281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Pokerlook - NFT gaming revolution! on: March 12, 2023, 06:40:31 PM
I like what I see from your website but some fundamental issues have been raised which IMO you need to address very fast if you don't want negative publicity.
First, upgrade to at least Copper account, Secondly, the ICO, partner with a good launchpad to raise your fund, some projects did not have what you currently have and were able to raise capital, and few commissions will not affect your goals. I will not connect my wallet to your website, talking from experience nobody want s to be burnt again and if you can do bounty to help in publicity and marketing it would help
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EVIUM [Web 3 MMORPG] Jump into a New World on: March 12, 2023, 06:32:24 PM
Well done Evium team, I just scroll through your website and the Twitter page and I can see that you have a lot of jobs to do to make this project work, good that some low-quality projects have ridden on the hype of metaverse and were able to raise money but the time is coming to an end. You will need a huge capital to make this work and I can see it from the number of cards available on your minting page for minting, 1 million cards at 0.02Ether is 20,000Ethers which is equivalent to approximately $30 million from minting alone. The problem I have with this is where is the demand going to come from when everyone has already minted their own card. Also, can you post your Github link so as to follow what the team is actually up to?

Thanks for your support. It means a lot. We don’t expect to sell out any time soon. The demand for minting passports comes from the need to obtain several characters to form a strong clan. Your clan members work together in open world (quests) mode, and can engage in battle with other players if they have chosen to enable battles on their account. Players will be able to choose if they want to fight or be left alone. You’ll want a number of strong Evium for this so minting is the best way to get Evium with strong attributes for “cheap”. We can expect strong Evium to enter the secondary market at much higher prices than mint value. There is an element of randomness in mint order, but there are no poor characters. All Evium have their strengths and weaknesses. Gamma energy Evium have high attack and defence values but tend to be weaker in other areas. Beta energy Evium tend to have higher HP than other groups. There are outliers of course. Example: Toocoodo from Omega energy has a defence figure of 100, the maximum, and they are oblivious to their defensive skill. They can also help defend your other Evium. Additionally, passports with high boost values are easiest to obtain by minting from the Evium website. We should iterate that selected game quests can only be completed if you have a particular Evium in your clan. You also need Beta Evium to explore Evium’s oceans. One Evium passport can be enough to have a great time in game, but can be so much richer when you have a large diverse clan. One should aim to have at least one Evium from every energy group of which there are 7.

We have a GitHub but the nature of our work is not open source. Rest assured we have so much planned for the expansion of the Evium universe. Our GitHub username is ‘Evium’.

Thanks for the reply. It seems you know what you want from this project, but there is a need to show proof of concept for people to take you seriously, almost every day I see close to 2 or 3 projects in this space and you are all competing for the same audience, though there is need for more improved cards and game studios in space but it requires a lot of energy, funding and commitment to reach that level, I will be following
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: TRNN Token-TRADESTAP-AL on: March 12, 2023, 06:25:26 PM
With AI and machine learning trending now, I am not surprised that projects like these are popping up in the space, but there is limited information on it, can you provide more details starting with the website, contract address, the GitHub link, whitepaper and other resources to research this project. Is the project trading on any exchange yet?

The project seems interesting on the surface
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Ozzycoin - The cryptocurrency that always rises. on: March 12, 2023, 06:20:20 PM
Any project that promises a consistent rise,
 is 100% always a scam.

