2801  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the things not to do on the Bitcointalk forum? on: October 08, 2021, 12:08:22 PM
I put it to you though, I'm sure a few persons must have suggested it but, most users have departed this forum because they plagiarised someone else content. It's about the rule that stands out more often and one of the never do on the forum. There are a couple of others but plagiarism has been a way towards the end of many. It takes different forms, direct copy and paste, paraphrasing, content spinning or mixing and ahits like that but all in itself is plagiarism. You might escape it for a while and that's because, your user might not have been a concern but trust me, a time would come when it would catch up to you and you might not get a second chance to make things right.

They do that since they are lazy and want to increase their post count then try to earn a merit out of that. And that is bad action done by newbies so this is one thing need to avoid since we will just waste our account if we did that thing since plagiarism if one of the concerns which is always pointed out by other forum users who report it. Anyways as I see it seems the plagiarism act is lessen maybe the effort of those reputable members who spend their time to do a research and report it to the mods contributes for its elimination.
2802  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 08, 2021, 10:33:12 AM
Currently, there are many usd-based stablecoins such as, usdt, busd, usdc and maybe many others.  To be honest, I used to think that crypto would completely eliminate the usd's dominance of the world economy but I was wrong, it turns out that usd is now evolving to crypto (stablecoins).  What do you think, whether in the future bitcoin or other crypto can replace the role of currency in each country and leave fiat currencies such as usd, euro, yuan and others.

What made you think about that? Do you think law makers around the world would like that idea? Maybe not since think about this as an alternative and its not good to compare this two since we know if government will rule the law for sure crypto will be eliminated so best to think that this two currencies could work together and they are perfectly fit as a pair in terms of trading.
2803  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit on: October 07, 2021, 11:34:47 PM
Merit system is a two edge sword. It has done both good and bad to the forum. The best thing about this system is that we can the post is coming from ab experienced user and is valid one.
The bad thing is that people are selling high merits account to people of low calibre. One more thing is if you are experience btc user, still you won't have much say on the forum.

I don't think this merit buying or selling should be a concern because all those buyers of merits are usually exposed. We have seen that some average and poor quality posts got many merits and on investigation they were found to be bought merits. If you buy merit, you are risking your account to get tagged.

This is not totally a major concern in the forum since provably on few members to this and its easily to exposed about those activities since we can see large quantities given on a nonsense post here, but its still good to discuss so that newbies will be aware about what bad consequences they will go thru if they do this and they will just waste their money for doing this activity since it needs more merit to rank up and for sure before they reach that they get busted and have a red trust.
2804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: October 07, 2021, 02:21:46 PM
@Kemarit. I understand the hype behind Inoue versus Casimero by the Filipino fans. They give support to their countryman. However, what I do not understand is why remain hyping for this after Casimero’s performance versus Rigondeaux? In any case, it will be Butler for Casimero and Reymart for Donaire. Who will be for Inoue?
Inoue has to probably wait, it was Donaire vs Casimero first and then the trash talks got so heated up that Inoue got in and asked for a fight but it seems that the organization has the final say in all this things.
Of course they would have always that final say or decisions when it comes to fight arrangement. No matter what events or happenings that do happen around but that wont really influenced on

upcoming fights that had already been set out and this is why we do really see mandatory fights which people had presume that possible fights or match ups could happen but since theres
some regulatory or decision makers then theres no much thing that we could do but to deal with it.Lets just wait for the right time.

Well as stated we should support on what opponent given to our favorite fighter since at the end of the day we can still support him at any cost if he is really strong and well prepared to fight then for sure he can win this fight as well he can raise his stock and also get the possibility that the fight which most of all fans awaits will happen after this. Hopefully Casimero will take this since I'm sure  Inoue will be more eager to catch his meat and cast the fight between them.
2805  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn Merits? on: October 07, 2021, 12:49:40 PM
Merits aren't that difficult to attain, just go through the forum's rules and ensure to keep them....
Try posting frequently and make your post as interactive as possible.

