281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most common uses of Bitcoin? on: October 29, 2017, 04:31:47 PM
I am a newbie in Bitcoin Forum.I know some of the most important uses of Bitcoin. They are:
1.You can buy a flight ticket.
2.You can rent a hotel room.
3.you can buy pizza and other food related goods.
4.You can use it as a investment vehicle because bitcoin will continue to grow in value.

I want to know other important uses of it.

Yes, those are things that you can use with bitcoin. You can also, buy games in steam, put it in the bank or pay your bills, you can also use it in gambling, and invest it with other altcoins. There many things that you can use bitcoin for now a days. As our generation progressing each day, many companies and stores are now accepting bitcoin and this is really good news to us who uses bitcoin. We can see that in the future bitcoin will surely be high and big, that's why many of us are starting to earn in bitcoin and for sure you are also here to earn bitcoin.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: October 29, 2017, 04:26:26 PM
Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.

There are now some banks now that accepts bitcoin and you can deposit or withdraw in that bank. Also, you can get like a credit card for bitcoin which is really convenient and helps you to spend your bitcoin. I saw this video/information, that she compared spending bitcoin and gold. Here's the link http://www.businessinsider.com/trying-to-pay-for-things-with-bitcoin-price-gold-2017-10. Check it out if you are curious about it.
283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you learn from your gambling mistakes? on: October 28, 2017, 05:53:35 PM
Many gamblers know that they can't win money from gambling but they keep on gamble again and again but not with a small amount. Some people even borrow money from others to gamble. That means they never learn from their past gambling mistakes.

Are you doing this kind of gambling mistake?

Most of the time, people really learn from their mistakes but some people don't. It depends on the person, for me I always learn from my mistake, when I gamble and did a mistake I will always do the right thing. For me I don't ask for money with other people I always use my own money because I don't want to own anyone and also I want to just have fun and not stress about it after I gamble. Many people have those problem but that's their decision.
284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Hackable? on: October 28, 2017, 05:50:49 PM
Bitcoin can be hackable, almost all in the internet can be hack but it need a specific knowledge to be able to hack it. It will be hard because every wallet can generate random keys so it is hard for them to hack it but it is still possible to hack it. Probably, the government hackers can do it, but they just don't because it is illegal. It will take time but the possibility is there.
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 28, 2017, 03:55:21 AM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

When you are investing, there are always risk on it. There is no such thing as an investment that there has no risks. All of us would just go invest that if there is no risks this is why many you need to try it first before investing all of your money on it. You need to know about investing and how it works before you be able to invest and earn. Especially, in bitcoin it takes time to learn but if you are eager to learn you will learn it.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I HAVE 50.000 dollars to invest, help please! on: October 27, 2017, 07:25:12 PM
hi everyone?
first of all let me just say that I am a huge fan of this forum.

So where I am right now is that I have around 50 k to invest in crypto currencies.
My first thought was buying as many antminer l3+ as I could and then keep them in a hosting facility that I found.
then I thought that I should spil 50/50 between mining for litecoins and getting hardware to mine for ethereum.

I know that I am late to the game but I am still hoping that it is profitable.

I would just like to know what would you do ?

thanks for any tips!

If I have that kind of spare money, I would just actually do half invest and the other half go for mine. Like buy ASIC miner and mine your own coin so you'll get more coins and have fun with it but totally depends on you. Your lucky to have such money to invest in, unlike us we are just stuck in doing campaign signatures but hopefully soon we can also invest that much of money in bitcoin. You should just probably invest on BITCOIN & ETH then mine with BITCOIN. That's my opinion. Good luck Smiley
287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: October 27, 2017, 07:21:04 PM
In this season 2018 there are many big trades that happened that's because of Kevin Durrant started it first now the players and the organizations are trying to get allstars together for them to get easy championship title. Especially, the both team CAVS and GSW. They are too overrated because of how many allstars in their team, but they do it that way so that they can earn more money. I'm a Kyrie fan and wherever team he goes that will be my team. I'm a Celtic fan now, but most probably in the finals GSW and CAVS will meet again but this time CAVS and i hope CAVS will get it. I don't realy like GSW because they are too arrogant now, not like before and as a Celtic fan now. I do think that we have the chance to be a contender in the finals with our new rookie and combine with Kyrie. The players are so young and lots of room to improve day by day and game by game. For now they will not get it but soon they will.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC profits on: October 27, 2017, 07:14:17 PM
Hi,

If i have 100USd now what should I invest it in to make about 5% everyday?

