281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming Industry and Cryptocurrency! on: February 15, 2020, 03:24:55 PM
I like the Lightnight game I think it would be a huge hit if they could get a greater graphics.
I also think that they should make a MOBA so other gamers could also enjoy it.
I also wish that these games would be mobile friendly.
282  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving Bitcoin price skyrocketed to $ 90,000. why not? on: February 15, 2020, 12:54:51 PM
Since it is all just a dream why not make it big why settle for less dream a much more higher price.
Do you really think that it could get that high because of halving?
The price is still stuggling at $10K and even though we still have plenty of time it is so hard to believe that it could make that high.
283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your recommended ways of gambling. on: February 15, 2020, 11:54:53 AM
I think each and everyone have their own style some depends on the script or strategy while others are just playing how they like.
And for those who use's script or strategy they should also know when to quit because they are aware that the house would burn them out in the long run.
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest winning so far on: February 15, 2020, 11:13:08 AM
If I am not mistaken the highest profit that I get from gambling was around $260.
I won it from Bustabit and Satoshimines back then I always gamble on those two sites I used to follow some tricks in Satoshimines and so far it always work for me and manage to stop when I have a good profit.
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PEOPLE WILL NEVER STOP FALLING FOR SCAM on: February 15, 2020, 10:30:33 AM
Unfortunately the government system makes them loose so much money plus all the taxes and the job opportunities , it sucks trust me how a middle man is living in this world is totally messed up.
People like sheep's are just doing what the corporate wants them to do and they are literally not reaching anywhere , so when opportunities like this arise , like lotteries and all they try and grab it.
But they should understand that

Not everything that shines is gold

If something is too good to be true then stay away from it. .

I don't even think we can blame them entirely for this.

Yes we could because each and everyone of us could make some improvements.
I heard something once and it really hit me hard "if you are born poor it is not your mistake, But if you die poor it's your mistake."
There are always a way to earn more we just need to be creative.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Hardware wallet really secure enough? on: February 15, 2020, 09:42:28 AM
Every single wallets in crypto space aren't safe, mobile wallet, hardware wallet, paper wallet, windows wallet, it all comes down to keeping your private keys safe, these wallets can't do that for you
I think this hardware wallet is still safe if you access it to a truly secure device because even though the hardware wallet is equipped with high security but you access it to a device full of viruses, it will also affect your wallet which will be threatened.
It is true we should also be the one to protect it just because it is said to be secured doesn't meanthat we should just access it anywhere we want.
We should always keep it clean from all of the potential threat virus or any kind of hack not just the hardware wallet but also the device that we are using to open the wallet.
For me it is still the most secured wallet out of all the crypto wallet at the moment.
287  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Binance 10,000 BTC and 100,000 ETH giveaway on: February 15, 2020, 06:51:41 AM
Who on earth would giveaway that much money?
It is clearly a scam don't need any proof just the title of your thread already says it all there is no need to see any proof even a newbie in crypto would know that this is a lie.
And the video has already been deleted I didn't see it but it is clear that it is just another scam.
This is why DYOR is so important before sending anything on something or even believing in some news you should always make sure that it is true.
288  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: OpenDime or Hardware Wallet? on: February 15, 2020, 05:07:46 AM
OpenDime is not a wallet, so it's a bit wrong to compare it with a hardware wallet, since they are created to solve different tasks. Opendime is more close to a paper wallet, you can store Bitcoin on it, but you can't make transactions with it, you'd need to connect it to a computer and sweep the private key. Basically, Opendime is a sophisticated USB stick. There's no reason to get Opendime if you don't plan to use its main feature - transacting Bitcoin physically by giving someone your Opendime.

Hardware wallet allows you to securely store and transact Bitcoin, which is very useful for newbies who want a quick and simple solution to managing their coins.
I agree this is like comparing Bitcoin to Gold or other things.
Both have different use and each of them stands out in their own features.
For OP I don't think you really need an Opendime you could easily use your hardware wallet for your transactions.
289  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My Trading/Gambling Journal on: February 14, 2020, 04:49:26 PM
I nice thread to check every now and then,
This is really interesting I think it is a great idea to have a journal about our trades,
To see what we achieve and learn from our mistakes this could be helpful for everyone.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If google has its own crypto currency? on: February 14, 2020, 04:13:08 PM
Hi, I have a question if Google will have its own digital currency?it will beast bitcoin or not?

