In my opinion, this is the best time for newbies to enter the crypto market. Experts consider this price as the lowest point in the 2018. A strong support level is taken as 8.5K and expecting to BTC price on the moon by the end of this year.

Good information provided in OP...These are key factors that should really be considered before start trading on an exchange. There are some worse examples happened in the past which had given some bitter experiences to the traders/investors. So it's better to be wise than to regret later.

In my opinion, BTC is a transferable asset. Most of the govts. haven't declared legal status of BTC. Some people consider it as a currency and take it as a payment mode. While other take it an asset, consider its speculative value in long run. And I consider it a Transferable asset.

Don't sell...and buy on dips. $8500 is considered to be a strong Support level, so its time to buy and hold. I understand some newbies and crypto enthusiasts have entered the market on peak points and now unable to take any call. But believe me, it is the time to buy and accumulate... and we soon see the shine.

No need to panic if price decreases. Corrections create opportunities to buy on dips and earn more. The overall trend of BTC is positive and upward. These corrective trends often occur and last for 3 weeks to 3 months and can break 1/3 to 2/3 of the price. But there is nothing to panic. Buy and accumulate of DIPS and earn more.

I think if something like this happens, the price of Bitcoin will increase as people will lose the faith on govt. and will try to secure their money. Keeping cash with them can be very risky so they will try to secure their money by converting into a digital form where no govt can affect its value. This will inc the buying vol. in the market, hence the price will rise.

Can't really predict anything about BTC future after a decade. Crypto market is little amateur right now, Govt trying to control and regulate it in some way or another. Legal Status on BTC is not at all clear. So in such scenario of uncertainty, Predicting Bitcoin future is not at all possible

Never. Launching of JIO coin is just a rumor. Mukesh Ambani already cleared in a media and to the public that Reliance has no plan to expand in crypto. SO don't expect JIO to launch a coin in near future.

Trading is preferred over holding if you have time and market knowledge. Since the crypto market is quite volatile, It provides us a lot of opportunities to trade and earn. HODL is good for long-term traders who want a steady growth but if you want to earn fast then trading is the key to success.

It has no doubt that cashless economy is the future. As Market cap of Cryptocurrency has increased a lot in last few months and expected to inc more in future, it will surely be the unignorable part of the economy. Growing popularity of Bitcoin among youth may drive a country economy on crypto in upcoming years.

Bitcoin being anonymous by nature can't be Fully regulated or taxed. If someone keeps their BTC in some private key wallet and does not declare it while Income declaration then How can Govt. get Tax on that. This is the biggest concern why Govt. is not making BTC legal. Its utility in dealing Illegal activities, Money laundering, Tax evasion are some reason Govt not considering it the legal payment mode.

These are just basic guidelines...Not the real crypto regulation. There are no Steps taken on ICO's or on crowdfunding. Most of the Scams are with ICO's so there should be some guidelines to stop Scam ICO's.

I don't believe it to happen. Political leaders never want that economic power to get out of their hands. So I don't think politicians want BTC to have legal status. But Tech. revolution is hard to stop, therefore BTC is unstoppable. Doesn't matter what think about it.
