I have about 1800 coins now. Still finding blocks solo mining. But ad magnet said. There is a flaw which should be fixed.
what kind of flaw? care to elaborate? I would say both the logo and the name are pretty big flaws. The logo possibly, but for some strange reason I think I actually like the name. |

Have any of us, (apart from the OP with the orphanage and the yeah yeah.. ) been able to obtain enough of the units to give a shit?
I don't know what it is, but I left my rig on last night solo mining around 430 khash. I got 3 blocks while I slept, have a total of 220 NIB now. This is the only coin I've been able to obtain a sizable amount of reward for. Don't know if I'm just lucky or what. |

I'm having issues connecting with the provided information for stratum. Is it working for you? My cgminer just hangs then closes, was working fine on getwork protocol earlier. Here's my cgminer .bat file. Stratum is mandatory when blocks are still coming in this fast. I'm getting 70%+ rejects with the same settings I used on nibble.scryptmining.com (which had <5% rejects with stratum before it went down). Edit: 80%+ now. Ok perhaps. I had some issues with stratum before .. but it was when the pool hash got crrazy high.. I'll see about adding it. Most definitely. The reject rate is insanely high at the moment. Considering going back to solo it's so bad. |

I have been pretty critical of most of the recent alt-coin launches. The most annoying and irritating thing is the high initial rewards. It means people with good ping and a lot of hash power essentially vacuum up all the coins and everyone else gets screwed. The difficulty is always set too low and the reward too high, for the most part.
Your approach was much better. Although the block difficulty was initially very low, the reward balanced it out. I applaud not only the fact that you've been here from the launch of your coin, but also that you have created a coin with seemingly fair distribution. I have been mining on about 500 khash and I now have about 150 coins.
What some alt-coin creators don't understand (if they aren't intentionally doing it) is that if your coin has huge rewards at launch and then tapers off, regardless of whether or not it's actually being premined by the creator, is that it then has an image problem, and is essentially doomed to fail long term, especially if it brings nothing new to the table.
So, again, hats off to you for creating a decent coin, a fair distribution pattern, and for sticking around to answer questions and support it. I don't know how sad it is to say this, but it's already miles ahead of most alt-coin releases. Nice job.

Likely need to tweak the hashrate calc, but rest assured it'll have no affect on any payouts ect. Its strictly a display thing atm. Trying to confirm the hashpower is going to good use first, if we ever get a block confirmed  So we still haven't found our first block yet? |

Dev now mining, and a few linux people mining. Everyone else will join in at about block 2000. Compiling isn't instant. Takes a few mins at least on a reasonably fast machine. and... windows people can compile too!!! Although i use both. How do I compile this for windows? |