I think that it will beat Bitcoin easily! Because Google controls the whole world of the Internet! And it is very famous among the people all over the world. It can market its currency easily.
This is my opinion! What is yours?
Just look at what happened to LIBRA do you think Bitcoin would be beaten down to something like that?
Facebook is a pretty famous to the people too but they didn't even leave a great impression on crypto.
People on crypto wants privacy that is why we choose Bitcoin,
But to be honest I think they would beat the Bitcoin in some ways but they could never replace it as being the King of crypto.
291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After losing did you feel you must return the soonest to win back your losses? on: February 14, 2020, 01:39:17 PM
Yes most of the time I would feel that way theurge of winning back what we lose.
But we should know how to handle it I must admit there were times that I also deposit right after I lose at gambling,
But there are times that I could win it back plus a profit.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy Bitcoin Valentine's Day! on: February 14, 2020, 11:37:20 AM

That's very kind of you. I did not even think of that idea but it's actually good. In that way, they may search and learn about bitcoin, and because of that bitcoin is again shared to those who do not know it yet.

Have a safe trip, and enjoy your activity for today! Thank you for sharing a new way for spreading bitcoin this day. Let's share some love and kindness today. Smiley
I agree it would help a lot to promote awareness about Bitcoin even more,
But OP should really choose carefully to who he/she would give it too since there are some people who doesn't know a thing on how to send or use it.
Some of them might just throw it away but it wouldn't be a problem since OP have a copy so he/she could always retrieve the BTC .
But it would be great if they could get the BTC that OP would give since it is a present for them to be used.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone trading on "Decentralized Exchanges"? on: February 14, 2020, 09:28:27 AM
Used to trade in etherdelta and forkdelta and also some other decentralized exchange.
But it was a long time ago back when bounty was so good and paid well I used to buy some token/coin from the campaigns that I want to join but missed since I also have bounty at that time.
I manage to make some profit from doing it but now I don't think it would really be a great idea anymore since most of the project could only be traded on DEX and they doesn't seem's to be eager to be listed in some great and famous sites or even if they does manage their token/coin would only be dump.
Unlike back in 2017 the project are so great that once they got listed most of them would skyrocket or be dump for a couple of days then go up.
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tony Hawk foundation accepting Bitcoin! on: February 14, 2020, 08:51:03 AM
I really like how Bitcoin becomes more and more commonly accepted for donations, it really does bring benefits for this use case, since PayPal and other methods often have some minimal fees or just don't work in some country, while Bitcoin has none of those obstacles. Though it is bad that donations are often accepted via BitPay, which has unnecessary fees and introduces centralization.
I also like it that way since every donation would be anonymous and we wouldn't know who donates it unless the donator wants publicity.
I like how the Big names are now accepting crypto and making a huge noise about it we have seen some music artist and now the famous skateboarding icon.
What would be the next one I hope sometime soon some charity foundation would also start to accept crypto .
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders be careful on: February 13, 2020, 02:08:41 PM
If you already consider yourself trader then why would you even listen to the clowns?
We all know that those TA's would only be around when the market is showing a great movement.
Even someone who couldn't read the chart could also do what they do so why bother believing them if you could also do it on your own?
Make your own decision so you would also learn from it.
Learn to stand up for your own don't rely on others.
296  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tone Vays Stands by $4K Bitcoin Price Pre-Halving Prediction on: February 13, 2020, 09:49:01 AM
Bitcoin blasted through the $10K barrier once again this Sunday. But while the majority of analysts are hanging out the flags hailing the next Bitcoin bull run, prominent BTC trader and analyst Tone Vays stands by his bearish prediction. https://bitcoinist.com/tone-vays-defends-bearish-btc/
How long has it been since we saw the price that low?
I don't really think that it would really happen now as we could see we are so far from it and the market manage to hold it high.
And the halving are pumping up the price so why would it fall down to $4K?
Are those any followers who are really waiting for his prediction to buy? I wonder how long would it takes for your order to be filled out or if it would ever be filled out.
297  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | Crypto Powered Sportsbook and Casino | 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: February 13, 2020, 09:16:32 AM

