if listtransactions dosnt show the block then you never mined it.
well, it was mined, but never moved to pending or orphaned, and the balance shows 0, but the fee's showed up in the external fee wallet.

so the blocks are just sitting in pending, but the daemon shows a balance of 0..
has the coin forked or something?

I suggest you change the price for the yearly node because catotune offers the same thing but not at 0.5BTC as you do but at 0.1BTC, don't consider it as an offense to you but as a tip and thinking about it, which would be the machine that will act as a node? i hope is a raspberry pi a+ just in case
i use dedicated vps's for nodes, i dont cram several of them on one machine. there is no host that will even lease a vps for .1 for a year that can handle a coin daemon running. so maybe that is why there is a difference in my price. even digital ocean, one of the cheapest vps hosts, has a price of $5 a month (which will not handle a coin daemon compile, but can handle a single daemon running if already compiled), which would be around .2btc for a year just for the host itself...

we will be removing this coin from the goldmin.es pool, as it seems to be dead now.
|
|
|
does this coin have any plans? i still have it on our pool, goldmin.es
but there haven't been any miners, and it is not listed on any exchanges from what i can tell, other than
btc market, but there has been no trades in 7 months..

There seem to be a bug in the RPC code. If you specify "rpcallowip" then the RPC port is only opening for IPv6. If you remove "rpcallowip" then the port is opening for both IPv6 and IPv4. I'm using Ubuntu Linux.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=453272are you sure you aren't forgetting that netstat's output shows dual IPv4&6 sockets as tcp6? edit: If you set rpcallowip (e.g. rpcallowip=*) then a single joint IPv4/6 port is opened
