Yes, I think they deserve, just because they were enough smart to hold their bitcoins, while everyone were just selling and as true believers were not react on news, and fake arguments that bitcoin won't hit 10,000$ - 20,000$. And about "  but many of these people don´t have any particular knowledge of the economy nor business.", we now in 2018 and I think it won't be problem for them to get needed knowledges.

My best investment strategy is first of all split my balance on parts before investing, then analyze risks if we talking about ICOs or startups, if altcoins, I'm using coinmarketcal.com to see upcoming events and try predict price changing + telegram channels (like EXCAVO + shitpool, whalepool), can't say crypto gabling is popular like it was in past, but I still holding on some sites coins.

I think yes,  from other side if think about how safe it will, all transactioins are public and it will easy to track, but yeah, maybe if mix. Also how to explaine what is it and how to cash out, just imagine situation when you giving usb flash drive with no words, also unstable price, so before person will cash out he might lose 20 - 40%.

First you should choose between  short term or long term investment. Then split your 2m on 4 - 10 same parts. And here some options : invest in casino (long term), invest in altcoins (long /short term ), invest in crypto-startups (long term), giving loans and mining, not sure how long mining will stay live, but 2+ years for sure, so if you not worry about not stable price, you should think about it too.

As I see, someone already metioned, that news will tell you everything to make you buy more bitcoins and make you hold. Yeah, here of course low chance that bitcoin's  price will hit 50000, but from everything what I see now, I think bitcoin won't hit 50,000 in future. Right now as most of people, I see potential in altcoins, and prefer to invest in alts, than bitcoin.

If your friend worry to lose money or needed some of them now, I can suggest him 2 ways, how he can resolve this problem. First he can split his btc on some parts, you said that he bought btc at 19,000$ - 20,000$, right now btc worth ~8,500$, so like 17 parts (500$ as step)  and he should sell part by part on every step while bitcoin will dropping with this he will get middle result on the end. Second, like most already said here, he should stop panic and just hold them till btc will not back to 20,000$+.

No, I don't even think, that  it will happen in next 50 years, government won't let it happen, because bitcoin will kill something, what they were building last years. Even, if don't think about government, bitcoin is not perfect model what can replace dollar and needed years to integrate bitcoin. So, I more than sure , that government will create something own, maybe same to bitcoin, but with with control levers.

lol, it's actually funy question, but well. If I was beggar, one of street-beggars in world, where everyone used bitcoins as main currency, I would make hand tattoo with QR code of my bitcoin wallet, so everyone would just scan my QR code to send bitcoins, and I would used ATMs to move bitcoins to another place or beg someone to buy something using their device and then transfer bitcoins via ATMs to their wallets. I would even make one QR code tattoo on face and on ass (you never know what will happen tho).
