This is something a lot of casinos do and it's clearly a cheat, what if at that point, the gambler doest have the requested documents for the kyc verification, does it mean the casino will seize his or her money for ever?, I call this daylight robbery.
Is there a list or thread of gambling sites that require KYC in withdrawal? It could help reduce the number of victims from these daylight robberies. Not everybody like to do KYC on a casino based on our several idealogy and what we think about KYC. It doesn't make sense when a casino will allow us to register, fund account and play games on the casino without any KYC but when it comes to withdrawal of funds, that is where KYC will be mandatory. This kind of attempt does not make sense at all so we need to make sure that we ask questions about casinos we want to be using before we start using them because those people that had successfully able to make withdrawal on the casino after funding and making winning, that would aid us to know if the casino worth our interest or not.

Honestly, the only difference is these attacks are not working in Bitcoin because Bitcoin and Credit Card are very different systems. Banks or credit cards are accessible in almost any country compared to Bitcoin. Let's assume that scammers worldwide know how this system operates and how to bypass it. The only thing that matters is the user, who would protect their cards. Like in Bitcoin, the credit cards are their seed phrase, and we know that if someone knows your seed phrase, they can access your funds. So, let's protect our cards or seed phrases. |

I hope evil-doers people will be caught instead of the people who use it to earn money, like trading. I would continue to use Crypto-currency even if the government did not legalize it. As long as I earn without harming or scamming anyone, I would love to continue using Crypto-currency.
Instead of illegalizing it, I believe the government should use it to increase transparency in government funds.
