is resolved, there will be no transfers.

Except that the asset is not dead, and as of right now some people would have to be shorted shares because there is a mess that we are in the process of cleaning up.

I think btct.co does solve this quite well. One transfer per month is free , everything else requires a fee to be paid (I think this limits most arb trading). Why not make that fee a small percentage of the to be transferred value (based on the current current market price the moment the transfer is requested). You could even share that fee with friedcat to compensate him for his troubles.
On a personal note: I would like to see the option to transfer to other PTs directly. This makes things so much easier if you've chosen one PT and want all your shares to be in one place. (all exchanges have advantages/disadvantages to them).

One more thing:
Can you please clarify your position of the share transfer out of your PT as soon as possible (required shares [if any, I hope you adopt the transfer-rules of the other PTs], fees fur multiple transfers, whether or not transfer to other PTs will be possible or not).

Thank you for your effort.

Hmm,  I don't thing charging a fee alleviates the issue of the work for FC. Even if its one transfer per month, people will just make additional accounts to transfer to to get around it.

I have had discussions with Burnside about direct PT transfers already. While we would both like to do it, it does cause an issue of issuing shares that the PT's fund's wont get paid for, along with other issues like if either side somehow 'generated' shares and sent the extra shares to the other PT which sells into the market unbacked. There are a lot of issues with this.

As for clarifying the position, that's the point of the discussion. Wink
I have had several pm's from people with suggestions. Apparently some people do not want to share their opinions in public and cause a flame war. Which is fine by me. If you have a suggestion feel free to PM me.
283  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: September 01, 2013, 08:00:57 PM
Hi everyone,

I have sent FC the new bitcoin address of 124pXdLYTZtAQ95gHdL43fTofaS5bHqAFi
Please note this down for your records. I expect all future dividends to go to this address.

There is indeed a share count mismatch. There are also still some shares that have not been identified from transfers which may account for this.
I will be taking full responsibility for the difference in shares and deal with it personally at this point to help clean up this mess.

I understand that some of you are frustrated over things, believe me I am as well.
The goal is to get it done, and do it right the first time so there are no more problems or surprises going forward.
Also, it has come to my attention based on the transfers list from FC, that by far the majority of withdraw transfers were for arb purposes.
I can't speak to how much of the incoming transfers are for arb. Only the originating accounts can attest to that.
I know for fact that at least one PT refused to send shares directly to g.asicminer and required users to do two transfers with FC to move shares.
(Which I fully support since that is just arb trading which is not the point. Mind you, giving FC the extra work I do not supprt. Wink

This puts me in a bind because arb trading is not and was not the purpose of the asset. The asset was created to lower FC's load so he can
focus on the important work, not dealing with transfers back and fourth so people can make money, and having unneeded investigative work
and costs.

I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on the matter.

I appreciate the patience shown by everyone during this process as we try to straighten things out.

Sincerely,
Ukyo

Hello,

Dividends are late again.
With no active follow-up in this thread, this pattern is becoming unsettling.

I hope everything is going to be alright, but with no communication my mind (and I assume the minds of others) wanders to the worst case scenario.

Thank you,

_thejestre

This is why I am working to take it over. Smiley Hopefully should be done by next payout.
287  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bit Funder] [btcquick] [Rising profits] on: August 27, 2013, 06:26:39 PM
Been waiting for my coins to get through weexchange since yesterday :/

Any thoughts on listing on BTC Trading Corp. as well? I suppose more shares would have to be issued...ahh nevermind. Ill keep waiting.

$500K this month would be awesome, I think we're running out of time though. Next month I'd be impressed with another increase up to $750k.

Keep it up Ascension , I hope everything is running smooth for you guys. I know you've still got hurdles to overcome.

Can you define "waiting"?
WeExchange only requires 6 confirmations when you deposit.
Unless you sent with no fee and there is a huge network backlog should take about an hour.

Transfers are still disabled.

Still have the following:
Complete migration of AM account to new BTC account.
Locate and work with FC on current in-progress claims.

Should be worked out now.

Thanks

From cloudflare:

For the folks having the problem using Linux or Mac OSX could you ask them to run this and provide the output?
openssl s_client -connect bitfunder.com:443 -tls1 -tlsextdebug -status

Thanks,
Ukyo

Had this for last 10 minutes....

'An error occurred during a connection to bitfunder.com.

The OCSP server has no status for the certificate.

