Thread necro, sorry about that.
There used to be a little site that let you enter a price and would beep or flash when the Gox price crossed that threshold, but I can't for the lift of me remember what it was called (it could well be dead).
Does anyone have a link to that?

It worked ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I'm on the Astraweb $8 per month unlimited plan (which is available for anyone by the way, just google astraweb $96 and it'll pop up), so I will probably stick with that for now.
However I do see the appeal of paying with btc.

And on that remark, here is another example. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fthroughad.com%2Fbus2.jpg&t=663&c=70JqCn7VgxVpdQ) This example has just one big advertisement, not hundreds of small ones. There is no comparison between your project and the above bus. Maybe you should consider just making one large advertisement, on one side of the bus only? Exactly. Then people will know what the hell we're advertising ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Sorry but I'll say it again. Selling pixels will be nice and lucrative for the person running this, but will do nothing for Bitcoin.
I still don't really see how a million tiny images that are too small to see when a bus whizzes past will help us at all. One large bitcoin advertisement makes way more sense to me, but there you go.

Just FYI, the Ferrari of torrent sites is Usenet

Sounds like you owe him 3btc.

Not something that payb.tc should probably disclose though

Grasping at straws in this thread again, are we?
If by straws you mean a substantial fraction of the coin output of Gpumax, yes. I'm also logging which accounts keep flooding away my posts, just for later use. I wasn't expecting you to join. If by flooding you mean posting, then tough shit princess, better get used to it. This is a discussion forum, not your personal site to act weird on. Good move editing out the part about this being your thread as well. I had a nice reply typed up for that. Also, if you think people care enough about what you're saying to actively try and force your posts away (which at most would push them a few spots up, oh no!), you're more deluded that I thought. In fact, if that were the case, those people would be much better off just leaving your posts where they are (rather than a few posts up, oh no!) as you're doing a great job of coming across like a raving lunatic.

All jokes aside, I'm honestly starting to think you might have mental health issues :/

I just can't believe how out of your depth you are with this stuff ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Way to make a bet without any facts. Sheesh.

Hehe ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Yeah, perhaps not. Just the pirate troll crowd seizing any opportunity to FUD, as usual. That's why hazek is on ignore ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I'm not sure he knows exactly what he wants people to do. This whole thing just reeks of desperation on Vandroiy's part. It's clear he's regretting making this (very daft) bet, and who can blame him.
Whatever, let him keep going, it's not going to change anything. Like I said, Tall Poppy.
All he has is vague speculation and assumption (and yes, a large dose of arrogance). Trying to scare people into withdrawing is a pretty schoolyard tactic. A lot of it doesnt even make sense, but I guess its only himself he's embarrassing so where's the harm.
There's a term over here that fits this situation well; Tall Poppy Syndrome.

Van, you're an idiot ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)
No half-assed nonsense on my part.
No way. It's full blown nonsense or nothing!
Go spread your FUD and embarrass yourself in the bet thread Vandroiy, no one is going to fall for it in this one.
Vandroiy's idea about this is that pirate might have some huge stash of money somewhere, or a loan, with which he will be able to temporarily fund everything, so it wouldn't be proof that it's not a ponzi. Of course, if you wear a tinfoil hat, nothing is proof that it's not a ponzi ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) But...Cockblockham's razor! Plus, video game scams! Are you just blowing smoke because you want a few more weeks gains and the chance to pull out before everyone else, or are you really that dumb? Ah bully. If only you were around to given this type of golden advice when all this started. Your words of wisdom could have saved us all from 8 months of horrible profit. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)