Nonetheless, you shouldn't center your mind on just earning merits, also think of ways you can give out informative and timely informations to the forum with this, you wouldn't be loosing focus but gradually and unconsciously attaining your goal..
Welcome💝

Oh that's why you only got 1 merit since October since you didn't think that getting merit is harder than you think  Cheesy, Anyways getting merits is not about only like that since there are several thread or information posted without acquiring any merit. Sometimes you need to be humorous or shall we say on point when posting something so that you can get the merit what you want.

But maybe its not good to focus upon hunting it since there are only few members here actively giving a merit to anyone who post their personal opinions so maybe focus to learn new things or gather information on what you want to focus on venturing on crypto.
2806  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC hit 70k$ this Christmas? on: October 07, 2021, 11:40:30 AM
For what we experiencing today we can say that it has high provability that the price predicted given on this thread is quite possible since we are now almost heading at $55,000 today and Christmas day is what we can say far to happen so everything might come up if no disturbance like any fuds nor sudden dumping scene will happen. But I guess we cannot see any of it anymore since mostly in 4th quarter of the year crypto mostly pumps.
2807  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we see new ATH this year? on: October 06, 2021, 01:49:22 PM
This year was full of excitement, full of good things and full of the evil. We saw new ATH, we saw how one man manipulated the whole crypto market and we saw how one country fights it and how everyone wants to kill the bitcoin as an investment option because of its high volatility.

From the recent experience, every time we see bitcoin trying to surpass 50K and/or reach new all-time high, market somehow drops, if that doesn't happen then China tries to stop it's rise, every time it tries to stop bitcoin from surpassing 50K.

The fact is that the governments and/or other major financial sectors just don't want bitcoin to reach ATH again and they do everything for that but the bitcoin is still very, very bullish, like never before! What do you think, will we reach new ATH again despite a such resistance?
yes, all are a small and big traders and investor waiting this season I am also waiting for this I am expecting we can get good something after 3 months that means before December we will rich a good position I can assure it.

That's good confidence to be brought on this current situation and since we already see bitcoin already cross at 50k again then might it will touch up at $55k at anytime today or maybe this week. Maybe the good thing to speculate right now is at what price does bitcoin would reach this December since for sure for this matter many will get an interest to participate on guessing games towards the market since people are so overwhelm about the current condition of the market that's why many speculates that we will see a continuous bullish market until the end of the year.
2808  Economy / Gambling / Re: [WARNING]Duckdice.io unbelievable losing Strike..Be Aware on: October 06, 2021, 12:09:57 PM
The main mistake, that players decide to get easy money. And after losing they begin to cry that someone has stolen their money. Usually it is not so, but they don`t want to believe it. If you are in the gambling - forget money that you bring here. Only in such way you can think correct.

Maybe the scenario came unto this case is he got frustrated on the losing streak he got that's why he try to bet more money but turns out the same result and its totally disappointing to see that result that's why we need to learn when to quit when something like this starting to occur since for sure we will be triggered to chase up our losses once we see this happening to us. Also you are little correct on that maybe the best thing to do is to declare your capital on gambling as a lose if we don't want to get stress if the outcome is bad for us at the end of the day.
2809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 05, 2021, 11:09:29 PM
Different people with divergent motives for gambling and Dice is the most go to gambling game for fun seekers and passive gamblers, and this has raised some cases in the casino House where you play against a player with different motives to yours. I only visit casino houses just to cash fun and spend my free time, but you will find other players who are always at the casino at all times and always ready to play a game against anyone ready this makes me believe this guy is not an addict but have gambled as they mean of making money and dice being an easy game which relies on luck as the top choice.

Why not both? For sure you are gambling to aim fun and profit since you will not enjoy if one of them doesn't exist. You will only get stress and anger for continue losing if you just said that you only gamble for fun and  I don't really believe that people gamble for fun since for sure you will not throw your money for any gambling site just to ease your stress since you will get double that feeling once you lose everything you have.
2810  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Basics things to note before venturing into crypto on: October 05, 2021, 12:39:43 PM
1) you don't always make profits, they're huge losses too, I've lost 150k twice in different occasions, so it's not always Rossy, there are hard time too.

That's why learn to sell when all is at the hype and learn to buy when everyone is at fear since if you do this for sure you will always get a higher chance to win on your trades than lossing.

