281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BUY high sell low ? on: November 26, 2017, 11:26:21 AM
Start trading with low amount. This way you will be more comfortable and less emotional with your moves. Emotions mostly played when an amount is something very valuable to you that you cannot afford to lose. This is what I did when I started trading. I can only laugh when I remember myself perspiring during my early days with only $100 at stake. Now it's becoming ordinary and I felt relaxed with my trades. Of course I have my own set of limitations as I know everyone cannot stop being emotional when the money in front of you is big enough.
282  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: November 26, 2017, 10:21:42 AM

Dunno if this guy did buy at previous dips earlier but at this current bitcoin price it is still not late. We will be breaking $10,000 soon within this year. Who knows bitcoin might end up higher than $10,000 since we did touched more than $9,000 already today.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [HST] Horizon State - Decision Token - First exchange listing on: November 26, 2017, 09:45:59 AM
HST will be listed on 3 other exchanges end of this month and there will be a United Nations related announcement, and a new interview with HuffPost.

https://horizonstate.com
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/decision-token Still only 21 cents at the moment !
telegram : https://t.me/horizonstate

Oh my goodness. This is already in KuCoin with very good volume. Unbelievable HST was able to enter in an Asian market at this early stage. The project is very promising and should be utilized well.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC be a major in college? on: November 25, 2017, 11:05:38 AM
Then perhaps blockchain technology is valid. Its benefit, features and smart contracts. These are very interesting subjects that are helpful and necessary on IT courses. BTC and crypto are like companies and they will never become a major in college. It's like companies like Samsung, Exxon Mobil and other companies in the stock market becoming a major in college which is funny and nonsense.
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1000 hard forks in 2018 on: November 25, 2017, 10:43:43 AM

Seriously. What is wrong with hard forks? It is free and if you don't like it then don't claim or simply dump it. When a hard forked coin does nothing and cannot present developments and solid platform then it will cease to exist. Not a problem actually.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TrueFlip - Become a part of the world's largest blockchain lottery +Bounty on: November 25, 2017, 10:24:21 AM
TFL Trading on HitBTC stopped since a few days ago. Anybody knows why? The low volume?

Etherdelta is nice to use though.

It's a shame that it goes this way. Raising over 2000 BTC in the ICO, the TrueFlip team is financially very healthy. Yet the market cap of all TFL is just a few million, due to the bad management decision(s). As the Blockchain lottery is still a good idea, I hope things can be turned around

I just noticed this too. I think some other coins that continues to be traded at HitBTC have lower volume than TFL. I cannot find any statement from TFL team on their official twitter. I just hope that this will be listed on some other exchanges and hopefully not just one. Been hearing people saying Etherdelta is very difficult to use.
287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin the most popular cryptocurrency? on: November 24, 2017, 06:42:25 AM
I believe that they're popular mainly because well it was the first of all cryptocurrencies to be made. Honestly most of the other coins are scams and greedy ways that the developers make money. The only other coin I can think of that isn't a scam are dogecoins! What do you think?

Yes Bitcoin is very popular because it is the first decentralized crypto. But what does Doge has that you can say it is better than other coins like Komodo, Monero, Power ledger and other coins? I just think that new coins are becoming better than most of the old ones.
288  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think bitcoin gold value will rise to bitcoin value on: November 24, 2017, 04:50:32 AM

Hard to predict. That will really depend on how good their development and technology becomes in the future. Everyone of these crypto have the chance to succeed and go mainstream soon as blockchain will be adopted by different kind of institutions.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment strategies on: November 24, 2017, 01:10:35 AM

100% in 40 days. That is quite ambitious but still doable when your trades are done properly. I don't think bitcoin doubles it price though so you must be rooting on your altcoin trades and ICO. I also doubt most altcoins will do any better when bitcoin continues to rally because of this year's coming forks.
290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: November 23, 2017, 09:24:00 AM
The best time to become a trader is when you felt yourself confident that you are already equipped with enough knowledge and skills. You can be a trader anytime but the question is how effective will you be.
291  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best coin to buy today? on: November 22, 2017, 02:50:33 AM

Trade on coins with good potentials so that if it goes down chances are it will rise again. Even good traders traders do this. Purely pump and dump coins are very risky and you cannot even convince yourself fundamentally that it could recover soon.
292  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategy for most profit in 10 years from now on: November 22, 2017, 02:37:51 AM
$100 isn't much but better than nothing at all. Try to ride with the waves if you aren't that busy. First you have to hold Bitcoin until it reaches maybe $10,000 to $13,000. After than especially the next year you try to convert maybe no more than half of your Bitcoin's into 2 promising alts. Actually if you try to focus on some alts then you will be able to understand their movements and you can ride with it. You can also study the different charting indicators if you want.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: November 22, 2017, 02:08:29 AM
No regrets. What is done is done. We need to move on and learn from it. I did some wrong moves especially after the ghost month which I thought alts will start to recover and I continue to hold despite suffering heavy losses. Maybe I could've spend most of my salary savings into Bitcoin when I started investing.

295  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2017, 01:13:52 AM
Versatile prices. Irreversible transactions. Of course you also need to take care of you private keys and other info. All my Bitcoins are currently in trading sites because I do regular trades. If people want to hold its Bitcoins long term then purchasing a nano or trezor is the best.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] YOURCHAIN - Let's Make Crypto YOURS Again! on: November 20, 2017, 03:33:52 AM
I think it is good that the swap is delayed a bit. December should be a good date to fully finish the swap. Most traders believe that altcoins will rise starting 2018. By that time Yourchain will be flying in colors.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you still buy Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2017, 03:16:09 AM

If you think long then Bitcoin is still a good buy as it is expected to continue rising. There maybe some bumps ahead but it should continue to be bullish generally. If you are thinking of gaining big in short term then you better equip first with enough knowledge and trading skills so you can ride with the waves successfully.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government/ bank backed cryptocurrency vs bitcoin on: November 19, 2017, 03:23:48 AM
Most banks and other financial institutions have cards already and online banking features already. Blockchain is the future and of course they will also adopt it. Sooner than later we can see them having their own blockchains and who knows some will just sign partnerships and collaborate on some other existing crypto projects.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: November 18, 2017, 04:24:36 AM
paying with cash needs not confirmation. so easy to use, we dont have to wait confirmation as in bitcoin which has to wait confirmations to complete transaction. moreover, bitcoin's fee transaction is now much too high for micro payment.

Bitcoin has to do something on its speed and most especially its expensive transaction fee. Bitcoin is becoming more of an asset but how are people going to justify its worth? Bitcoin Cash and some other alts will probably overtake Bitcoin soon if no better upgrades happen.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 18, 2017, 03:03:11 AM
Not really. I am just surprised that we already broke $8,000 at this stage. That made most people to believe that we are really capable of reaching $10,000 this year. There is another free Bitcoin Silver this coming December so that might spark another heavy rally.