If you have 100 USD you can invest on anything that you want but in your own risks. There many coins out there that are very good and that you need to do your own research in google, or in other search engines. I would actually suggest for you to think for the long term not everyday because you will gain more by doing long term investments than everyday because , the price cap can vary each day so it is much easier to invest in a long term. Good luck Wink
289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: October 27, 2017, 07:11:12 PM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

For me in my opinion, it is possible that bitcoin will replace or real paper money into digital money especially in our generation that all of the things are mostly in digital now but for now there are still many things needs to happen in bitcoin to be able to surpass  our paper money in todays society. Especially, not all people doesn't know about bitcoin, and not all people can invest on it because they have less knowledge in technology or they don't have the financial to do so. There still meany things to consider but I do think that it is not impossible and soon in the future we will see.
290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: October 27, 2017, 07:06:32 PM
Share your ideas here.   Grin

In my opinion, I think we will be stuck in one price or maybe worse we will all go down.

Here is what happened when US citizens are saving too much.

Quote
That's important because American spenders make up the majority -- about 70% -- of economic activity in the country. If people don't spend, the economy doesn't grow.

Check it out here

I think that it is possible that no one will spend on bitcoin but to be realistic there will be and will be someone to spend their bitcoin. If that will happen the price of bitcoin will be stable because no one is buying or selling their bitcoin but as I said in realistic way there will be always someone to invest or use their bitcoin that's what I believe.
291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Opportunity on: October 27, 2017, 06:57:47 PM
I'm just like those people before that didnt expecting that bitcoin will be too expensive like now. I have a chance to buy one bitcoin just in 200$ before but i  didn't believe to the bitcoin that time. I thought that bitcoin will not going to last longer and it will become scam after having many investors on it.

A years past the bitcoin price rised to 500$ and im thinking that time if i will going to give it a try  to invest some money on it. But like before i didnt believe to bitcoin again. The negavity are still on my body thinking that bitcoin will be down sooner.

Until this year i got a chance to have bitcoin in 3000$ dollar but i didnt take this opportunity again i feel that im really so stupid when it reached 5000$.

Do you think guys bitcoin will reach 8000$ next year? i really want to give it  a try now. So many opportunity i wasted and i will not going to let it happen now.

I totally feel you brother, I have been in that same situation but kinda different story. For me, I have a friend that introduced me about bitcoin and what it is. At that time my friend was investing on it and I really did not bother take time to care about it because I just though it would be just a scam until. Just this year, my other friend introduced it to me again and said that I can earn money through online. So I did listen and then he told me that I can earn through bitcoin and can convert it into money and I was like WOW. I knew about bitcoin before like 2 years ago and I missed the chance of investing it when it was really cheap at that moment. I regret on not doing anything at that time. I do think that bitcoin will reach more than 80k$ because bitcoin is gaining more popular and many companies now are interested in bitcoin. I do think next year bitcoin will be big.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: October 27, 2017, 06:48:44 PM
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

I do think that bitcoin can survive after 100 years if everything goes smoothly and nothing major that will happen like example, the government will shut off the web or the internet, or if there will be a disaster that will shut down the internet. As long as the web or the internet is running bitcoin will still be always be running. It will also keep running as long as people are investing on it.
293  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why do we keep converting bitcoin back to dollars ? on: October 26, 2017, 04:23:26 PM
It's almost like we don't value it for itself, but what it's worth in "real" money.

