2801  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: This is a forum that will enlighten you on happenings from different countries on: March 28, 2021, 06:44:36 AM
It doesn't only educate you on bitcoin and cryptocurrency, it also helps you to understand what is happening and what has been happening in countries apart from yours, relating to cryptocurrency, growth rate, challenges and perceptions.
That why it's accommodate many countries into a big crypto-currency community. truth fully speaking I haven't left my country before, but am well abreast with crypto-currency news from outside of it, I know it can also be accessed on the internet, but this forum main excitement is crypto-currency make it already filtered away from irrelevancy like most other places on the internet.
2802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ African Cup Of Nations Cameron 2021 Qualifiers ⚽ on: March 27, 2021, 07:24:41 PM
Am not happy with my country (Nigeria) economy or the severe situation in it, but in terms of soccer everyone is United, I wasn't lucky enough to watch the game life, such a pity a nation national news didn't show it, but I followed it up online, I must say am thrilled Nigeria had the winner in a very late time, am much respectful of the defense and I think their is time for improvement in the team.
2803  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [ General guidelines to new users] on: March 27, 2021, 07:19:39 PM

Everyone's motive to be here can never be the same and it's very important to be concentrated than moving around, some people are here to acquire the basics knowledge of trading and also know the possible inhibitors behind cryptocurrency trading, whose objective is to master cryptocurrency, while some are here to impact or share their knowledge with people in order to inform them for positive innovation of cryptocurrency.
+ Some are here to scam
+ Some are here to troll
+ Some are here to get articles they can take to their blogs or pages.
In between I think new users are not having the problem of signature, campaign except some of them have been told about the signature before hands, I think there posting is what they need to overlook on, also rules, and then if they can't meet up with any good posting they relegate themselves to bounty until they learn.
2804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 27, 2021, 04:16:52 PM
I really feel the Russian striker dzyuba is a great goal scavenger, he would feet into an English premier league team like crystal palace or leads, wonder why he isn't receiving interest, he is always delivering for his Russian national team, it's also good to see ilicic scoring, exciting first two Europe, world cup qualifications games already, I actually bet on Russia and am happy it came through.
2805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 27, 2021, 03:26:21 PM

Tottenham club is really unlucky and for sure  the club will get weaker if its favourite players will leave in the next mercato...the club always had many good players but always failed to get a single trophy
Kane could be one of the player that will leave the club

Not only players but even the very strong rumors that Mourinho will soon be replaced by Julian Nagelsmann.  Naturally, Tottenham have not performed well, the team is not so solid and rumors of heated rumors continue to roll in the middle of the league.  Very unlucky big club.  Hopefully the arrival of a new coach can make this team even better.
[/quote]
Mourinho can be forgiven last season, it was his first season, now in his sophomore year, nothing has improved for Tottenham, I really don't know what's the problem, because there are times in matches that you see this Tottenham team able to compete with any team, and some other time they play like a championship team.
2806  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have "$x" what shoud I buy Tweets... on: March 27, 2021, 02:34:13 PM
Yeah I've always seen them as self serving. I rarely see many interactions with the comments, seems like a one way trasaction where the influencer benefits from all the comments and the community get very little from it
That tweet is not a typical post by an influencer of cryptocurrency, the general origin of the question is one which the source should be a newbie, typically those type of post are in our altcoins discussion board, in aspect of the benefits of influencers, some times in the comments section the advertise companies and they earn from YouTube videos, only very few of them care about the community they are heading.
2807  Economy / Economics / Re: Flexible Work Schedule on: March 27, 2021, 02:19:08 PM
To me flexible working, is not about how easy the work can be made to the owners leisure or fittings, but it allows the owner to add few/more works to it, flexible work is one thats subjected to only the owner, and not other factors, and the tools for a flexible work, are go about with tools that can follow the owner at any point even to the very closest of the owner, also complex work can be made flexible, if some tailoring is made in it by the owner.
2808  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Exchange rates - crypto to fiat on: March 27, 2021, 01:43:36 PM
Exchanges have different Fiat rates, what exchange are you using? I'm from Nigeria and I change usdt, btc, ltc to naira through Luno and binance most times but their rates are different, I find P2P to be better choice because you can choose rates you want to sell your coins to Fiat for, presently some are buying naira at 490, 494 and even 510, mind using binance P2P?
I use peer 2 peer also, but am not carried away by the high amount buyers offer to buy cryptocurrency in there advert, I know how risky peer2peer can be especially in peer2peer deal when no escrow is mediating/handling the deal, so I use my trusted peer2peer partner, so also you should, bianance isn't bad in peer2peer, but I haven't tried using them yet.
2809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A quick thought on how to help/save bitcoin. on: March 27, 2021, 10:35:39 AM
Just a thought, We have all witnessed how just a tweet from a top individual in society can influence the price of bitcoin. We have also seen many people tweet about something so much, it becomes a trend and something popular that almost everyone hears about. This has got me thinking; if we all collectively pick a day or a period of time and all agree to tweet, post and create a trend about bitcoin that will last a while on twitter or any other social media platform, will this help the current price of bitcoin get to a higher ATH?

It may help the bitcoin adoption, but it will in total fortitude help scammers, bitcoin trending/cryptocurrency trending is capitalize by scammers, if in all for instance 100 people post about bitcoin on social media, many of which may be scams for newbies, you hardly see in the comments section of a You Tube video about BITCOIN and cryptocurrency even forex where scammers don't dwell, I think the Key word Bitcoin into circulation, let newbies do there search-up.
2810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Investing on: March 26, 2021, 09:06:11 PM
I’d like to get some opinions on Altcoin investing strategy. Here’s where I’m upto.

