Thanks everyone. Just playing the waiting game now. Just installed 16kw of solar this year and these servers are making it worth it. Do you guys know anywhere to buy more servers now without paying the crazy prices on eBay.. I'm mining with S9s right now curious on other good options.
Save up your BTC and purchase them directly with BTC from Bitmain or Avalon's. Currently around .4 and change for the Bitmain's. |

Not that much I have about 30THs. Been watching the block % under my workers. It's seemed to freeze for pass 5 hours. Shares are still getting accepted like crazy though??

Well, that's odd. I added another 5/TH and my payments haven't actually gone up. I figured it would have some impact. My 5ND only went up 1av point so far. I have around 53 TH but my 5ND is at 49.19av.  |

483139, which matures in a few hours, also has the 42,000 sat fee on it, and since we're back into 'not very full' blocks again, I'll keep putting the 42,000 sat fee on them for a while.

Quick Question - Looking to understand the payment transactions a little better. The (2) blocks found on Aug 31st have matured, so shouldn't the payment transaction for the first block found have been sent? I'm still learning kano.is, so it may be a result of my ignorance. I cant find the payment transaction, and its also not reflected in my wallet.
Any guidance or clarity is appreciated. I'm doing a 'Block Dance' for ya'll - Its September, let the blocks rain down!

Just moved ~60 Th over from P2Pool. I didn't realize Kano was over 80 Ph, so I'm looking forward to a relatively lower variance. P2Pool is awesome, but at 3 Ph it was averaging around 30 days between blocks.
Humbled to be in the presence of such dedicated miners and the kano community - Cheers!
Welcome, welcome! In about 5-8 days you should see your full potential and we will start getting blocks back to back to back I can feel it I just added another 5TH to my meager family. Brings me up to around 51.8 TH |

Man I got my payments in my core wallet and used the lowest fee I could on the slider bar and it orphaned my transfer. I had to use the free accelerator to boost it. First time I have had that happen. I didn't think that occurred other than using a custom fee and trying to get it to low.

Moving my miners from F2. Whats the main difference from the way they payout to the way kano.is pays out?
I just know that Kano includes the block fees in the payment and that each block has to get 101 confirmations before it matures and then is paid when the next block is found. So it takes a little while for payments to arrive but they are more than others. |

I was hoping I could grab one from this last pre-order, but they are all sold out, again. Arg! I keep refreshing the page. Managed to get some (self financing) from BTC only. Been running on T9s non stop (seriously, non stop at 21 deg room temp) since launch date with no issues at all. I wonder if the S9s will not cause any issues too (never had an S9 before). Belongs in the Bitmain s9 thread.... That said, the s9 is a roll of the dice. Generally reliable but many folks have had problems. Again - perhaps read the s9 thread? The T9 was made to address the s9 reliability issues and so far Bitmain succeeded in that there are few to no reported problems with the T9's. This might go in the Psychology thread, but do you have OCD? Cause you keep wanting people to post in totally different threads for stuff and while I would agree, to a point, the people that mine in this pool and post on this thread also think of this thread as a community. So tossing posts up in totally different threads when discussing hardware they want to purchase, or have purchased, to mine in this pool is a little unrealistic. Just curious. That and getting upset when more than four lines of text are posted also seems to be out of your Fuzzy Warm Zone That being said, my second s9 did have an issue with heat and I was going to send it back for repair but it corrected itself. I think it had some thermal paste issue and once it warmed up it got better chip coverage and reduced the heat. Now it mines just fine for this pool. |