We always do convert it with real money because that's are standard currency now, and it is not surprising because we always depend in our real money and check how much does our bitcoin worth. We don't convert it with bitcoin because bitcoin it is still really not stable  that it can be worth as our real currency but I do think that in the future bitcoin will much be more than our real money. Bitcoin has been increasingly overtime and it's all over the news the popularity of bitcoin will gain some boosts into the future that's why for now we don't see its value for itself but soon enough we will.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ASIC vs GPU on: October 26, 2017, 04:11:12 PM
I want to know expert miners what is the best way to mine ASIC vs GPU

Thank Alot

I do think that ASIC is much more better if you want to earn in bitcoins and ETH and any other coins that you want to mine because it has more hash power and it can mine faster then but  the thing is that it is more expensive than GPU. Otherwise,  if you want to mine in altcoin. GPU is the best option if you are in budget, you can buy cheaper or high end graphics card depends on your preference and its not hard to buy those than ASIC which you need to order online in their website and mostly they are not in computer shops or that you can buy in electronic stores. Hope it helps.

296  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I paid and I did not receive it and now? on: October 06, 2017, 10:15:31 PM
I made a purchase, I paid in bitcoin and the person did not give me the product.
Do you have any means to recover what was paid, since you do not want to deliver the product?

You did a big mistake my friend, this is the first rule in bitcoin trading. You don't want to send or transfer bitcoin first when trading in someone you don't know or if you have no assurance that you'll get paid or you'll get what you want. There are many scammers now in online and its hard to trust anyone that you don't know. So be careful when trading with your bitcoin, you can go online and there are some sites that can verify each trade but it will cost some BTC but always be careful.
297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin Dream? on: October 04, 2017, 10:17:44 PM
Okay, I am just making that headline short and sweet. What I mean is: What is one big dream that you want to realized out of your Bitcoin income? No matter how small or big it is, please share it with us here.

As for me, I have a big dream of having my own 10-hectare farm somewhere here in my locality and I want to stuff that area with all the fruits I can find here and with my main products which are cacao and coffee.

I guess I have this special connection with the soil and the land that is giving us the food and sustenance daily. And who knows maybe years from now I can be able to issue tokens out of that farm...something like AgriTokens or AgriCoins.

Please share your dreams!

For me I actually want to make my own coin and invest it. Or if possible to be a bitcoin millionaire and make my own farm of mining, it is really fun to imagine what dreams you want with your bitcoin and you can do a lot of things like money. The possibilities are endless and we should dream more than do nothing. We should be dreamers so that we can achieve what we want in our future, this is a good thing to express what we really like.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 28, 2017, 03:17:04 AM
Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.

For me I would totally accept bitcoin as a salary in my profession because as you said you can exchange it in your local currency and also you can invest on it. There are many things you can do with bitcoin, you can buy when the price is high and keep it when its low and wait until it goes high again. Bitcoin is really going to be the future of our currency and when that happened bitcoin as a salary will not be question anymore.
299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: September 28, 2017, 03:09:09 AM
Just want know how much the gamblers who use analysis when play gambling and what kinds of gambling game? And do you think it is needed or not making analysis on gambling game or it is depend on lucky. Thanks for share your opinions and experience.
\

Analysis is really important in gambling if you really want to earn in gambling, there are gambling games that needs analysis for you to be able to win like poker, black jack, mostly cards games but if you are playing like slots or dice, your luck depends on that. So it totally depends on what you are playing and which one is your interests. We all have different tastes and we are not all the same, for me I'm more like depending on luck because mostly I just play with slots and nothing else. So it really depends on the persons preference.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Leave Bitcoin in Exchange? on: September 28, 2017, 03:04:50 AM
Some people says that the wrost thing to do is leave your bitcoins in some exchange.
I have 200 usd of btcs in Payeer, it is a online wallet but it also has a exchange.

Do you recommend to me to move this bitcoin to a wallet like Electrum?

I would recommend on moving it because you might loss all of your $200 in an instant if you don't think about the risks of it. If I were you, I would move it into my wallet and leave some couple dollars in for investment and move most of it in your account because the risks of that is really high because you have a lot of money in an exchange site and sometimes when they do maintenance they will steal your money and in an instant when they finish their maintenance your money is gone. You should always think about the safety of your bitcoin before earning that the number 1 rule in my opinion.
