Diff is still low. You can easily solo mine it if you have a semi-decent hashrate. 06:21:42  { "blocks" : 1282, "currentblocksize" : 0, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 0.66698217, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 4311929, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false }

Anybody else not getting the wallet to sync? It's stuck 3 hours behind at block 72640. I've downloaded the blockschain again at it still stops syncing at that point, even though I have 4 active connections. Is there a new wallet somewhere? I currently have the most recent one on the DopeCoin website, v2.0.0.0-g23456789-dope.

DwarfPool fork fixed. But it has more then 90 connections, some other nodes are on the wrong fork yet.
is there a list of the latest nodes, or does the new wallet sync automatically? You need to add nodes for it to sync. These are the nodes included in the configuration file with the wallet: addnode=node.maxcoin.co.uk addnode=wombat.dar.sh addnode=94.23.80.59 addnode=198.50.155.236

I think this should be HiroCoin's official logo to remind the miners that got in at diff 100+ what the people that were able to insta-mine obscene amounts of Hiro for hours felt after dumping their Hiro at 4000 sat. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FJgzUoAn.jpg%5D&t=663&c=M7HFZAoAqxexZg) If you want to follow a coin with a community that is more concerened with 'gettin' it done' rather than silly logos, check out EMC2. No insta-mine, no Pump and Dump! sounds like somebody needs a hug. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.niftydateideas.com%2Fimages%2FFree%2520Hug%2520Coupons.png&t=663&c=HNErj7cBQjXlDQ) LOL The HiroCoin miners at diff 100+ and the people that bought in at 2000 sat+ are the ones that need a lot more than a hug, they need to stop supporting obvious insta-mine scam coins like HIRO!

How does one do this on a Mac? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Just to confirm, I backed up my wallet.dat to some usb sticks (using the drop down menu and clicking "backup") but in order to keep my coins safe from say someone trying to hack into my actual laptop, I need to then delete the wallet.dat file from the blackcoin wallet program? Well, o a mac, i'm not sure, but i'm guessing it works the same. I'd wait for someone that knows for certain though. Your wallet.dat file holds all ur data, so if you have that, you could put it in another computer (another wallet) and it should be exactly like on your previous wallet. If you are asking how to delete and overwrite the wallet.dat so it can't be recovered, on Windows you can use the open source program Eraser: http://eraser.heidi.ieThere should be a similar program for Mac and Linux.

We apologize. We had a cluster of 10 VPSs go down that were acting as DNS seeds, we've nearly resolved it. when im sat in traffic and i see some other guy pick his nose and eat it and they do that little wipe under the nose with a finger like they have just used a servette to finish dinner. that how i feel about this coins launch now
Dude let me give you a clue. Nobody wants to hear WHY you couldn't launch on time, we know it's BS anyway. The only thing we need to know is WHEN you plan on launching and WHERE you plan on announcing it.

A update would be nice just a simple "give me another hour" or "comeback same time tomorrow" . Why can't coin devs use forums or social media are they all special Simple. It's not in the dev's best interest to do so. Since only the dev team and those close to them know EXACTLY when the coin will be released and all the configuration details WAY before everyone else, the less people mining at launch, the more they are able to insta-mine for themselves.

My advise is to never try to catch a falling knife. Wait for a confirmation the market has turned before jumping in You may not get the bottom feeder lowest price, but 9 times out of 10 it will go even lower. This is even more important in the crypto market that is entirely speculative and highly subjective.

0.00000891.... damn.... ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) its just going to get lower and lower... 550k+ coins get added a day with no new money... and bunch of new x11 coins coming out with some already out The 250 sat that the pumpers in this thread said I was an idiot for even imagining when it was at 2500 doesn't look so unrealistic now. What was unrealistic were the delusions that this obvious insta-mine scam was actually worth 4000 or even 40000 because they created some stupid graphics and said it was. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

It's one of the top 5 exchanges I like to trade at. Next target, Mintpal and Cryptsy.... ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) Mintpal ok, but not cryptsy. All coins die at Cryptsy. Love to see poloniex though ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Is that why you spam your Cryptsy refferal link on all your pools? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) LOL

I just downloaded that version Vann and it continues to be "out of sync" damn =/ There any settings i have to do after running it? I thought the new wallet has built-in DNS seeds. I started the wallet and it syncs right away. It has 8 active connections. You can try adding the nodes from my conf file: addnode=96.126.121.117 addnode=54.236.122.39 addnode=74.196.55.119 addnode=77.126.105.136 addnode=204.195.130.236 addnode=103.16.218.165 addnode=82.233.163.250 addnode=176.183.177.211 addnode=85.102.205.145 Not sure how to do that.. and yea, this sucks.. mine shows: No block source available 5 days behind as well besides the "out of sync" message. Press the Win+R keys. In the dialog box that opens type %appdata% and hit ok. Look for the Aiden folder and open it. Create a new text file in the directory and name it aiden.conf. Inside the configuration file paste the following and save it: gen=0 genproclimit=-1 listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 rpcallowip=10.1.1.* rpcconnect=127.0.0.1 rpcport=4560 port=4561 rpcuser=USER rpcpassword=PASSWORD addnode=96.126.121.117 addnode=54.236.122.39 addnode=74.196.55.119 addnode=77.126.105.136 addnode=204.195.130.236 addnode=103.16.218.165 addnode=82.233.163.250 addnode=176.183.177.211 addnode=85.102.205.145 Start the wallet and it should start syncing.
