282  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: FOR SALE - Hashra 14mb ASIC scrypt miner - make offer on: October 24, 2014, 05:52:34 PM
.38BTC is too expensive. I would like to start altcoin mining but might have to wait for a while.

lol .38 is 136.00 us dollars for those of you who must convert to a fiat.  this machine is going to cost around 20 bucks to ship. So 115.00 bucks for the machine.  a quick look at whatmine.com and lightcoindark is mining for 3.10 per day averaged over the last 24 hours.  you do the math (rhetorical, don't start breaking down the math for me) .38 isn't TOO expensive.  Also I was already offered .38 so if you aren't interested in making an offer that beats that then I am not sure why you are even responding

Plus anyone looking to mine alts for an extended period of time is delusional. 8-10 months ago it was plausible and profitable but now you can really only mine new coins during the low diffs to be able to expect decent profit.   Having said that, you can easily make your money back at .38. as said before, you kids kill me.

i offered .38 i'll still do it. and it'll take me about 2 months to make that BTC back not counting electricity and with no diff changes. 2 months its really too long of a RIO for me usually but i'm willing to do it for scrypt gear right now
283  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: October 23, 2014, 05:05:19 PM
hahaah its falling apart. they must be running out of money to pay out for the virtual mining
284  Economy / Goods / Re: Romanian AK-47 W/ spare magazine $600 in bitcoin + shipping on: October 23, 2014, 03:59:12 PM
Hilarious video...

Nice weapon...7.62x39 is totally solid.
For all you "Foreigners"....It is completely legal to buy and sell assault weapons in the USA.
Since Sandyhook it got a little more complicated in the land 'o' the free. Each state has it's own laws regarding assault weapons so make sure you know the them before a purchase.

Good luck with the sale, I am not in the market since I already have four. Smiley

this rifle is no an "assault" weapon. "assault" weapons have a burst or full auto selection

Constructive post, please explain why I am a dumbass.

Does really BTCtalk aprove this? Sell illegal weapons?

As far as I can recall, forum policy prohibits selling items that are illegal in the majority of countries...namely narcotics.
Promoting other products or services seem to be fair game, whether it be weapons or Ponzi Schemes (as a heated debated detailed many months ago).

There used to be a post with this sort of information in it somewhere on the forum.

Regarding the rifle, it may be illegal to own in (or ship to) other countries, but here in the States it's perfectly fine.
Yeah but that's the states, it's shipped from Romania. Can I put up an add for drugs here? Pretty sure selling AK 47 in the states online is illegal too.

It's not shipped from Romania, and merely advertising online is not illegal in the US.

depending on what state you're in, selling a rifle private to private is not illegal in the US as well

295  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Spiceminer's Ant Viewer - Online monitoring stats! alerts - Antminer monitoring! on: October 21, 2014, 05:16:15 PM
i can add it to be able to scan any range, right now I meant it to have only those two. i'll make that change soon

You can use the following code to detect the IP addresses for local adapters and use those for the scans (to keep it configure-less):

https://github.com/nwoolls/MultiMiner/blob/master/MultiMiner.Utility/Net/LocalNetwork.cs#L20

just took a look at it, nice  Cool

They are hinting about a possible merger/take over of Cryptsy now

https://hashtalk.org/topic/13005/would-gaw_ceo-ever-consider-setting-up-an-altcoin-exchange/10

I hope not ill have to stop using crypsty
298  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is mining still profitable? on: October 19, 2014, 08:20:16 PM
my number is about 150 with 0.064-0.068 elect and no overheat costs

but ppl are also going to think if its actually worth it. its not worth it industrially to break even, and its not worth it with minimal profit either
