281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how will it be? on: March 24, 2023, 09:45:16 PM
Even if it does fall below 20k, it will give you profit sooner or later. Purchase, put it into non-custodial wallet and forget about it or as previously suggested do dca.
The old time strategy is to buy some at this price and ladder the price down to pick from lower prices. In this trade market, non-custodial wallets cannot be absolute, because this strategy cannot be implemented on a decentralized exchange. One can move every purchase into noncustodial to save that part of investment.

282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What could have happened to all meme coins on: March 24, 2023, 09:23:11 PM
I am wondering what the fate of projects like Volt inu, Baby Doge and other meme coins would have been if Elon Musk never supported Doge coin, would Shiba inu ever made it to top 20? What would have happen to meme coins? Will there ever be any if Elon never existed?
In my opinion, there are slim chances of meme coins being pumped, I am not certain Elon will be active with cryptocurrency as he was in the last bull market. Having recently announced he no longer holds bitcoin, he is discouraging the audience that took his recommendation in this area. He has a strong interest in politics and has invested a lot of energy in Trump's campaign. No one can be bigger than the second richest man in the world, but I do not rule out another big influencer coming to the space.
283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Justin Sun sued by SEC. Effect on Bitcoin? on: March 23, 2023, 06:57:38 PM
I’m honestly surprised this didn’t happen in 2017. The way that he sold his tokens and then started buying companies on behalf of it seemed a little shady. It never really sat right with me because it smelled of manipulation similar to SBF tactics. Justin was able to stay afloat though. Now that they’re cracking down industry wide, it seems like they’re working through a list of who to get.
This is mere witchhunt and will generate a lot rumor around is relationship with CZ.binance. it is overdue after so many years. They will demands a settlement out of court and will play a sane system without corruption.
284  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government can really make a way to end poverty or it depends on us? on: March 23, 2023, 06:31:49 PM
The poverty rate in Qatar is less than 1%, and many countries have poverty rates similar to Qatar's. In my opinion, the government plays a major role in everything, since everything is solely dependent on them. Through policies, the government can make wealthy people poor and also make many people rich. They possess security, judiciary, financial control, and other resources, which will make leadership crucial.
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency will lead the currency market in near 5 years? on: March 23, 2023, 11:02:46 AM
This question always come to play whenever there is any argument on replacing bitcoin at the top of the chart
1. Which coin has the ability to have a marketcap of 2 trillion dollars in this market?
2. Is there a coin that can achieve 40% dominance in the space?
3. How many of them have the ability to gain confidence of countries and the richest for a period of only five years?
4. What coins can have the same size of spread and number of wallets as bitcoin?
Any coin that can do this can displace bitcoin soon
286  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Decentralized Exchange ViteX is cool ! on: March 22, 2023, 10:50:05 PM
Make sure to give it a looksy and to try it out !

It's the best thing in the crypto world I have seen in a long time !

I really like it, and so should you, and you will.... you will be ! =D
The statement is not convincing enough to justify a look up, it is an ordinary statement that does not support the love for the project or why it would be preferred over other exchanges. A day's trading volume is less than 50k on this exchange. There are no high-volume coins traded here.

288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: G20 exploring cryptocurrency regulation on: March 21, 2023, 04:27:15 PM
Link to news
https://www.reuters.com/world/india/g20-exploring-cryptocurrency-regulation-indias-finance-minister-says-2023-02-11/

So, they are looking to make some collective decision with other countries for regulation related to crypto. It is a welcome step in my opinion as it will open the doors of crypto to people i countries where government is not much in favor of crypto at present. In current time of globalization, it is not possible for one country to effectively implement these regulations and thus this decision for collective effort might work better according to me.
I don’t think that the G20 countries will make any decision that will oblige states to legalize cryptocurrency. They will adopt general recommendations for those countries that have already legalized it in order to develop a certain common approach to its regulation. At the same time, the G20 countries will always proceed from an assessment of the threat from the cryptocurrency to security for global financial stability. But for citizens of some countries whose governments are hesitant to legalize cryptocurrencies, there may be some benefit.
Among the reasons why the G20 is unlikely to impose such an obligation is that the legal framework for cryptocurrency varies widely from country to country. There are some countries that have already legalized and regulated cryptocurrency, and there are others that have banned it altogether. Considering these divergent legal approaches, imposing a uniform policy on all countries would be difficult
289  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The Long-Term Impact of the Pandemic on Mental Health in 2023 on: March 21, 2023, 04:13:14 PM

To add to it
6. Substance abuse: Some people have turned to drugs or alcohol as a way to cope with the stress and anxiety caused by the pandemic.

7. Domestic violence:
8. Sleep disturbances: Many people have reported changes in their sleep patterns, including difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.

9. Eating disorders: The pandemic has led to increased stress and anxiety, which trigger or exacerbate eating disorders.

10. Financial stress: Pandemic-related financial stress has contributed to mental health problems such as depression and anxiety for many people.

290  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The effect of drugs abuse on youths on: March 20, 2023, 09:53:39 PM
Nearly 60% of youths are prone to drug abuse and are been influenced by peers group ,who make them indulge in this act ,this makes the youth have a higher ratio of drug addiction ,this is why they dominate a higher population at the correctional centers facilities, mental homes facilities, prison facilities due to drug influence reaction.
There have been increase in the cases of rape ,robbery ,homocides, depression, suicide, gang fight and this cases have shown a large number of youth engagement in this crimes.
Increase in domestic abuse ,marriages are caused by this drugs influence and anger management problem faced by many of this youths ,both male and female gender.

