281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: June 13, 2017, 07:00:06 PM
Purchase something or transfer money in front of them using it. To see is to believe, I guess. I can wax on and on about the miracle that is Bitcoin to everyone every day and no one will still believe. They will be interested and will listen but will not actually use unless I demonstrate it. I think this is the fastest and easiest way to convince people into using Bitcoin. One of the reasons almost everybody stop believing in networking people is because all they do is talk. They’ll say “Oh, my friend already has a car because of networking..” But what about them? Where’s their own  car? Actions speak louder than words.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: June 13, 2017, 07:22:49 AM
Supposed to be since Bitcoin is in digital format and can be transferred in many places in the world without the need for intermediaries like Western Union or any third party. No extra charges, too which is sweet. If bitcoin is adapted and acknowledged in all countries then Western Union and other companies that transfers money like Paypal will not be needed anymore. It will be just peer to peer, direct, and no third party.

283  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin became a legal currency? on: June 13, 2017, 05:00:40 AM
It will take some time for others to accept it especially not all government will just adapt. They will find ways to restrict it and demand people to include it in their tax forms. It will not be easy to others and not so difficult to some especially to some places who have already accepted it as a form of payment. It will definitely coexist with fiat for a time like fiat has coexisted with gold when banks have demanded it from the people.
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: June 13, 2017, 03:59:06 AM
I feel happy, that’s for sure. You know the feeling of finding hidden money in your pants or in your drawer combined with eating the food you saved in the fridge after imagining it for a whole day? Multiply that by ten and you will feel how it feels to win in gambling. After the frustration losing money, winning in one game is really sweet. I try to enjoy while it last since I know there’s a big chance I will lose in the next round.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DCORP Crowdsale - Democratizing Venture Capitalism on: June 12, 2017, 11:25:15 PM
Any social Network campaign?

You're very too late. There's a twitter campaign but close for new participants. Check out this link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1932683.0

Is there any news / updates concerning listing on exchanges?
The Dcorp token will be listed on the exchanges in October this year.
That is a really long time to get the coins to exchanges,so everyone should consider this as a long term investment. Wink waiting four months for the coins to hit the exchanges is like waiting for an eternity in the crypto currency market as the price could move in either directions during this long time gap.

LOL, it's pain in the ass to wait until October for the token to be listed and distributed but what the hay~ As long this project will be success doesn't matter for me to wait then. Damn! It's already $2.5M the amount raised and still counting.

286  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 12, 2017, 11:00:04 PM
I'll go with Bitcoin. It’s true that its price is volatile and inconsistent as fuck but its price returns, more or less, the same immediately. It’s digital money that can be used all over the globe without going through conversion process. It has no restrictions (yet) enforced by any authority. No any extra charge. It does not suffer disinflation and in some ways convenient. Unlike gold which is a good investment, is not really convenient. You have to go through brokers or banks to buy gold. Intermediaries that will charge for doing something for you. And since you have to through intermediaries, it means that gold is not a convenient format. You can’t move it like you can move bitcoin. It doesn’t have digital format and in our modern world, that’s a pain in the ass.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: June 12, 2017, 10:01:43 PM
In a nuclear war or when communication towers are brought down. Or a World Wide Web apocalypse, where the Internet suddenly is down or has vanished. Lol joke, exaggerations aside I doubt there’s a situation in our daily lives that Bitcoin will die. But if it did, it will not necessarily die but maybe replaced by something better or has been upgraded or has been innovated. It will still be a foundation of any cryptocurrency that will appear in the near future.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: June 12, 2017, 12:03:38 PM
If I remember I heard it from a College Humor video actually. It was entitled If Google Was a Guy uploaded in January 2014, a funny 2 minute skit featuring different types of people asking Google ridiculous questions. One of the character looks like a sleazy businessman asking ‘What is Bitcoin?’ then asking its market value then saying at the last portion of the video how to “Unbuy bitcoin.” I didn’t really get the reference so I researched a little about it. Then by 2015 I have started earning bitcoin. Weird.

290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: June 12, 2017, 09:46:42 AM
It’s better by ways of convenience. I am pro-Bitcoin of course but it’s not convenient when I use public commute or by food from the street especially that Bitcoin is still not acknowledged in my country. And living in a third world country with the slowest and most expensive Internet connection, you can see why cash is preferable than bitcoin.
291  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Is Faucet still a thing now? on: June 11, 2017, 06:57:28 PM
Freebitco.in and Freedogeco.in are my main legit sites until now. I already give up on claiming satoshis in faucets but still I'm active on promoting my referral link in other forums and different facebook groups. I'm also looking for another trusted faucet sites which you can claim hourly with great rewards. I hope the owner of Freebitco.in will make a clone faucet for Ethereum and Litecoin, perhaps in the upcoming years.
292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: June 11, 2017, 06:39:04 PM
Some people don't learned from their mistakes, keeping and making up excuses from the reality that they're trapped into gambling. Even what happened to them, still coming back until they achieved what they wanted and probably that time they will stop. Just blinded by the money and being selfish to their self. Not  realizing how's life without gambling?

