Ukraine

The National Bank Of Ukraine announced its intention to more clearly define the legality of bitcoin in a soon coming meeting between the regions financial leaders.  The Comments by NBU Governor Oleg Churiy on Bitcoin gave the public a hint at what to expect. The statement reads:

“...There is a lack of global consensus on the definition of Bitcoin. It is defined differently in different countries, where it is treated as a virtual currency, monetary substitute, intangible value,  virtual commodity, etc. In its turn, the National Bank of Ukraine does support any of these definitions.

To work out a joint position on the legal status of Bitcoin and its regulation, the NBU has engaged in a dialogue with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Fiscal Service, the State Financial Monitoring Service, The National Securities and Stock Market Commission and the National Commission for the State Regulation of Financial Services Markets. This issue will be addressed at the next meeting of the Financial Stability Council , which has been scheduled for late August 2017.”

CIS Region and Post Soviet States

To further highlight the newfound romance between blockchain tech and ‘Eurasia’  The Astana International Financial Center announced the inception of a working group comprised of technology pros from Deloitte, Waves, Juscutum, and Kesarev Consulting with the goal to enable development and use of blockchain for the entire CIS region.

After rumours of Poloniex facing insolvency spread across the crypto community, the number of migrating exchange users has substantially increased.

The origin of the rumours traces loosely back to a disgruntled customer of Poloniex on July 2, 2017 who boldly accused the exchange of being “definitely insolvent”.  Within days the complaint was joined by dozens of Poloniex users who had similar misfortunes due to an assortment of problems.

The vocal social media posts and forum rants quickly multiplied into hundreds of users griping about mishaps they faced with Poloniex.  The buzz was definitely negative, with claims involving poor customer interactions, lackluster support options and even a few flat out scam accusations....

Condoras,
I am sincere on my promise to repay you and I hope you will allow me just a few more day tops. I had an unusual delay in my pay schedule it's driving me nuts!  Please forgive the tardy crap. I hope you will allow it and not penalize me too much. Again, it is beyond my control.  Meantime I have huge orders without fill.

I am curious what happened here for you, please send Ann update.  I know a lot of people missed the boat they think for the bcc but it's not too late.
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you agree that Bitcoin is nearly to be just like another business? on: August 11, 2017, 11:41:52 AM
The fundamental difference between Bitcoin and businesses is this:

I know lots of businesses that will accept Bitcoin in trade for their products which makes it a means of transferring value aka money.  Can you walk into the blockchain and offer it some business to get coin?  No.

You can buy things with btc but you can't buy things with business.  Get what I mean?
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: August 11, 2017, 11:37:11 AM
I predict that not only will bitcoin be all be and well in 100 years but each Bitcoin will be worth at least a million dollars by then .  Grin cheers ! 🦋
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin Dream? on: August 11, 2017, 08:26:47 AM
My Bitcoin dream is to own and operate a string of atms and mobile kiosks that offer cash transactions and remote digital too.  I want to spread the word about decentralizing our Money . I want a lot of Bitcoin in the stash.

*sigh*
289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: August 11, 2017, 08:24:18 AM
There will always be naysayers, I really don't waste time too much Amy more.  I simply tell them the  current price of Bitcoin. I tell them too remember that amount.  I then say "someday you will see ".

Hi Condoras,🦋
You are open for business, right? It's good to see you! Our last transaction was .033 repayment and if you recall, it went well, paid off exactly on time. As you recall, I had a loan at that time with LS and paid him off also, and I was 13 hours late paying him, but I communicated about the time issue and it went fine.  The reason I point that out is because I am requesting double what you loaned last time.  I am comfortable repaying that amount and beyond,  without any struggle.  I prefer one lender instead of two... so here I am.

293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: August 09, 2017, 03:34:16 AM
For me Bitcoin has become a political stance, a conversation starter and a way for me to measure whether or not a new associate is worth doing business with.   I guess Bitcoin has become a way of life, now that I think of it.
Cheers!
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 09, 2017, 03:29:16 AM
I am sure the poll questions wet made mistakenly, right ?
People who are unwilling to sell their btc are as certain as I am that the skyrocketing prices are only the beginning of many years of growth.  Seriously!