I support your premise, there is no way to guarantee that the price of a commodity will keep increasing and this is a huge red flag for this project and will likely keep serious investors away. I don't know the type of products that will support the tokens even if it is oil and gold their prices too fluctuate up and down
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Excessive greed is detrimental to investment on: March 10, 2023, 05:24:29 PM
Everyone is greedy but most people see this from the wrong angle, those Shibainu guys, that turned a few quid into millions, are greedy? those that hold on to BTC for years before selling are they greedy? Greed is good but you need to believe that the coins or the tokens that you are holding are the next big thing, this is why you need to do your own research and stop waiting for these influencers to spoon-feed you because they are there to dump on you. I still believe there are still many 10X, 20x, 50X, and 100x in the space currently but you need to find them and research them, hold them with strong conviction not all of them will survive but if you find 10 gems, and invested $100 into each that makes it $1000 investment and just 2 of the 10 gives 2x, you have 2X your investment and some will dump but most will do 2X at least. The most important thing is to have a goal, if it is 10X you want from your investment take profit and let the rest run, this is very important pay yourself
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto VCs of 2023 on: March 10, 2023, 05:12:17 PM
Three arrows capital used to be my best VC pick out of the 100's of them in the space but after their blow-up, I come to the conclusion that these guys are not better than any of us, it is just that they have the privilege of sitting at the decision table. Can you name one of these VCs that do not dump on retailers or take advantage of private information because they are very close to the team? If Alamada and 3AC can blow up then any of them can, so do not base your investment thesis on any of these guys they are not their friend but you are their sheep
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the future of bitcoin without powerful nations? on: March 10, 2023, 05:04:18 PM
I believe by now a ban on Bitcoin is good for Bitcoin because this just proves what Bitcoin stands for, as long as you have internet you are good to use Bitcoin. initially, the ban may affect the price because the fiat gateway is going to be disturbed or blocked but with time people will find a way around it mid to long-term it is very good. Almost all nation-states ban drugs and you can see the demand keeps increasing and so is the price.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What if its falls! Will altcoin survive? on: March 10, 2023, 04:58:04 PM
Days like this remind me of the time Altcoiners used to get carried away in the bull market and start shouting flipping, the design of Bitcoin is well thought of by the King Satoshi and Bitcoin is the most liquid market in the space, so if the liquidity reduces, it affects all the market that is why you see BTC drops 1% and Altcoin dumps 5% at times because there is no liquidity to back them up. I just hope this current bleeding stops and there is life back in the market, the reason being that everyone suffers at the end of the day
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better fan on: March 09, 2023, 07:33:55 PM
What do you think about Better fan? İt is future of trading soccer.

I think for fans buying club tokens it is a new form of investment for fans who want to own some of their favorite football club because it is involved in decision making within that club.

DO you know the project is about betting and prediction and has nothing to do with fan tokens? It is better to read about a project before posting or commenting about it. This project will find it very hard to gain market share, the number of crypto betting sites that have sprung up recently is on the increase and you can see most of them are spending very hard to get noticed and they are one of the most carried signature campaigns in the space. So the team needs to work harder rather than spamming the forum with their thread
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ZK Rollups on: March 09, 2023, 07:26:25 PM
Very surprised that the hype around ZK rollup died before it even begins, for now, the best solution fo Ethereum scaling that is indeed working is Roll up, OP and Arb are two working solutions and I will rather bet on them than theories. Though people claim that ZK rollups are very promising and most of these ZK projects have been able to raise huge amounts of money there is a reason why Starknet is not gaining huge adoption and the most popular and successful Dapp on it is moving to Cosmos. As an investor, I will only play the game phase by phase
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Prosecutors seize SBF’s $50M deposit to small bank on: March 09, 2023, 07:19:56 PM
The main concern I have about this SBF saga is how long it would take for users to get their funds back from the exchange, look at MGOX, a lot of people in the space now do not even know about the exchange and the claims have been dragging on for years and I read today it has been moved again to April. I have no doubt that users will likely get up to $0.50 per Dollar but there is time value for money.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dollar Neutral Cross Margin Trades is where it's at on: March 09, 2023, 06:10:49 PM
Everyone focuses on cryptocurrencies against the US Dollar,
But by using cross margin trades from crypto-to-crypto, such as XMR/BTC or FIL/ETH, you can isolate your bet to ignore the overall market. This helps you make more money for less risk. Learn more:

Everything in this space depends on Fiat; when it comes to Fiat, the dollar is king. The scenario you promoted here is possible in a bull market but in a bear market when everything is dumping daily, you run for safety and try to keep your money as much as possible in USD. Before trade against Bitcoin used to be very dominant but after the 2018 bear run, most exchanges opened USDT trade pair to help reduce the bleed, especially among the Altcoins
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can we see a huge rise in the price of Dogecoin ? on: March 09, 2023, 06:05:17 PM
For now, the tweet influence of Musk's tweet on the price action of Dogecoin continue to wane, if you look at it, the price continues to dump even after several attempts by him to influence the price, but token like Mask has continued to surge in price. I think it would be in the best interest of the Dogecoin community to try and move away from Mush because he says one thing and do another, I don't see him listing or accepting Dogecoin on Twitter to pay for services