(Error code: sec_error_ocsp_unknown_cert)'

From cloudflare:

So far we have not been able to duplicate this in Firefox 24. What version of Firefox are you specifically seeing the issue in?
We will be in touch with our SSL vendor as well here.

Hey there,

Just wanted to again follow up.
The transition is taking longer than expected.
I am hoping that DT and myself will be able to begin the transfer process in the next couple days.
Once that is done I will be getting a full list of all deposits and withdraws from FriedCat and be able to work on balancing things out.

Thank you for your understanding,
Ukyo

Just to make this official..

No matter how long it will take to figure out this "mess" with FriedCat (simply can't understand how such mistakes can appear. May be FriedCat simply fight against PT type of shares?) I get up in the queue:

Code:
request 3:42 PM 13.August.2013 - Withdraw *** G.ASICMINER-PT shares to ****aunL2LB7v3KKmVtK5WbWbEZGVy****.

I only hope that this will not be queue like on MtGox -
"never ending or beginning
On an ever been real."
like in "The Windmills of Your Mind" Cheesy
...
Sorry that was wrong request. Here is correct one.
Code:
request 3:42 PM 13.August.2013 - Withdraw ALL G.ASICMINER-PT shares from bitfunder.com "Vezunchik" account to btct.co "Vezunchik" account if possible. If not - to ****aunL2LB7v3KKmVtK5WbWbEZGVy****.

Why doesn't assbot show BitFunder trades? Your assets are missing lots of free advertising! Smiley

kakobrekla who runs the bot wants 8 btc for it to list the trades to a room of about 130 users.
( Around half of which are in #bitfunder where AssetBot announced BitFunder trades. )

The system (at least WeExchange) was not available for over 6 hours. It would have been nice if you'd given a small notice before the downtime, but thanks for the heads up.

Weexchange should have been fine.

The only issue caused by me was when both had login difficulties.

After a few more hours I'm into both sites.  I sure would like to know what happened.  I think I'm going to hold of doing too much investment until they sort that problem out.

Let me give a more detailed update on what I had to do things on a busy  Friday night.

We have some systems on an older blade chassis as well as routing through it.
This older chassis uses nearly 1.7x more power than the new one.
The datacenter has been allowing us to go over power for some time now with our intention to slowly migrate systems.
Due to their own internal reasons, the datacenter has give us a last minute "request" to try to wrap up this weekend.

There may be a 15~180 minute downtime over the weekend. Exactly when I do not know just yet, but will give a heads up as soon as it is available.

During this period we will be gaining 2 new blades for BitFunder that will assist with additional data integrity and dedicated separated api front end.

Thank you for understanding,
-Ukyo

299  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Closed][GB] KNCminer Jupiter #21 Sold [Added to 8 TH/s Jupiter Pool] on: August 09, 2013, 09:19:54 AM
JUST to clarify so no one gets tar and feathered later..

The offer is a no interest loan that will be paid back first before dividends are released.

Sorry to say I do not have 150 btc to just toss out to everyone. Wink
-Ukyo

We are approaching the final days of waiting for KNC to deliver our Jupiters.

KNC has been chosen  to host the Jupiters, and hosting  with KNC has to be paid in advance.

At todays current exchange rate the cost per hosting a Jupiter  is  approximately .125 a share per month.  $350/30shares/current BTC exchange rate

Jon at Bitfunder has generously offered to pay for the first two months of hosting if you agree to list your SNQ.CoinI and SNQ.CoinII shares at Bitfunder.

To qualify for the hosting prepayment made by Bitfunder,  your  shares must be listed by  August 12th,  2013

Anyone not wanting to participate in this offer  will be asked to make hosting prepayment to  me 1 week prior to KNC announcing shipment of first day delivery Jupiters.

Any Coinsortium  members not making their hosting prepayment on time will be subject to interest on any hosting payments I make on your behalf.

I would like to be able to pay all your hosting fees myself and deduct from mining dividends, but initial hosting fees are going to be in excess of  110 to 180 BTC for the whole group.

-Any members who are currently listed on Bitfunder qualify  for the hosting  prepayment offer and will have their first two months of hosting paid.

-All prepaid hosting payments will be deducted in full from mining income before any dividends are paid.

f you would like to list your shares on Bitfunder, please send me your Bitcointalk username and Bitfunder username

I think we are suffering from transferitis. Wink

I think it will be corrected pretty soon.
Once I take it over completely it will be easier to deal with than DT due to his time zone(?).

-Ukyo

I expect that div's will begin arriving much closer to distribution.
Hello,

What happened to the dividends for 2013-08-07?

Thanks,
