Really guys I am getting really upset It´s been several weeks now and I still didnt get my ico balance to myetherwallet adress after requests here and in slack. What is so hard about it? I did every required steps to transfer the balance. If you cant make it, show me how to do it and I do it myself. I expect the balance to be on my ethwallet within 2 weeks. Well they still didnt manage to send my ico token to my etherwalletadress after 1 month even though I contacted support several times.

Invalid credentials. I always get this message when I try to log in on coinexchange. Recovering password doesnt help neither. Anybody else got this problem? I activated 2fa

I participated in the crowdsale and wanted to go to the ico site to see my balance. Unfortunately I forgot my password and requested an email to recover it. I didn´t get an email and so I typed the password wrong too many times now my account is blocked. The email to regain access to my account I didn´t get also. Where can I get help?
