Could you and all reasonable people please stop using cex.io/ghash.io or all your (and mine) bitcoins will turn into pumpkins-use Eligius or anything else for crying out loud

+1 switched everything back to good old slush puppy a couple of weeks ago

Didn't even bother removing the lid on the second one, plugged it in and it just worked - straight to 1TH/s again.

Awesome!  You should probably crack the lid on the second, just to make sure the cards are in good.  Right?

That's the thing - there's a big metal plate above the cards - they can't come out unless you remove the plate. It felt like I was unpacking an S1 - cardboard box was a bit battered, but inside, the foam was holding the unit very secure. And inside the unit itself - everything is now bolted down big time.

Got my S2s today after a seemingly long journey from China. Opened the lid on the first one with some dread - everything was good.

Plugged it in and it just worked - straight to 1TH/s (slightly over).

Didn't even bother removing the lid on the second one, plugged it in and it just worked - straight to 1TH/s again.

Took me all of 11 minutes to get them both mining.

I've got to hand it to bitmain - he's certainly addressed the problems reported in earlier batches.

Customs fee in UK was £241 per unit btw.

Happy customer!

Got another S2 today and I have to say that Bitmain have been listening to us as this one has a nice blacking plate held in place with 4 screws on each side to keep the cards in place. They have also started banding the box.

The previous one I got through a GB had every card loose inside the chassis but luckily all still in tact so I was able to reassemble and it is working fine. This one arrived via the same carrier and while the box did have some wear the unit inside was all still in one piece and not a single part was loose. Big difference.

Nice that's good news to read - expecting 2 tomorrow (they've been on an epic journey) - hopefully I'll plug 'em in and they'll just work - like bitmain shit usually does.

Shame that i didn't Bin it first but that's how this works.

I actually thought yesterday that 1.1 for the 3 was a really good deal in-hand in-uk. Me too should have just offered it. I wouldn't want to part with my 6 S1s for that price right now.

Just shows these things are holding their value even with the diff increases.

It's ok, I'm cool  Cool

I just won't run auction again, I am just fed up of the BS I have to fight just to sell stuff honestly and quickly, I will just run a "sale" and deals can be worked out there.

I will stick with the PM offer of buy it now, Consider closed.

Auction closed with BUT IT NOW offered, See op.

OK I'm a little bit upset...

Not really - good luck OP Smiley

OP 'has the right' means he may or may not - he also has the right to let the auction run

3@0.37  (which is 3 for 1.11)

Well, thanks for the offer and kind words.

I will not sell anything here again.

Check out my previous auctions, I get shot down for not doing what other people want, It's my auction!

I will follow through this one then thats it.

Don't beat yourself up - your auction - you have the right to accept a BIN or let the auction run till 8pm - if you say you took a BIN I wont be upset - but it's your auction.

why not let the auction run to highest bidder?

only 50 mins left

And assuming @silver didn't mean 3@1.1 (maybe he meant 3 for 1.1) - I have the highest legit bid 3@0.33

Suggest a minimum bid increment? I don't really want to bid and then be outbid by 0.00000001 in the last second.

+1 - assuming 0.01 min inc

41 days, 19 hours and 35 minutes

41 days is awesome, I have hit 13 days but I seem to have spent centuries on the forum after more than one year since the registration.

Registered end of march 2013 when everyone was waiting for their BFL 60GH/s singles and little singles 30GH/s (including me) - seems like a life time ago in the world of bitcoin.

No end of people on here beat 41 days I bet...