295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bearish market the right time to buy coins? on: March 07, 2023, 05:33:32 PM
From the November bottom and now you can see that most of these altcoins have at least increased in price 2X, buying in the bear market is good if you can study the market sentiment well and position well into some undervalued tokens. I am not surprised that some of these tokens are correcting because they were pumped hard by VCs and the VCs have been dumping hard on retailers, so this is something you should watch out for. After a little correction here, I still believe there is still huge value for the money
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which cryptocurrency do you prefer the most to accept payments in? on: March 07, 2023, 05:28:03 PM
I will prefer to take stable coins for payment, any one of them but if you are talking about the native crypto tokens then there is only one winner, and that is Bitcoin, Bitcoin is synonymous with Crypto and it is wildly acceptable everywhere in the world and some countries you can find BTC ATMs there, the only issue I have is the slow deployment or let me say adoption of Lightning network by payment stores or other faster solutions that will have out there, this is a common mistake in the space, that when the technology is right, users will use how solution because of better technology and this is wrong and things must change in this direction so as to have better market adoption of crypto payments worldwide
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In the best interest of investors, Bounties shouldn't be paid in Tokens on: March 07, 2023, 05:21:22 PM
I don't know who needs to hear this but after years of being a bounty hunter and keeping a close eye on how bounties are conducted, it's safe to say most projects make the biggest mistake of paying bounty hunters using their native tokens, why do I say so, well bounty hunters don't share the long term foresight as the project to the point of being a hodler to grow with the company but rather see their bounty payment as a service and will sell the tokens for less to get whatever money they can because they owe nobody anything.Of course, for the project to pay using the tokens is cost cutting but if the project is truly slated for the future, paying using non-tokens is a good signal for a strong project.

Going forward in the best interest of investors and the project itself, hope to see "more" bounties being paid with established coins in this industry.

What do you guys think?

This is not the first time someone will make an argument like this against projects paying bounty tokens in their native tokens, there are reasons teams decide on this, budget, loyalty etc. but this is not peculiar to bounty projects alone, people will dump, VCs do dump, what will you say about Airdrops, look at the recent Blur token airdrop, most of the people including VCs dumped their tokens immediately on the market. What I notice is that people tend to bring this up in the bear market when there is no or little liquidity but forget this in the bull market when investors' appetitive for risk are huge. However, what makes you think some bounty hunters don't invest in the projects they carried its signature or promotes
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XMON Token Discussion on: March 07, 2023, 05:11:06 PM
Why did you not write about the reason why the token price dumped from $25k to $4k after the launch of Sudo tokens. This is what you get when you try to attach value to a price of tokens by staking it for another token, once the new tokens are released it becomes a game of who is the first out of the gate, the project and the team behind it are very sound no doubt about this but will need real work to drive value back to the tokens with so many people already waiting for the price to go up and dump on the market
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu turns into privacy coin like Monero or ZCash? on: March 07, 2023, 05:04:53 PM
I would love for Shiba Inu community try as much s possible to remain meme coins, memes are what drove the price to Billion Dollar value trying to be the jack of all trades or chasing every next shining thing in the space will not help the project long term, because

1. There will always be a better Layer 2, privacy coin or whatsoever they try to turn into
2. The community will always be late into the next narratives
3. People will expect the team to keep innovating and this will open flaws in the smart contract for hackers to exploit because of so many alterations
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About Rapid Wealth Accumulation on: March 06, 2023, 04:02:29 PM
Diligence, Research, right, investment, and patience. Most people do the first 3 but most do not have the patience to let their investment rip. Crypto is still the best space in the world to have nothing and become a millionaire and there are many stories to support this, look at the Doge millionaires, Shiba inu millionaire etc another  thing people do not focus on is how to keep this money have gotten them, this is more difficult than getting money in the first place
