I already said it, will repeat it again. Charlie Lee is absolutely right about the adoption. Same goes for Bitcoin in that matter. Armstrong's opinion about sidechains was questioned number of times by one of the best developers in altcoin world. Thing is that cryptocurrencies biggest problem at the moment is adoption. That is probably why tech guys try to make something new, which in some cases is not relevant. If you want you can take 1 million coders to work on Bitcoin, make it something HUGE from the tech side.. I'd prefer to hear Bill Gates saying: "I'll invest 10% of my fortune in Bitcoin". Think which will affect the market more.

A dead coin should remain dead if people don't embrace the idea (if it has idea at all) behind it. This is not the way to help cryptocurrencies in general.

No logical reason indeed and I've never said he actually left the project. I have been patient with number of coins for months and I'm not a guy who will spread fud.

I don't mind as I have more than 20% of the entire currency and I already offered 50k coins as a part of bounty to new developer. I think that about 85k are raised so far, but none seems to be interested. I am just an investor (and was the first btw as Barry seemed as a good guy) and don't have time for developing other coins. What I can do is to offer GROW coins.

There is one and only main reason - it seems that the dev has abandoned it. Listing coins with no developer support is not how we are going to make cryptocurrencies a better place. GROW should be taken over or just remain dead.

Believe me.. I tried your way as well, but with no success. As I already said - my wallet is now fixed, but with the help of our dev (I had to send him my wallet.dat file). He told me what was the problem in his opinion, but I will repeat myself - I'm not a coder. Hopefully he will try fixing Windows wallet tomorrow, but as many other people he has other things to do so I can't insist doing it asap. Just hope that Zirk dev will be around, because to tell you the truth, he's not been around for 2 days after hitting major exchange. Not to mention current problems with wallet.

You can't expect that from people who are mostly day traders and they believe only in money. They support cryptocurrencies because of the profit which can make, not because of the technology and such. Just be around (or in every other thread as well) when the price is declining and see what happens. Try doing it when people are asking for help or some contribution.

Well, if we assume that last year I paid 6500 euro/piece for 60MH's.... sounds fair.

Other exchanges? Frankly speaking Zirk was listed on Bittrex prematurely. The problems of the wallet should have been fixed first. As I previously said, FAIL dev has already (most probably) working OSX and Linux wallets, but the real issue is with the Windows one. He was supposed to compile it today, but he didn't have enough time again.

From where did you bought yours? I bought mine back in May 2014, but decided to make 2200 km. trip to pick them up locally. We all know how many scammers there are in cryptoscene.

I just checked them out and it seems they don't have photoshoped ASICs available as of now. From what I've read it will probably takes months until their final product is ready.

FAIL dev have OSX and Linux wallet fixed (at least he think so), but for Windows he will try possibly tomorrow, because he is extremely busy right now. Our last conversation about that matter was yesterday.

Currently I own 7 x 60MH A2 Terminators, but in 2-4 months I will probably try to buy several pieces with several hundred MH/piece mining power. Please share your knowledge and experience.

FAIL was indeed fun when it was launched and if I can remember correctly, it was launched along with 2 more coins at the same time. FAIL was the only one with flawless launch. Several people (me included) saw it as something else though. FAIL imho can be widely adopted and we are going to try everything in that direction. About 3 months ago Charlie Lee (Litecoin creator) said that adding gimmicks doesn't mean success for a coin, but adoption, users and merchants. And he's right. Sadly, many people are looking at the name of the coin and they just don't want to understand possibilities involved. Believe it or not, I think that FAIL can be more widely adopted than hundreds of other coins on the market. It will be extremely hard, but we are always determined.

You can always attract people with free coins. Thing is that we want to attract people in cryptocurrencies in general and help them to avoid scams in some way. I said it number of times, and will say it again. When you support coins just because of the money involved you are killing entire cryptomarket. We know that pretty well, because when we struggled to find coders for example, we faced either scammers or just greedy people. Everyone can work/participate for money... try doing it just because of the idea.

I don't know why you are doing that (to support or just abandon FAIL), but I will reward you for it. Stick around.

I said it on IRC, will say it again and I will retain my position like forever... for any coin:

1. You FUDsters asking about ICO funds and such are just greedy and scared people who have no BALLS in their packs.
2. You can't make decisions for yourself - you are expecting someone else to do it for you.
3. You don't have confidence and you are thinking only about money (i.e. fiat). Some of you are rich in some way, but they suck in any other way.
4. When you were asked to make some suggestions and actions, you were silent, but when the price dropped - you were so active.
5. From the tech side, Via is with no doubt one of the best coins out there. From the marketing side - it sucks, and I know it.

Now, please, tell me... what you are expecting? Drak to answer you about ICO money so you can be comfortable for yourself? Or his answer will surely makes VIA with $5B market cap? Some guy already said it was presale and that's about it. It is Drak's opinion if he can use those money for development, spend them or add some more. I also said something else... why don't you ask where are Satoshi's BTC? Go and make some audit on Bill Gates or Linus Torvalds if you wish? If they don't fulfil your expectations just dump your computer. You are just killing cryptocurrencies with your actions. Tomorrow you will not have any coin to make profit of. It's not all about holding and be positive, but to be active as well. You are sitting on your asses and wait someone else to do it for you! SHAME ON YOU! People like Drak should have money (from ICO and whatever), because they are giving you the chance to make something, instead working for some ass at low salary. You all should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!
