If yung una, baka affected siya on their outage like sabi sa taas, though naka pag withdraw ka  pero yun nag ka issue while processing kase nga naabutan ng outage. Try to search on block expolorer your wallet address used to received your funds, if there's no suspicious transfer of funds from your wallet then it's still there. As long as you have the recovery seed of your mycelium wallet then I'm sure it's safe, it's just that the mycelium app is buggy af.

Using QR code and QR code generator are different things, while maraming payment establishments used qr code sa payment/sending funds using only sa mga qr code scanner ng app since mas easy way  ito.
Pero pag sinabing qr code generator means, na ikaw mag lalagay ng text/phrase para mga maging qr code yung text using yung app/website, in which pag may mga backdoor ito it will send all the text to attacker's servers na linagay mo sa app/website or yung mas famous is pinapalitan yung text na linagay mo which is famous siya for crypto wallet address na ginagawang qr code.