2) Trading Cryptos need PATIENCE, I once lost over $10000 just because of lack of patience, the coin wasn't moving well so I sold it, 5days later, the coin did exceptionally well that I would have made 5Million if I had left it for a bit longer, so Patience is very necessary.

Also take this word "profit is profit" don't regret if you sold early while it continuously pump since this feeling will make you greedy on next time around so learn to settle and enjoy the profit you can get on your trades.

3) You need a mentor, mentors helps to analyze the market and tell you what coin to buy, when to buy it, what coin would pump in the nearest future and the coin that'll delay in pumping.....
As a newbie, if you decide to do all this on your own, you may be running at a lose.

Not everyone has an access to have a mentor so best to thing to do is do your own research, read some post or articles on why people losing their money on trades and learn to do technical analysis since this will really help you.

4) You need to be obedient and humble, it's one thing to have a mentor and another thing to give here to their Instructions and advice.
Most times we just want to act differently from what the ask you to do thereby running into unnecessary loses.

Don't rely on your mentor, trust yourself and everything will follow. Always listen to your god feel but if someone gives you an advice either from your mentor or not take it as a basis but still do your own research then decide on what you plan you execute on your trades.
2811  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we see new ATH this year? on: October 05, 2021, 11:32:33 AM
What do you think, will we reach new ATH again despite a such resistance?
This is what many crypto lovers are still waiting for, there are many factors that can be an obstacle, one of which is China which prohibits crypto (though this news always appears every year), crimes that use crypto, as well as whales or institutions that can greatly affect the price, but I still believe BTC will reach the newest ATH before the year ends.
Not only waiting but most people predict the end of the year bitcoin will set a new ATH and hopefully it will come true, and FUD from China keeps coming from time to time and in fact does not affect the movement of bitcoin.
and indeed news about bitcoin will affect the movement of bitcoin and will always be there every year, but most of them bitcoin users will think smarter and continue to believe in bitcoin whose price will continue to rise and the interest will continue to grow over time.

More people predict since the current happening with bitcoin is so good for reaching $50k again many people believe that those fuds ends and we can see another chapter of good runs as many speculates that we will go to a bullish season this end of the year. I also believe that we can see a new ATH by the end of the year so hopefully others will believe that to since trust will convert to demand and for sure this will be great if majority will think good about it.
2812  Economy / Speculation / Re: October Bitcoin bull month. on: October 05, 2021, 09:59:06 AM
Checking the history have seen that October month notably is a bull run story on most of the times. So if just going by that stats we can see btc crossing 50 k again. As well if we see from last couple of days market have started to move and btc is now at 48k. So is it just a beginning of an another rally?

Hopefully we can see the same scenario before since if we can reach up to the figures given maybe we can see another bull but if not atleast we are goinh strong for maintaining at this current price mark. Let see what will happen next since for sure most of the people are thinking about bullish especially when we heading at 4th quarter of the year.
That is what I like to see. Maintain.
Most of the time when Bitcoin goes bull in an extended period, an unexpected dump will happen that would surprise us and it won't even be near our technical analysis.
It dumps so hard that no one even predicted it. I can see a lot of analysis going beyond $80k but I rarely see someone expects at the lower range for a new bottom. It can happen, it does happen, that's why I am hoping this could be the slowest rise as possible for that "maintain" thing to happen.

Ber months is what other think as bullish season and historically speaks this is the season where we can see a greenish market condition but we should never expect any huge movement so that we will not get hype from certain movements since mostly the big ups we can experience is mostly happen on halving that's why eventhough we are bullish season we still need to know on where to secure our profit so that we will not regret if our expectation didn't meet this 4th quarter of the year.
2813  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🐒 ApeSwap partnership on: October 03, 2021, 03:34:43 PM
That was a sad news I was planning to play and have some BFG tokens before because I see that the APR is relatively high but I think due to the number of interested users that acquired a lot of BFG tokens the APR drops but I think 90% is still high in my opinion. I think they should just at least have some new perks for token holders or other ways they can reward the BFG token holders
90% is certainly a lot compared to ordinary deposits in banks.  500% is just fantastic, and now, when there are many more users, this is unattainable, of course.  However, everything is relative in crypto and this 90% can turn into, for example, 20, if the token itself gradually decreases in price.
So you just probably need to sell on time. Smiley

That is true, you can't just really leave your investment for a long time as long as its cryptocurrency since all is volatile can change crash anytime. Let's see what will the BetFury team will do about the decreasing price of the BFG just like what I have said before maybe a new perks to holders to keep them holding the coin for a longer time.