Cheers.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC crackdown on exchanges on: August 07, 2017, 07:26:22 AM
I understand there are exemptions that are fairly lenient in their criteria in terms of covering you ass...Oops I mean, covering your assets. For example, whether or not a token even fits the definition of a security is not as important to the consumer as it is a seller duty to correctly present s product.  It is important to know. You are not breaking any laws (which are in place actually since 1933 but Tokens/icons/crowdsales are new and will easily be swept into the securities pile by definition.

If a token meets the requirements  that would categorize it as a security, it will be subject to mandatory registration. Unless exempt.
Sone vague rules apply here that seem to say a US citizen cannot directly buy these unregistered securities from the initial distribution,  but the can purchase them if they have proof of experience or exposure to risks and economic circumstances in securities, stocks, options etc.  ( Vague! ) Someone in a region that isn't restricted only has to wait 2 days before he can transfer to an American in a trade for it to be s compliant deal.  This is only my best interpretation from thick legal jargon.  I am not an attorney don't use my words as advise but it's worth telling our buddies they are still going to be able to dabble in the unregistered securities if they know the small loopholes and a few trusted foreign friends.
Cheers

296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Helping Bitcoin users claim their BitcoinCash! It's worth $687 today! I can help on: August 05, 2017, 03:13:07 AM
ok. Guys I know a pretty amazing trick it's just a place that allows depositors to freely exchange 28 coins, very small fee to withdraw. So if you already have claimed your bcc or if you already know how, I happen to know where you can swap it out for almost any of the top coins in seconds.  The thing is ... it's a sort of a well hidden secret as a side services a gambling spot.  If there AWESOME exchange feature gets too popular amongst people who are not gambling, I fear it might spoil the fun. If I was the owner of the site I would charge a fee but they don't.  Yet.  Should I tell all in this public forum or not?
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am now a multi millionaire because of NEM XEM on: August 03, 2017, 08:19:03 PM
its goddamn pathetic you have to adhere to some company's arbitrary and unnecessary limit to get your own money.

go otc or nothing.

🦋🦋 The irony of your name and how starkly contrasted to the tone of your post,  " European Central Bank " is either
Hilarious or utterly did.   I am rooting for hilarious.

Hi
To the the original poster; you are claiming to be a millionaire:
 I know a talented crypto-girl for hire.
I am skeptical of your sincereity but I certainly hope you get your dreams.

Hi Everyone!  I apologize In advance if this info is somewhere obvious but after searching to find the answer, I got no result.  What are the scheduled days/times for our campaign payments?
I just like to know my deadline, and of course I like money so...

If you are doing this for free good job ! If not, I don't think it's something that should be charged and btw it's explained by theymos here

I am not charging a fee, however if I help someone claim a big amount, of course my tip jar is at the end of the video. Lol!  I honestly hope everyone gets their bcc because other wise it's going to nobody.
So Lorilikes went to the mall to buy the latest lady shoes immediately after selling the bitcoin cash:D Cheesy
Who would refuse free money? Personally I don't know anyone, but I meet someone refusing, I will offer to buy the wallet

Funny! I am not shopping, although my instinct wanted to ask "do those shoes you mentioned match the wallet?

Welcome to help us.
It would be more helpful if you list what are exchanges opened BCH deposit and what are wallets we may use. I guess only viabtc has opened BCH deposits but their prices are below 0.12BTC when I checked last time whereas yobit is trading above 0.32BTC with no deposit options. I guess when more exchanges open deposit we may see big dumping Angry
It's worth $687 on exchanges where the BCC wallets are unavailable for deposits or withdrawals. When they are made available this high price will spiral down fast because outer people will rush in to sell their coins.
I will link to specific services and wallets later tonight or tomorrow. Most of the users who are contacting me are the people who DIDN'T REALIZE they were opting out of money that belongs to them.
Even third party services have been seen offering their customers a withdrawal on their bitcoincash, ahead of forfeiture.  I am not concerned too much about "dumps " because it's a rareity at the moment and people are getting excited just trying to learn the new coin, it's helping the bcc chain increase its length of survival.
