281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A case of the pandemic changing the score and affecting sports betting on: October 19, 2020, 06:04:46 AM
Yes the case in pandemic might change the score and affect the game play of the team. Just like your example with the only goal keeper left which could really affect the game since he would likely forced to play throughout the game and without any rest this might change his performance and so would affect the score and will affect the sports betting.
282  Economy / Gambling / Re: DuelBits |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! Rakeback | VIP | on: October 18, 2020, 07:58:45 PM
It is unfortunate that users can only join with Google or Steam. Everybody wants to create an account how he or she wants.
Now they are forced to use one of these options.

Isnt this applies to every other site as well?  You will only have the option to register with an email on all other site and everyone will most likely use their gmail account to register. Pretty much the same as duelbits

Well if you feel uncomfortable with using your real email account, You can always choose to create a throwaway gmail account and register with it. Things should be fine as long as you keep the password for the gmail acount. Literally less than 5 minutes to create a new email account and Im not sure how you see this as a problem.

They basically force you to take a Gmail account. If I have protonmail for example, I want to use that. We all know that Gmail can give a lot of problems with login.
There are much more user friendly accounts with less steps. I have never seen a casino that forces you to register with Gmail. It is ridiculous actually. Users should register with the E-mail address that they want.

284  Economy / Gambling / Re: SALE | LiveMines.com-The Bitcoin Minesweeper No Reg No KYC-Fast & Easy| FOR SALE on: October 18, 2020, 10:45:58 AM
Too bad to hear the news that the site is going for an auction what could be the reason why are you selling it?

It's better that you publicly stated that you are selling rather than selling it without the user knowing what's happening on behind.

As long as I remember this is the 2nd time for the owner put the site in an auction/for sale. They did the same thing previously but after several period of time, they decided to cancel it. The reason they said on the first auction is that there is sudden demise of the team member. Now they do it again, probably they think that the site is not getting enough traffic and they have limited funds to promote/advertise the site so they decide to put it into auction again. I'm not really sure if there will be potential buyer, but I think there will be some people who will be interested to buy if the price is reasonable enough.

I agree with that but my concern is will the users be able to trust the person or team who will buy it? I think that might result to trust issue since we all know that the owner of the website is not the original team.

Trust will be the first concern but if you want to try better put some a small amount and play, just enjoy the game by using a little amount of money and bet whenever the new management last long and gain a good trust to the community. I'm also skeptical about changes so maybe that's the least we can do for now.

It seems that it's the only way to test it out by transferring a small amount. We can't do anything about it though it's the team's decision to set the project for an auction.

I only think the number of market that are offered on the site, are a little bit low and also the liquidity is also not big, but that needs some time of course since they just started.
People will also like the Correct score markets for sure, but at the moment there are not any and bout the commission, it is a fair number I think. besides that, users will gain more benefit from % because it is an exchange, so that compensates the commission easily.
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 17, 2020, 03:10:46 PM
I hope OP is not making this survey for the gambling sites to know, lol.. If they'll know that majority of us here are not really reading the TOS, they might make some sudden changes that is not in our favor. By the way I voted no because OP says he wants and honest answer.

I don't quite sure they will remove it some users here are really serious about the terms and conditions and will not agree that the casino will not have a terms and condition that would be really dangerous for all the players of that casino.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Token on: October 17, 2020, 03:05:53 PM
I think there are some fake dumps and pumps token in Uniswap you should be careful on those still try to stick with the coins with large trading volume. But not quite sure if there's a scam token where they will run with your money but rather than faking the dumps and pumps to deceive you.
289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: October 16, 2020, 02:03:51 PM
Yes I'm reading the Terms of Service. It's important to read it since you might not know what agreement you are on, maybe there is something in their terms and conditions that might trick players so they would be able to scam them.
290  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 Pitibet.io ⭐ SPORTS BETTING | NEW SPORTSBOOK 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 on: October 15, 2020, 02:26:44 PM
I've seen that you might be asking for a KYC  of the following details if the users exceeds withdrawal of 1 BTC

Quote
Current address
Date of Birth
Email Address
Phone Number
Passport Details
Keypass Details
Photographic Evidence
Utility Bill
Drivers License

I don't think we would want to submit those if the platform is unlicensed for sure many users here would find it troublesome if they managed to win a big amount.
291  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xBit.com - Betting, Bitcoin Sportsbook, Casino web-site| ONLINE SPORTS BETTING! on: October 15, 2020, 01:02:36 PM
This site terrible. Made 3-4 deposits and after winning some money on my last deposit they left e message on my account telling me you cant withdraw. No response from live chat. I have emailed also...

