For your other question, I think yes? But, it wasn't totally bitcoin that you are sending but it was private keys or seed phrases but they still contains bitcoin once you import them on a wallet. That is the only way that I know to send bitcoin even if we are offline.

I do agree that most people in the world the war to end as soon as possible. I believe that we are not in a situation to be worry to be fair, there are so many coins that have been around for 2-3-4 even 5+ years and they are still quite good investments.
