2821  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Free Hourly Crypto Price Alerts? on: August 21, 2017, 04:17:04 PM
Haven't came across such an service that gives alert about the price variations of bitcoin happening with time. There are few applications that give updates regarding the different currencies that we have been invested into. One among the popular application is the blockfolio.
2822  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should focus more on saving bitcoins than selling your bitcoins on: August 20, 2017, 06:49:39 PM
Because the price is expected to increase highly in the near future, and the bitcoin's holders will earn good profit by saving their bitcoins and being patients.
Thats why i prefer holding the coins than selling them.
Bitcoin price increase is a promised one and expertise prediction has taken the price to reach as high as $100k based on the expected adoption that is going on. This makes people to give an increased preference for holding it for a longer time period than selling.
2823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: August 20, 2017, 06:37:19 PM
yeah i can consider trading as gambling once you enter your money or deposit your money in your exchanger account and trade with some altcoins there you can call that a gambling why? because you deposit your money without knowing that you can be 100% sure that it will gain profits.
Trading can not be called a gambling. Because trading can be done with the strategy and also analysis for the benefit, in contrast to gambling is entirely by utilizing luck. Trading does not always require luck, the most important is an appropriate analysis.
Gambling, we are risking our money to double the money to A game.
Trading, we are risking our money to double the money to a business.
Gambling is a game, trading is business. Quite different.
As mentioned gambling and trading might coincide at some point. In reality trading has minimum risk compared to gambling. With gambling the loss happens as a whole which cannot be decreased or lowered, whereas with trading the loss can be reduced if have good backup of fiat.
2824  Economy / Speculation / Re: what will you do? on: August 20, 2017, 06:16:14 PM
No more thinking, will just invest into it as much possible. This is all because the price has been increasing and the growth is expected to continue. The price peaking is assured as the value has already reached close to $5000 in less than ten years time travel.
2825  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: August 19, 2017, 03:00:29 PM
Because not many people know with bitcoin, especially in a developing country, it seems too far to be able to end poverty in the world

So you're saying that if people knew about bitcoin, bitcoin will be able to end poverty? No, even if people knew about bitcoin, they will never be able to become a rich people. Unless, that poor people knew bitcoin before it's veey popular price like in the year of 2009 where people first bought bitcoin.
Even if these people already knew Bitcoin since 2009, still it will not eradicate world poverty. I mean this is a very broad problem to partake by just some newly born currency. If Dollars (whom by the way centuries older) didn't even reduce the world poverty to atleast 10% then what more of Bitcoin who's very young.
Poverty is a big problem that can't be related to bitcoin. Maybe the technology behind bitcoin could help in a systematic approach of eradicating poverty. But poverty is just because of the dissatisfied mind of people who always agonize of making them elite rather than helping others. So the only way I always think is educating each and every citizen which will somehow make them come out of the poverty level.
2826  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bet on WWE on: August 18, 2017, 06:20:23 PM
Wrestling is purely a scripted drama, so earlier itself the results were known to certain people who are creating the script. Based on this I feel that such an betting availability is similar to scamming and just because of this I'm not interested to be into gambling on WWE.
2827  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: August 18, 2017, 06:04:16 PM
Bitcoin Bank the idea is good, but this plan will not work out. If you want work out, this idea means the first thing you need that your government will accept Bitcoin as a legal currency. First, solve this problem after words we can discuss Bitcoin Bank. Till that, this is a unnesssory discussion.
Actually, bitcoin bank is a good and nice idea. However, if there's a bank who allow bitcoin I think they can't handle it well and its because of the price. Bitcoin doesn't have exact value so that its very hard to handle. Lastly, I still believe that there will be bank who accept bitcoin as a deposit or saving of their costumer.
As mentioned bitcoin bank is a good way to promote bitcoin to next level. When bitcoin reaches majority of the common public the growth will be tremendous. For this a medium is required and bank can serve as the medium. But some negativity too will be there in which the system might go under some authority losing the decentralized functioning.
2828  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin correction is coming? on: August 18, 2017, 05:42:31 PM
Tell me if you think a Bitcoin correction is coming or not this weekend (around 19th Aug). It could not pass 4500 USD after a small raise from the minor correction.
There is always an adjustment when the bitcoin value increases too fast, however, with what is happening with the current bitcoin, that adjustment does not bring too much effect. Bitcoin will still go up quickly.
Yes, bitcoin as a potential digital coin has been experiencing hard fluctuations often. This is just because of the nature of bitcoin, that it is decentralized and the correction needs to take place periodically for a price stability. This is the one that is going on with the price currently.
2829  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mainstream Feels on: August 17, 2017, 02:31:09 AM
That's doesn't look fair, because Philippines is one among the country that has got good acceptance of bitcoin. Even in our forum we have got lot of users from Philippines. Bitcoin going mainstream is not gonna happen in a short or later. This always serve as an secondary solution for the mainstream traditional currency system.
2830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: best exchange to sell 10 BTC on: August 17, 2017, 02:03:49 AM
Due to some urgent needs, I need to take profit from ~10 BTCs for USD. Not right away but probably in a week or two. Am not a big timer, so 10 BTC is quite alot for me. Wink