What can the government, communities and parents do to cure this situation .

Legalize everything, that's my answer. I must say, I'm neither a lawyer nor a doctor, it's just my personal opinion based on what I read and see with my own eyes. Drug abuse is bad, no doubt about it, but so is alcohol abuse, tobacco abuse and many other things. Legalize drugs and you'll make them less attractive to the youth who always wants to do something illegal. Make broccoli illegal, and the youth will start using it more.
I don't agree that legalizing drugs will make them less attractive to and reduce usage by adolescents. Instead, I believe that a significant factor contributing to adolescent drug use is the new trend in parenting that emphasizes early independence for children, leading them to become rebellious. I think parents should guide their children to avoid dangerous situations, but not to punish them for making decisions that could harm themselves out of ignorance. Research has shown that the majority of drug addictions begin before the age of 25, and legalizing drugs could provide an alternative for them to obtain drugs more easily. Therefore, we need to approach the issue of drug addiction with caution and consider all possible ramifications.
291  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin hold, sell or trade?? on: March 19, 2023, 09:40:05 PM

What stage are we in the market?
Considering the current market, there is a lot that is missing towards the end of the chart, while the market is already picking up. It might have had an anger phase, but there has been no depression or disbelief. It is possible that another chart will be produced in the future
292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How my lack of knowledge has blinded me so far on: March 19, 2023, 01:02:37 PM
There is two points to the issue of KYC which is, the right of the casino to ask KYC kyc and the second one is the right of the player to either accept to hand out the KYC document or choose to walk away to look for no kyc casino to play on.
The more you learn about how some projects use people's identity for fraud in this space, the more cautious you will be when providing them with your personal information, some even sell those information to others. The majority of whales do not provide this information, which is the reason why some telegram groups have a low membership but high followers on Twitter. Furthermore, the information could start a high rate of spam that leaves you wondering how you got hold of it.
293  Economy / Speculation / Re: The SVB failure will help BTC alot. on: March 19, 2023, 12:50:58 PM
According to a publication from University of Southern California, up to 190 banks are at risk of impairment to insured depositors, with a potential loss of $300 billion. This is just a manifestation of previous bank failures, and I don't doubt it's a narrative for the beginning of the bull market.

294  Economy / Speculation / Re: The SVB failure will help BTC alot. on: March 18, 2023, 06:58:25 AM
One might need to keep reading about this financial crisis that happened in just a week. We can now count 5 banks;
1. Silvergate Bank
2. Silicon Valley bank
3. Signature bank
4. First republic bank
5. credit suisse
They are not small banks; they are in the top 30 tier banks in each country; VCs are just like any other depositor. The banks are poorly managed because of terrible interest rates, which result in enormous unbalanced losses.

This is a clear indication that whenever a centralized market is baffled people are moving to a decentralized market to secure their funds.

It does not apply to decentralizing and centralized space only, it is a common human practice to always look for alternatives when something happens to the main object.
Decentralized finance happens to be the best alternative at the time so they turn to it, does that make them so see decentralized finance as better than traditional finance? it is hard to tell now but perhaps time will let us know that.
They have always been after the system by discouraging and attacking the decentralized market to gain a large share of the project, monitoring and manipulating it, but many benefit more from it outside the region of this strong regulation against decentralization. unfortunately this region gives the largest investment for the space.

297  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can end poverty? In a nation today on: March 17, 2023, 06:38:02 PM
The way I perceive bitcoin enriching the world is a bit different, although cryptocurrency has raised more millionaires than any other venture, I feel it does a different form of wealth transfer. Let's not forget that cryptocurrency also does a four-year cycle, and let's be aware that not everyone made money in cryptocurrency, some lost a lot.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 17, 2023, 06:16:41 PM
Indeed a funny one. When you take a look on the teams on the right, you feel that all of them fit to play semi-finals and obviously City - Bayern couldn't be better than a final match.
I don't know if City journey will be over at this point or they could challenge Bayern. I have the feeling that Bayern is unstoppable in Champions League, could Guardiola and his players made the history this season and win the title?
Real Madrid is the favourite in the other game. Inter to pass in my opinion and there will be a semifinal Italian match tho.
According to some, Chelsea vs Real Madrid will be played in the third season of the competition, if that is true at this stage, UEFA is making money. Despite Bayern's history in this tournament, they have crashed in recent years cheaply and I don't see anything special about them. Despite the fact that Man City can be timid on the european stage, I hope Pep can help them through with Bayern, moreover, they have experienced players that can handle their temperament at such a high level game.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FTX influencers are being sued on: March 16, 2023, 09:00:07 PM
As reported by some news sources, YouTube "influencers" have been sued for promoting FTX crypto fraud without disclosing compensation. It is important to emphasize the exemption from the compensation in the news, which most sources tend not to mention, which I considered biased and misleading. I think influencers might be having a bad day because a lot of names are mentioned

multilemenin bokunu çıkartanlar gördüm. 40 hesapla adam airdrop almış tesla almaktan bahsediyor 10-20 hesapla 40k dan fazla arb alan adam da gördüm.

Bir sonraki sefere multileyeceğim
Az önce tüm haberlerde Arbitrum'un yeniliğini gördüm ve birçok kişi bundan yeni kullanıcıların hala yararlanabileceği hakkında konuşuyor. Bu doğru mu? Airdrop'tan çoğu yararlanıcıyı nitelendiren kriterler nelerdir?
