I hope they will make an adjustment in game 3, if they still lose in game 3, they can't make a home-court disadvantage as their excuse. I am so disappointed with the Nuggets, I thought they'll give a hard competition but they were dominated in the last 2 games.
On paper and before their match-up begins, seems like they are a match series and at first, I thought that the Nuggets have the advantage because they are a more experienced team than the Suns but I'm totally wrong. Chris Paul has done a very good job on orchestrating the plays for the Suns and seems to me they will finish the Nuggets in 4-5 games. The Nuggets really missed Murray on this stage, he is the best player next to Jokic and they can't go too far in this playoff without him. That pick and roll between Jokic and Murray is a beauty to watch, damn we miss that in this playoff. |

They are for compromise, which means they did not respect the statement of the PBA, Kiefer wants to get out of the PBA and play abroad, if this will be approved, I doubt Kiefer could still come back in the PBA. His brother certainly has influenced him a lot, I can only see one reason, it's the finances as this league offers bigger salaries compared to the PBA, and his handler could also make more so he is pushing this to happen.
I agree, it is already clear that the PBA board does not allow Keifer Ravena to play in Japan because of contract issues. It's just that the people behind this are not respecting the PBA anymore. It could be the money that influences Ravena's decision to play abroad but the uncertainty of him playing for a long time in Japan as an import is high as competition is tight. Maybe there are other motives why they are doing this.
Anyone got news on when the 46th season starts? It's already mid-June, last time I know is that they will open by June 15. |

With Jokic being pretty much alone I think it should be easy task for Phoenix and the outcome from game 1 will repeat in game 2. Therefore I go with Phoenix and over 223.5 points for an odd around 2.6-2.7

Nice one for LOMA, he lost on his last fight, so I think it's time for him to bounce back with a big win.
Junto Nakatani is also undefeated, LOMA really like fighting with undefeated fighter, but honestly, I'm not familiar with his opponent, so hopefully, it's a quality boxer so we will see a great fight coming this June 26.
I'm also not familiar with Nakatani as never been watching him in the ring. Stats says he has advantages in both reach and height but his body doesn't look so strong (what can not be said about Loma) so I have doubts whether he can withstand body blows. I have the feelings that we have a striking fight ahead. Have cast my vote for Loma, anyway. Though not popular among the boxing fans in this forum but Nakatani is a very live underdog in this match as he stood his ground against Teofimo Lopez, his lone defeat in his young career, this means that he is not a push over that most fighter picks in a comeback fight but not Loma. I still believe that Loma is the king of this division so i'm rooting for him to bounce back strong. Waiting for more options in the bookies which i'm sure they will add days before the fight. |

^^ Yes, Jazz started slow but they were able to turn around, I'm surprised that Clippers can't sustained and just melted under the pressure. Clarkson hitting 3's in the third quarter that gave them the lead and they didn't relinquished it.
The Clippers has to limit the offensive firepower of the Jazz if they want to steal one game in Utah. They can't allow Mitchell and Clarkson to wax hot from the outside in game 2. I'm backing the Clippers in this series but seeing game 1, I'm a little bit scared that they will lose the series . Gobert offensive contribution to the Jazz was not so evident but yet the Clippers lose so what if he explodes in the succeeding game, disaster for the Clippers I believe  . |

If you mean they are never going to recover it through gambling, I agree, the probability of earning money with gambling is low. But recovering through another activity is very much possible.
And I might also add that together with low chance of gaining profits in gambling, only a select few games that you can do it and most of them is that you need to have a certain level of skill if you want to make a decent profit like poker and blackjack. Since he is planning to contest the 2022 Philippine presidential elections, there is no more room for any fights after this year. So in case this fight goes ahead in August, in all probability it will be his last fight as a professional boxer. There is a chance for one more fight in November or December, but since there are no proposals I would say that it is going to be difficult to squeeze in another match. God I hope that he won't win the presidential election because our country is already in deep shit with Duterte doing those killings in his failed drug war, I don't want to put the fate of my country to someone who isn't even always present when there is a senate hearing. Plus, Pacquiao doesn't have that much knowledge in politics so I hope that he won't do it. Really? I can't even comprehend how bad the situation in the Philippines if Duterte did not win the election, that would be the deepest shit IMO. Pacquaio, if he decides to run for the presidency, I think that's a bad move for him but I don't think he would do it without consulting the people around him as it would be a waste of time and money running for the top position of the land and yet loses that one. What can you say about Utah Jazz vs Clippers tomorrow? this is so interesting game to watch, many says that Clippers is underdog here but I don't think it is there roosters especially stars are well experience on playoffs and might they will beat the same what they do to Dallas where their experience prevails.