Can anyone suggest which major exchange offers the best rates? It's easy to look at coinmarketcap but I gather there might be hidden charges - withdrawal fees, spread etc, bank charges even. I am already on Kraken if it's worth knowing but am good to go at any trusted exchanges.

For those of you active traders, advice highly appreciated Smiley

Use LocalBitcoins, friend! That is the place you can sell very quickly your 10 Bitcoins without needing Identification or SMS verification - 100% anonymous. They will deposit directly to your bank. That is my recommendation to you.
Most of the users here have suggested localbitcoins, because of the legitimate and flawless service rendered around most of the localities. Another important thing is that localbitcoins is one among the five recognized platform for trading. Right now rather than selling its good to keep hold of the bitcoins. This gives assured profit as price keeps growing continuously.
2831  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: August 17, 2017, 01:46:06 AM
Select a btc casino site that would look your investment would be profitable with look at the bankroll or see from the site profit it, it will help to determine if you invest there will be profitable or not. For me personally i rarely investing in btc casino sites, but i had time to see who invested in btc casino sites fortunately or not. Hopefully you can quickly find it and can profitable.

There are many websites im looking for i would like to share it if you are interested because you are taking about the best casino websites which is seems like investment but i'm having investment sites like casino.

Then what casino would it be? Since as you already said here that there are so many of them offering this kind of investments but the main question on that is who are the best among those who exist. better you drop it off so that people can do some research on their investment platforms and tracks some good and bad feedbacks before going unto your site suggested.
Yes, very few number of gambling websites provides such service. Yeah it's good that the user himself explore the different investment opportunities available and invest into it. Whether it's gambling related websites or something else which won't be a big factor.
2832  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: August 17, 2017, 01:26:07 AM
Well i do believed in bitcoin once i started to use it but not that will hold for that long since i need money at the most time and i need to exchange it into fiat to fulfill my needs in life i approximately earned around 11 bitcoins since i started to use it maybe if i just stock them and  just hold until now i am already a millioare in my country hahaha