Have to feel bad for this staker. Wins the first 8 legs of their multi-bet then cashes out half way through the final leg for a modest profit when it looked like Tiafoe would certainly not win. Tiafoe immediately steps up his game and wins the match. Had they not cashed out it would have meant a 22BTC win  Lips sealed

On the bright side, they took a big 16BTC multi win the following day Smiley  sportbet:468327
I think they already had enough and doesn't want to risk it anymore instead they just save the profit that they have.
I would also do the same thing after all it is already 16 BTC so it is better to be safe than sorry.
They played safe instead of being greedy that is one thing that a gambler should have most of us gamblers are too greedy that is why we ends up losing instead of having profit.
298  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: February 13, 2020, 08:35:40 AM
I think freebitco.in moved away from free part a bit because it is getting more and more attention from the gamblers nowadays. Of course, there are a lot of people who do not spend a single dime and never deposit yet still lurk around trying to make the most out of everything on freebitcoin but that doesn't change the fact that there was a lot of them back in the day and now the ratio of people who deposit to people who don't must be changing a lot. Even if it moved from 5% to 10% that is a big change for freebitcoin, and it looks like the number could be even higher in reality by the look of the numbers.

I can't say if the people who come here for gambling managed to be biggest number and maybe free ones are still the bigger piece but I am sure the gambler number must be higher than say a year ago or further back.

They actually started to position themselves as "the biggest online bitcoin casino" rather than a faucet lately.

The free part is still solid though. It is not one bit different than what they started as years ago. "A chance to win 200 bucks every hour." It was always like this, and still is.
It is great that they still remain the same while doing some upgrades to attract more people to their site.
The Daily Progressive Jackpot ends in 2 hours.

Boost Your Way to the Top Spot Before the Timer Ends.

Congratulations to User Id 13562178 for winning 0.13221670 BTC yesterday.

This is the reason why there are more gamblers now on their site and not to mention of course their lottery that is still working well.
I hope that this site would continue to be a great faucet that would bring back the old memories,
Specially for those who are like me who begin their crypto journey from faucets.
299  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin won't surge past 11k, your thoughts... on: February 13, 2020, 07:57:43 AM
Bitcoins all time high of this year is all set to stop according to the indication, there was a massive pump from the last week which crossed $800 in a week was really amazing from BTC. Here I will share a link where it clearly shows that BTC won't go beyond 11k. Guys kindly share your thoughts.
https://www.newsbtc.com/2020/02/13/bitcoin-wont-surge-past-11k-just-yet/amp/
Of course it could the question is when would it happen,
We have seen the market has been growing this week so maybe it would only take some time before it goes beyond $11K.
Besides we still have too much time before the halving and for sure it would still grow so be patient and wait for it.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the 21M BTC supply promise realistic? on: February 13, 2020, 07:22:37 AM
Everyday people lose access to their wallets, send Bitcoins to wrong addresses. It results in Bitcoins being lost forever. In the meantime, there is no way to prevent it.

So, let’s suppose that Bitcoin would exist forever. It means that at some point there won’t be any coin left in the network…

I know there are other implications/discussions about Bitcoin supply. But I’d like to limit this topic to this concern (Bitcoins lost).

Is  the 21M BTC supply promise realistic?

i do not understand your question, it is not realistic, it is real and immutable fact, so yes that is the final number, which cannot be changed...
if all of us loose their access to respective wallets, there will be few BTC left, but supply will not grow, that is for sure
I also doesn't understand OP's point here but you already explained it well .
No matter how many wallets would be lost forever the maximum supply would always be 21M BTC the lost Bitcoin would still be there but it would lessen the circulating supply.
And we don't have to worry about a thing because 1BTC could still be divided into 100 Million Sats and every Sats have its value.