BetFurry team needs to work on it and try to bring something for the holders, if this fall continue and move the interest of investors those who are holding might be forced to let go with their tokens and find other alternative, though in some point, for those who still trusting the team, this fall also gives them a good chance to add more to their holdings.

There are partnerships and added exchange good sign that the team still working to keep their business and project to survive, but they also need to address the current value not to attract more sellers to keep dumping but to hype out and bring new interest from potential new investors.

Price drop is normal on crypto so investors should get used to it since market is so volatile, but if they didn't do something like creating another ideas to market their token well we can say that this is unsustainable.

But one thing could hype this up is the exchange listing on binance although we know listing their is hard but if the dev have guts to do it for sure nothing is impossible on it.

2815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: October 03, 2021, 11:21:47 AM
Surely Spain is denying themselves tax revenue from a valid past time.  I'd rather they tax betting in some form, allow business to advertise itself and reduce the load on vital natural businesses and people from excessive taxation and government debt which every modern western country seems to have in modern times.
It will be hard for gambling site to continue there stay in Spain since the government had decided to attack there business and the right for citizens to advertise there favorite betting companies. This is a big hit on the entertainment industry cause betting companies are most ready to sponsor entertainment to the moon so that there companies can also be held. If the government is no more interested in taxes gotten from betting companies then, maybe something is wrong somewhere.

Well they can innovate and join the online scene since for this they can widen up their market then possibly they can get more gamblers came from different parts of the world. This is now the trend so if they want to continue there business well its good to find some ways to make it more alive and they can market it anywhere then can do anything without government bothering them in terms of marketing.
2816  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn Merits? on: October 02, 2021, 01:04:59 PM
Hi 11Revenger11, welcome to the bitcointalk.org family.
Already enough has been said on how to earn merits and rank high here. I will add my few cents here, never lose patience if you are not getting merits. Try to post quality contents and for that best is to read and analyze posts that are getting merits. This will definatly be a big help. Good luck

He may not know what a quality post is, maybe 5 lines or 2 lines posts. Alot of posters mistake the length of the posts they make to mean quality and i do not think that is it. Some write to fill the length required to meet up with campaign requirement and end up not writing much meaningful things. To earn merit will mean to write something you know makes sense and meaning to you.

The length of the post really means nothing.
It is similar to politicians, you can say a lot without saying anything smart and useful   Grin
When I give someone a merit, it’s always because that particular post helped me in some way, because I learned something, got new information etc.
New members, who do not have enough knowledge and experience, can always research a topic and share the information they find.

If the long post is not on point nor doesn't contributes on what is discuss on the thread then those long post is totally nonsense.

That's why its better to create a low length of post but on point and we can see the simplification of the answer given on the thread for sure its merit worthy. But its also good not to think about those since if we think about it more we will struggle since we will be force to spam for thinking that each of our post will get a merit to the users here.
2817  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin a threat to China? Is China deliberately imposing sanction on BTC on: October 02, 2021, 11:43:48 AM
Its hard to think that bitcoin is a threat of china since if they really think about that way they will not buy a huge volume of bitcoin in the first place, maybe you can say because they released so many news about banning but I don't think they will impose it forever since their main intention is to manipulate the market. I will only believe that they will see it as a treat if they dump all of their bitcoins and leave the industry totally and imposed a hard ban unto this.
2818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🕷 betspider.io | 🔥The Hot & 👩‍Fun Place to Make Wager & 💰 Investment on: October 02, 2021, 10:16:06 AM
I myself haven’t checked the site thoroughly.
But from the user’s comments here i can guess that the site isn’t operating the actions with BTC.
If it is so, then the site has to be moved to the altcoins section.
This section only belongs to the sites that accept Bitcoins.
Admin if possible then do the necessary changes and move the thread to proper place.