I started to believe in bitcoin when I saw my friend actually cashed out money that comes with bitcoin. After I saw him cashed out thru ATM, I asked him how did he earned his bitcoin then he started teaching me on how to earn bitcoin after I learn and earned some bitcoin I now believe in bitcoin after that.
Friends are the one who have made the user base increase. Based on the legitimacy in each and every activities people easily get attracted towards it. Regretting bitcoin has happened with most of the users at the beginning and only after certain time period looking it's growth they once again get into bitcoin. So trust is much required with bitcoin as well other digital currencies to profit.
2833  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you give bitcoin as a wedding gift? on: August 16, 2017, 10:16:11 AM
That's an interesting question!!! Maybe my notions are somewhat outdated, but a wedding gift has to be more personal and well...tangible. If I consider it, the couple should have at least some idea about the value of Bitcoin. But then again, it's really impersonal. But that's just my opinion
If you create a polling you can understand majority of the users doesn't know anything about bitcoin at the beginning. Slowly little by little they started to learn more about it and now found successful. So, personally I will be gifting to wedding couple even if they were not aware of it. A small description is more than enough to make them understand.
2834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: August 16, 2017, 10:00:33 AM
There is nothing such that a way to know your lucky day. Luck is all about your state of mind. If you are positive enough to go for the game, then it is definitely your lucky day. This is because feeling unlucky will only cause you to get depressed during the game and it will keep you back from giving your best. If someone is winning on repeated basis, then he would consider himself lucky enough to try his luck again and again and being unlucky means some great losses experienced in the past.
If luck is all about your state of mind, how would you describe an event when a guy wins a lottery, goes with that money to a casino and wins even more?
Or when someone loses 20 times in a row in a dice game, goes out to think about what just happened and gets it by a car? Can we call that luck or lack of it? Sometimes it happens and you have no control.
It's better to forget about the luck and just enjoy the game you are playing, sometimes it's the reason why we cannot get out of gambling because we are so frustrated to have a win that never come easily. We have our luck but it does not happen all the time and we do not know when it will strike so better focus on developing our skills if we intend to do long term or just accept of whatever happen and enjoy the game.
Well, that's the right way to be into gambling as well the way to enjoy each moment of the participation into the events. If we think about luck and focus towards winning for a longer time rather than thinking about the enjoyment surely the user feels bad when things happen in the opposite manner.
2835  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin ever drop below 2500 ? on: August 16, 2017, 09:39:44 AM
Predicting the future of decentralised market is obviously not possible. A single negative or positive news has a huge impact on price. There might be some event in future that might effect price negatively and Bitcoin might reach $2500. But as for today I don't see any such event lined up which can take Bitcoin price back to $2500.
Market prediction of decentralized functioning can't be made in a precise manner. The entire market moves forward based on the trust and the speculation based on the markets. Long back when price crossed $2500 it's expected not to go down to $2000, but the same went in the opposite manner. The price dropped low to $1900 and grew suddenly. Hope the price never falls low anymore.
2836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do you guys gamble BTC? on: August 15, 2017, 07:45:04 AM
I usually play at betcoin when I do the little gambling that I do.

I like how their withdrawels are processed quickly and their support is very respsonive as well.
Agreed, bitcoin is highly responsive in all factors. Here with bitcoin and altcoins the gambling process is very simple as well can get real time settlement. Other than this users can find lots and lots of gambling websites that are functional with legitimacy. Hope in future everything with gambling happens with the use of digital currencies.
2837  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: August 15, 2017, 07:29:22 AM
There is no need of a complicated division with the salary. Already you'll be having a certain percentage from the salary as saving. Because what users earn as a profit from the savings made regularly made from the salary is very low compared to the same amount saved in terms of bitcoin. So just move the savings to bitcoin that's more than enough for a bigger future.
2838  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's time to re-invest on: August 14, 2017, 06:27:21 AM
There is no time for reinvestment, because I sold a coin when the price was around $3300 and in a short the growth is massive. The same has lead to have a panic mentality on investing the same amount back into bitcoin. But if the price is not concerned then investing into bitcoin will be highly profitable.
2839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: August 14, 2017, 06:07:34 AM
It’s true that whoever loses his money in gambling would get a lifetime lesson not to try it ever again. But if a person keeps on winning huge amounts in this way, he would definitely consider it to be his favorite game. In short, gambling could only be a lesson for those who lose not for those who earn huge amounts effortlessly. In addition to all these facts, gambling must be quitted as soon as possible because sometimes you are unlucky causing yourself a great harm by losing bigger amounts.

Lifetime lesson not to do it again? I'd rather do it in another way. If you fail to get some money, that doesnt mean you could not do it again but rather do it in another way that could make you get some money. That means you should learn more about EV+ betting and how to actually make some money from it
Every user learns something through gambling. Gambling has got good as well bad. One who knows about the right thing and stick to it with limitations is the best to profit. Rather than learning from gambling its good to learn from the life of gamblers who has ruined themselves through gambling.
2840  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: August 13, 2017, 11:49:21 AM
Even before the days of bitcoin's existence corruption was there in the world. Based on the real fact corruption is a cause that's been serving as a major issue around the country during the growth. In reality bitcoin also a way used for corruption with ease, but it's not the one that make way to corruption.