1.   Only invest 1% of portfolio
2.   Take out initial stake after 3x gain
3.   What about taking further profits, selling out completely? I’ve read that altcoins will lose 60-90% of their value when altcoin bubble bursts.

Great work map for investing in alt-coin, this is looking so perfectly thought-out, but the field of play aren't done by paper works, just been aware of that when the bubble of alt-coin would blow up no one knows, work with a game plan well tailored with the reality of alt-coins nature.
2811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who's gonna buy Tesla using Bitcoin? on: March 26, 2021, 08:57:14 PM
Would you buy Tesla using your Bitcoin or you will wait to $100K?  Roll Eyes
First and foremost, enough with Tesla and bitcoin, I know rich men magnetize attention, that's why it's Tesla and bitcoin are so much correlated by many at this point, I think investing in bitcoin for purchase of property is orthodox, now is about ensuring you maintain a futuristic bitcoin wallet for as long as you draw breath, passing the passion also to the next generation.

Good to see goals in Africa nation's cup qualifications, even in Burundi vs central Africa and eswatini vs guinea bissau this game are those types that may in time memorial end goalless, I think Goals in matches makes it exciting and this once are becoming exciting, Africa has top players but many of them are not chosing the parent country over there adopted country, making African football not going where it should.
2813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 25, 2021, 01:48:09 PM
It was a really bad decision to sell Eriksen I think. Maybe his performance in the last season was not good but the older statistics of him was quite good. He was really helpful for the team. Now he is at Inter but he hasn't even scored a goal or made an assist in the Serie A so far in this season.
I think he was sold because of his persistence on the increment of his salary, I think Tottenham don't actually pay so much in salaries to their players, checking there weekly wages I have no doubt top players in there team seeking better pay won't remain, I don't think harry Kane and son are players that if there where to be at another team they might be payed more than they are getting at Tottenham right now.
2814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the most anonymous way to own bitcoin? on: March 22, 2021, 11:18:51 AM
I guess mining can be the way? You can mine your own bitcoin, and with that no one will know your identity. Or well maybe just like you said, go through some series of process, to get rid of your mark. But of course, it will be really complicated.
And I think, we don't need that much of anonymity in owning bitcoin, it's quite anonymous already, and I think the data is safe. Only if you don't purposely do that because you want to do bad things with it of course haha, doing it in the normal way is fine and safe enough already.
Mining is correct, but how easy is to mine this days than in the past? Am a total -Newbie- at mine but every know it's rigorous right now, mining and the competition, money required for power/energy makes it a discouraging source to earn bitcoin in anonymity, and I can choose to be anonymous for my own many reasons, protection/privacy is one.
2815  Economy / Economics / Re: Central Bank of Nigeria Official Reiterates Nigerian Residents Free to Trade BTC on: March 21, 2021, 07:29:24 PM
Right now so many news concerning this hot issue of central bank of Nigeria and crypto-currency restrictions, it's not new if the government of Nigeria plays pawn and master a good character on the media and Nigerian crypto-currency enthusiast lavish in stiff neck character of the central bank on crypto-currency, I feel the topic is far public now and international eyes are reading it up, so it's a matter of time before they let go of their old grudges on crypto-currency.
2816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 21, 2021, 05:41:23 PM
I think Arsenal were very resolute in their today match against west ham all that and more can be said how the odegard, Saka and lacazet show changed the game for arsenal but westham coach should have made necessary changes to frustrate out Arsenal but no he didn't and arsenal kept on pressing especially down the wing where Chambers was, I think it was poor from westham tonight.
2817  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to find when & how much bitcoin one has purchased. on: March 21, 2021, 02:54:19 PM
Do you mean if other can know about your own purchase if bitcoin, because if you want to know you history is there for you, you can check your transaction history and all your transaction would be made clear to you, purchase withdraw, sold and many more, but for others, just like the first post said blockchain is there best possible way to view it.
2818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for Nigerian crypto enthusiast on: March 21, 2021, 01:27:34 PM
By interpretation from there earlier statement, I know it was banking activities with cryptocurrency that was restricted but Nigerians generalized it to be a ban affecting all class of crypto dealings but enthusiasts have since being successfully dealing in P2P.
You are correct many enthusiast like me has always preferred peer to peer, I have tried exchange, but I don't trust the abilities of my local bank to cope with crypto-currency, I had always foreseen this action from the Nigerian government but never knew they would be as petty as they were, I was also caught in the web of the restrictions, it affected me financially too, so that why If this news is true it means freedom at last.
2819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 21, 2021, 01:05:15 PM

West Hamam United will likely try to beat Arsenal today. For me, the odds are better to bet on West Ham. They will do everything just to maintain the 5th position in the current standings. I doubt the Arsenal will do well today, and they will lose this time. I don't think there are many goals in this match, total is under 3.
The hammers will give there best to beat the Gunners they are trying to be among the big four this 2020/2021 season, but I am aware of there abilities, the have a good team to play in Europe, but I think Arsenal have the upper hand, beating Tottenham in a feared Derby and qualifications in the Europa league, I think Arsenal will beat West Ham.
2820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for Nigerian crypto enthusiast on: March 21, 2021, 12:24:23 PM
This is good news for the people of Nigeria but I'm confused

So does the central bank permit Nigerians to use crypto and that individual banks acted
outside the central banks decision?

or does it sound like, you can own and trade it but cannot use your bank account to do so?
Something like that, as far as I knew, the ban was on withdrawing bitcoin to our local Fiat which is Naira and every account that had bitcoin transaction was rumoured to have been freezed, even now I don't trust Nigerian government, I posted the news yesterday and it was a happy development that am following and would give update on this thread, but till then am optimistic about bitcoin and crypto-currency in Nigeria.