On the other hand, the Sixers are in a bad position right now and knowing that Embiid suffered a small meniscus tear in the first round then there is a chance that he can get it again in this series and if that happen then this series might end in 5 games in favor of the Hawks. This will be a huge upset for the Sixers if they will lose in this series but I will not be surprised if they will lose. Who is their coach right now?? The same coach who choked in the LA Clippers Vs. Denver Nuggets in the NBA bubble this year where they are up 3-1 but still lose in the end.  Shit happens and it's just that they run out of luck last season. The good thing about the Sixers is they put on some needed championship experience in their roster. Nets vs Bucks is nearly upon us. KD vs Giannis. I think the Nets while lacking the team chemistry of the Bucks will still be able to easily win this series. They just have too much talent. I think the Bucks probably have the best shot at stopping them though. After this series it should be smooth sailing for the Nets now that the Lakers are off the board…
This will be a really intresting match bucks won in the last two matches. Harden didnt play for them this was a big minus for that squad maybe thats why they lost those games. But i think this will probobly be one of the intresting matches in the play offs maybe another 7 match game Interesting to watch the game and hear the announcer that James Harden is not available? The Bucks should take advantage of this, Giannis should step up big in game 1 and prove his case as the reigning MVP, all I saw those is him making long shot. He should penetrate more as he has the height and Brooklyn doesn't have a big man. Only Blake can contest or Durant. I think this will be the key in this game 1. Not happening now as Kyrie and KD is really taking over. Almost end of the 3rd with only 3 minutes left 83-75 in favor of Nets no Harden no problem as of the moment, role players like Harris and Griffin is standing up to help the two superstars while Claxton also protecting the rim, The chemistry are enough to compete with the visiting Bucks, one more quarter and we will see who's gonna take this game.. Blake Griffin is the best player of this game IMO, he shut down Giannis while knocking those 3's in the offensive end. If this trend continues then there's no problem if James Harden won't suit in the next game but I know adjustments are going to be made by the Bucks but as of now, let us just enjoy the moment that we, backers of Nets in game one are winning . |

PBA board rejects Kiefer Ravena bid to play in Japan leagueAs I mentioned on the previous page, the legal basis is the question here. Obviously, it also includes Kiefer's commitment to the PBA and not just because NLEX allows it. I guess if only Kiefer does some official talks with the PBA boards prior to signing to Japan B League, he will be allowed. I don't think PBA boards will change their mind unless Kiefer will talk to the boards officially to fix "legal" things. I just don't know what's on the mind of Keifer Ravena but it a no-brainer that if you signed a contract, you must honor it otherwise it's a breach and I guess they know that already. Seems like they are toying with the PBA commissioner's office here. Definitely agree with you that if only representative of Kiefer Ravena have talked to the commissioner then their would be no problem such as this will arise. Well , it looks like Clippers found a way to block Luka last night but to be honest I watched 1st half and it seems Luka wanted more help from his teammates in this game so I expect him to go all or nothing in game 7. However, I still want Mavs to win as my favorite player is clearly Luka Doncic.
After that controversial three-point airball last night, Kawhi Leonard bounce back strong and single-handedly dismantle the Mavericks in the fourth quarter. Luka did not get the help he wanted from KP when it mattered the most. For them to win game7, they must have high percentage from the rainbow which was not present last night, they missed a lot of open shots. This Clippers-Mavs series is the first one to reach game7, so expect another exciting finish and I think this would be a close and low scoring game. |

First-round exit by Lebron James, what the heck.
Didn't see that coming, it was supposed to be easy by Lebron to make it in the first round, but this is different now, West had a lot of good teams and even if CP3 is not also at 100%, the suns already figured out their play and they play like a team, unlike the Lakers which are so predictable.
Lebron is getting older as well, he does not have the same type of strength he had back in Cleveland.
The start of this season Lakers still the heavy favorite but after so many injuries that happened to this team, they are now being eliminated at the first round, LeBron can't carry this team alone. The help is not there both offensive and defensive really being dominated by the Suns, Impressive performance from Booker he really leads his team to win. Next round is another great match up, let see if Suns will continue their quest, good luck! And I don't really think that the Suns would win against the Lakers if Davis was healthy, look at game 2 and game 3, the Lakers did a great job of dominating the paint and their offense was really impressive, I guess the Suns has not even reach 100 points on that 2 loses. Agree, if only Davis is healthy then I think the Lakers advance to the second round but being injured is part of the game, and LBJ and AD are so fragile at this stage, sometimes I thought that load management may work if the team is planning to implement that on the Lakers but the way I saw it, seems that they are not into load management. Now that LBJ and the Lakers is out of the playoff picture, the race is a little bit unpredictable and it's open to all IMO. |