Are you certain about that? I don't remember seeing something like that in the list of forum rules and guidelines. I think this applies to the Services section only and not to the gambling section.
But perhaps I am wrong, maybe it has something to do with the "all altcoin discussions..." rule.

There was a discussion about this before and some member suggest that if there's no BTC involve in the transaction on the casino this should be move on altcoin section, but in my own opinion since this is still gambling its ok for this thread to stay on this section.

But if the rules said about that I don't know if there's implemented something like that then it must be followed and should be move to the proper board where it belongs.
2819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The misconception when buying/investing in Bitcoin on: October 01, 2021, 09:37:41 PM
You don't need to have a lot of money in able to start and invest in bitcoin. As long as you initiated it, you'll keep going and have the mentality of being an investor. But before doing any initiative, they were already complaining which is a sign that maybe they're not really for bitcoin, and they should look for another investment type that they can be favorable of. Well, on that case, they are interested but need more understanding and gut to do it. About time, well, we all have time and holding doesn't require to be focused on it after buying.

Many people misunderstand when it comes to investing in Bitcoin, especially newbies who lack knowledge about the crypto world. Some people
think the high price of Bitcoin makes it impossible to buy Bitcoin with a small capital. If there are still people who think like that, it is better to
study Bitcoin properly, in order to understand at least basic knowledge about Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin can be bought with very little amount of
money, we don't need to buy 1 BTC, we can even buy Bitcoin with $20. Moreover, if we buy Bitcoins regularly, the number of Bitcoins we have
can increase and the profit generated will be even greater. So the first step in investing in Bitcoin is to learn about Bitcoin first, so that we don't
panic at the volatile Bitcoin price.
They put that into the basis and they're already discouraged to invest without learning more about it. Well, it is that investing is only for those people that have the guts and knowledge as they take the risk.
They don't get discouraged early if they know what they're investing. Unlike other people that don't look thoroughly with bitcoin, they'll be ending up regretting that they didn't invested when somebody told them to do so.

This kind of scenario mostly to be seen on those people who have different outlook towards bitcoin since many of new people coming around think about they can earn passive, fast and easy way to get money from this without knowing how huge the risk beneath on it. We really need to understand the risk since after the earnings will follow but we cannot expect to earn passively that's why its good to discourage young boys so that we will know how huge is their risk tolerance.
2820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto misinformation is turning into an issue for people new to the game. on: October 01, 2021, 01:56:57 PM
I have seen topics and posts around with incredible amounts of misinformation. Mostly posted by newbies as their first or second post. Most people that have been in the crypto game for a while knows to take most "news" about crypto with a grain of salt. But some people that are newer to it might fall victim to fake information or fake investment "guides" that tell you to invest in some token that is, to an experienced person, obviously a pump and dump or scam coin. A friend of mine who is semi-new to this called me a couple weeks ago frantic, telling me that he had seen a prediction about some random token and told me that he might invest in it if the returns were real. He asked me if he should go for it, and I told him that he looked alot like a scam project. Its a good thing that he didnt put capital into it, because within a week of him seeing this article on the token, the website for it was gone. This is an example of how easily people that are new to this get tricked into losing their capital. Theres really nothing anyone can do about it, but I think the easiest way the prevent scams and slow them down is to educate people that are new to this.

Lack of information is the common enemy when something new is being introduced to people, and since cryptocurrency is on the rise, some people lack the knowledge to actually determine what could be a scam and what could be legitimate, if your friend didn't confont you he would have actually lost his money.

Fact checking is something that we actually do not do whenever we invest (this is common to newbies who lack information or literacy when it comes to identifying what is real and what is not), especially when we get blinded by the project's fake promises, and then *poof* the site is gone, everything disappeared, and also the money you invested.

This is one of big mistake by newbie since mostly they always goes hype on something they think profitable that's why they are the favorite target of scammers since they really don't do a proper research on what they are going to invest.

Also they are the one who will defend if there's someone debunk the platform where they put there money on and try to invite more in the name of earning a referral.

And for the scamming happens which is totally visible hopefully all will learn a valuable lesson since that incident is really an eye opener to those people who believe that there's an easy way to earn money.