If you've seen how scammy this website is. There's a lot of accusation about this gambling website, by the way are you not aware about this sports betting website? It seems that until now their website is still functioning I think a lot of new users will still be able to fall for this website.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: October 13, 2020, 12:53:04 PM
I think we are all be fooled by the HOLD or HODL I've also once hold some tokens and seen it crashing but still believe in HOLD or HODL and in result the tokens doesn't have now any value I think sometimes it's better to cut your losses early than holding a coin with no value at all. Also, same thing with coin that is going upward being greedy and holding sometimes won't do anything good since soon it will crash.

A user registers from a prohibited country (this is not forbidden from your website as you indicated).  What will happen when they make a withdrawal request?
295  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com | Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 10, 2020, 10:48:55 PM

This means that you accept customers from countries where gambling is prohibited? I wonder if that's a smart thing to write, and I think it's illegal too.

We say to use our service if its not legal in your country.

You say to use your service if it is not legal in your country? means to use your service if it is illegal in your country. You really have to be more careful before you post something.
So in fact players from counties where gambling is illegal, can join your site. What will happen when they want to withdraw?
If illegal gambling is allowed, you should block these people. maybe you are not experienced on the forum, but the fact that people are critical here is in fact the only way how you can improve your site.
296  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com | Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 10, 2020, 10:01:27 PM
I want everybody to read the following article, as some people have clear evidence this site is a SCAM.
From the beginning, I knew something was shady on them.
And now we all know why Game Protect was not responding here all these months, because he was creating his own casino!

So Betnomi = Game Protect

You are a joke! This nonsense was raised months ago and we had to fight and explain things for weeks to clean up things. The current 2 neg on our profile is as a result of that. The users who left that are not longer active on the forum to withdraw it other than that, everyone else took off their neg and here we are again, you are trying to bring up this nonsense.

Anyways, jokes on you. We have nothing to do with Game Protect or whatever!

@kamadazje for all we know, you are @Game Protect

#edit

Thank you for answering my question. This is very important to know because some of us really don't like KYC and they will even avoid sites that require users to fill out KYC form. I like anonymity because I really don't want my gambling activities to be known by those around me and so far I have felt very comfortable with crypto-based game. As a campaign participant of this site, will we also be required to fill out KYC to make withdrawal ?
I don't expect it to be necessary.

No, you are not required to do any KYC for withdrawal.

To summarize, you will pay all customers except those from Curacao, The Netherlands, France and the United States of America? Am i correct?

These 4 countries, we will actively look for users and ban them but for all other countries, this should not be a problem. Our rule of thumb is, don't do it if its not legal in your country.  Although we will not prevent you from doing so. Smiley

This means that you accept customers from countries where gambling is prohibited? I wonder if that's a smart thing to write, and I think it's illegal too.
297  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com | Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 10, 2020, 07:31:29 PM
It is nice to read that people are now more positive about the site and that the documentation has been adjusted on the site. In the beginning, adjustments are always needed. I've tested the site a few times, it seems to be pretty stable too. Do you also have certain limits with withdrawals?

We appreciate the positive outlook on our website. Just kindly asking everyone gives us a few days to get everything together and tie up all loose ends.  Its going to be 🔥 and a lot of fun.

Regarding withdrawals, there is a 24 hour limit of 100,000 Euros. Ie, for every 24 hours, a user can withdrawal up to 100,000 Euros.

What does that mean, that Game-Protect is the owner of this site and make a mistake by the wrong screen copy paste?

Do you know it is illegal to accept Curacao?

@betnomi, I want to be clear on this topic and I will take all the sides into consideration while asking this question - what if I'm from a restricted country but I use a VPN and if you ever ask, I give you some fake KYC details to withdraw my money from the website? How will you tackle these sort of things?

You are free to connect to our website using a vpn for your privacy but, we do not encourage users to use our services from restricted territories.

So what you are actually saying here is that people from a prohibited country are allowed to use a VPN connection, but that it is not recommended. that is very different from prohibiting it.
you should ban this. I get the impression that the Operator is not well aware of all laws and regulations and that makes it very dangerous to open an account here. Management does not know what they are doing.

The problems about wrong information was stated last week. You have plenty of time to solve it, but it has not solved yet.
Maybe you can put a page that your website is under maintenance and will be launched soon. Something like that. Right now, you are losing a lot of credibility because you do not solve anything so far.