294  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: June 07, 2017, 03:02:31 PM
Kids these are so tech savvy they’re likely to discover Bitcoin on their own. But maybe expose them to it bit by bit. Make them aware of its existence and keep them interested by showing them that you can purchase things online without using cold hard cash. When they’re a bit older and grasp more concepts, teach them about finance and how money works. Or you can show them shows and videos that reference videos to show how it moving globally. Ease them into it and try not to bombard them with many info.
295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: June 07, 2017, 02:08:46 PM
In my own opinion, not necessarily. Both have its advantages and disadvantages. In some points, the other is better than the other. For example, bitcoin is better in terms of supply since its supply is fixed and known by everybody and not inclined to suffer disinflation. While gold can overproduce and lessen its value. But Bitcoin’s downfall can also be attributed to its medium. Not all government can be welcoming to this new currency and can shut down the internet in their country using “safety” or some other shit as an excuse. Or it can be a real hassle if you are in a middle of transaction when there’s a sudden blackout. And gold doesn’t really suffer these technological problems and cannot be disrupted by weak wifi connection. Or maybe Bitcoin can overthrow gold or maybe they can co-exist together, or maybe Bitcoin is becoming better than gold.
296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: June 07, 2017, 01:38:31 PM
Why cash is better than Bitcoin is some aspects because it’s convenient. As much as it’s nice that some countries are opening up to bitcoin and adopting it, it’s not really convenient to use it in daily life YET. I still use cash when I go to cafes, pay for commute, and buy hotdog at a stand. These are only a few of the little things that make up our lives made convenient by cash. So until Bitcoin can pay for these things EASILY AND CONVENIENTLY, cash will always be slightly better.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 07, 2017, 11:22:32 AM
Bitcoin has the ability and the power to make banks disappear. Bitcoin eliminates the middlemen during purchases, the consumer going directly to the source thus eliminating the need for middlemen. People will grow to trust  Bitcoin more and will question the credibility of banks. In the future, alternative banking that does not involve banks will exist and persist. As Bitcoin grow in popularity, banks will have to compete and develop further to be able to survive. How? I don’t know, that’s their problem. But for now, banks are here to stay.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: June 07, 2017, 07:43:03 AM
If you want to give up gambling why not attend a recovery program like a Gamblers Anonymous meeting where they can give you a help. They will give you a hand of friendship, understanding of your struggling, and a support through out your recovery. Some people recovered from their addiction and free from gambling. Why not you if you can do it alone?

299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ETCBets.com - Provably Fair iGaming for Ethereum Classic - June contest on: June 07, 2017, 06:34:16 AM
I just registered a while ago, damn the graphics and interface is superb! I have nothing to say. By the way I would like to ask few questions;

1. What is the minimum amount to withdraw?
2. What is minimum amount to deposit?
3. Is there a faucet on your site?
4. Is there a "First Deposit Bonus" when I will make my first deposit?
5. Is there an affiliate program?

That's all~
300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: June 07, 2017, 04:36:21 AM
a lot of site that gives us btc for work. you find this sit. other you can invest for growing btc. i think trade is better for invest.
yes you are right there are a lot of sites that give bitcoin for work and also if you want to make bitcoin in a fast way then i think investment is a good way to grow your bitcoin and trading is also a good way but trde requires a good knowledge and another ways of growing bitcoin is mining and also gambling from which you can grow your bitcoin but keep in mind gambling involve much risks.

there are a lot of gambling sites, who are giving opportunities to people to make bitcoin in a very very fast mood, but you also have to accept that fact that gambling is also the most risky way of increasing the number of bitcoin. those people who have good experience in gambling they can really make good profit form gambling but i think that the number of such people is very limited because most of the people are losing money in gambling.
no doubt that gambling is the fastest way of making money, but in the same time it is also one of the most risky way of making money, because in most of the gambling formats we are depending on our luck, and for every time no one  can be so much lucky to win every bet.

Gambling is the fastest way to make money and also an fastest way to loose money and you cannot depend on luck each and every time to make money as most of the times you will be sitting on loosing end.
Although fast, I think it's very difficult because we do not know when we can make a profit, and when we can lose. It's better to try investing, or hold a coin for a long time, because with good analysis you'll get a profit.

Gambling is the best and worst option if you want to grow your Bitcoin unless you got the luck to take a profit from it. The safest way in my opinion to grow your Bitcoin is to earn and hoard. Patience is a virtue. By joining in a signature campaign, doing a micro task @ the service section and lurking sometimes @ the Games & Rounds section. There's so many ways to grow your Bitcoin, with lack of knowledge the the limitation is limited when you read more and digest it on your mind there's no limitation how can you grow it rapidly.
