Don't know why everybody is complaining about this coin. If you are a miner you would of made great money on this coin, especially if you rented some rigs.
But yes, wasn't a good coin to hold. What happened to TRON, 8BIT, NTRN, should of been a warning to you that it probably wasn't going to be a great long term hold.
The prior coins were also SHA256 coins and came out days prior, and they couldn't hold their value then why would SLING.
"great long term hold" This coin is still practically new... give it some time. +1 Also, TRON is doing just fine, don't know why it is lumped in with those other two. Don't buy the FUD kiddies. These FUDers are scooping up all your losses to build masternodes. Hold tight, the POW dumps are ending tomorrow. You'll be ok. Add up these buys why don't you? They KNOW it is going back up and are FUDing you to buy up cheap to set up multiple masternodes.  |

WTF. I'm renting miners for this, how long has this been down for? How the F are we going to recover our mined coins that weren't transferred yet? This is a problem dev. It's being worked on, all coins mined are safe and in the wallet, I'm working now to fix the stats and re-enable pool payouts. I simply disabled stratum to avoid people from wasting money in case it wasn't fixable in a timely manner. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but don't blame the dev, this is the pool's issue and I will take care of it. I know the balances that were on the pool right before it happened. Thank you for the quick response on this. When do you anticipate having this problem resolved and our coin available? How much hashing time was not actually mining coins? |

dev any update about mac wallet  I posted a mac build earlier in the thread. But, you'd be taking a risk that I am not trustworthy. I used one of NSCrypto's builds (when the dev was offline back a few days ago and the QT wallet had stopped). I only used it for a short while but at this stage none of my coins have been stolen nor my bank accounts cleaned out so I guess he's either chosen to ignore all those inbound key-logger strokes he's collecting or there's a surprise awaiting me on a future date.  Get keepass. It's pretty hard for a keylogger to know what ctrl v means. Yeah I know; it's good. The only thing is that I have a pretty good memory and I have probably around 40 passwords memorised allowing me to logon to various things on multiple different devices. If I started using something like KeePass I'd pretty soon lose the capacity to remember all those passwords and forget them. I know that increases my risk that a keylogger somewhere will then pick up what I'm typing but I don't login to anything on a device that's not my personal property unless it's something where I have 2FA enabled and I also use the onscreen keyboard if it's really dodgy (like a friend's laptop or computer somewhere else in a public place). Are your passwords structured like mine: password PASSWORD Password PassWord PassworD PasSWorD Its easy to keep track of those for me. |

But now, those big letters in your signature are completely tarnished by the manner in which you behave. Not many people are going to find that funny. Everybody thinks you guys are a fucking cult. No offense, but most other alt holders think SDC are just a bunch of assholes, and they get pissed off when you start talking on other ANNs because they expect the worst. This is one of the most fair distributions I've ever seen. I don't see any giant stakers in the block explorer and the largest wallets on bittrex have about 20k or less:

Bones261 described the coming "Dynamic POS" stage well:
"Block 2800 is last POW Block. POS starts at block 2700. POS reward to start is not percentage, but a set coin amount that has an interesting schedule. After block 21000, POS will be 9%."
Here is a draft version of our coming ANN. More experimental with our theory are in development. We're looking forward to testing them at the market level with a properly distributed coin.
We will release more information as the POW end and POS increases, update at least once per day.
I am choosing to release information in a controlled manner. The distribution seems to be very fair and I think it is the proper route for the project.
