Just want to share with you guys a terrible experience of a friend of mine who also use Coins.ph. He has an available balance 500,000 pesos in his PhP wallet. My friend received an email from Coins.ph stating that they cannot continue to support him on their platform. Coins.ph did not elaborate the exact reason. My friend now wants to cashout all his money but Coins.ph wants a notarized request for account termination and withdrawal of funds plus valid ids. So if you guys plan to keep you money Coins.ph, think about it, as this may happen to you. I have a screen shot of the email that Coins.ph sent to my friend and I asked his permission to post his negative experience with this company.

Since we are talking about a multi million dollar project, investors needs to know who are the players or people working in the project, from top to bottom. If its possible to share their active social media accounts like Linkedin account that is not created a few months when the project was announced that would be great, it adds transparency to the project. I invest money in real life projects and first thing that I look at are the people behind it, are they real people? Are they knowledgeable about the project that they launched? Is the project feasible?
2824  Other / Meta / Re: Why are forum account allowed sold here? on: September 26, 2017, 05:36:26 AM
I noticed in the digital goods section you can sell bitcointalk forum accounts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=234.0
?

Doesn't that just promote scamming, deception and spam on the site?
I guess one of the reason why there are still people out there who wants to buy forum accounts is to join signature campaign and as you know, if you are a Newbie, there's only a few or I think none (at this time) who accepts a Newbie rank to join a campaign. Another reason is if someone wants to promote their business (new site, casino, token) and register in this forum, they will start as a Newbie and there's a time limit on when a Newbie can post after a post has been made, so to skip that, they would rather buy an account and lastly, yes to scam people, unfortunately it happens here. They pretend to be around the forum for quite sometime to give the impression that they can be trusted.
2825  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coins good for trading? on: September 26, 2017, 05:17:35 AM
I wanna try trading but I don't know what coin to buy so that I could start with my trading. Can anybody help me and give me information on which tokens to invest in. Thank you.
No one will have the courage to tell you to buy this or that token because as you know the price of alts are unpredictable. Even those who are good with analyzing charts and those candle sticks will just tell you whats the current status but they will not give you an assurance that if you but that alts or token you are a sure winner specially with the whales out there playing with their coins. Do your own research, if you cant, don't trade, you'll end up broke.
2826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: September 25, 2017, 03:31:38 AM
They set a minimum investment amount that may sound like it doesn't make sense because its too low, but what they are trying to do is attract potential investors to start with small investments, then once they invested even in small amounts this will make the investors feel that they are earning money and might invest some more.
2827  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading on: September 23, 2017, 03:12:31 PM
I've been thinking for a bit about day trading Bitcoin, and am curious, what is a good amount to start with? Would it be possible to start with maybe $100-200 and work my way up?

Sorry if i'm posting in the wrong section, pretty new to forums here.
Trading is a mind game specially in day trading since your goal is to sell what you bought within the day, so if your are not familiar with the coins that you plan to trade and you are not well equipped with knowledge in reading charts and those candlestick the day trading is not for you. You can start with $100 and set a goal of at least 3-5% profit then sell and move to another. i would rather take a 3-5% profit than 3-5% loss.
2828  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: September 23, 2017, 02:35:30 PM
China may ban mining:

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/bitcoin-mining-operators-in-china-could-be-next-target-why-it-does-not-matter/
http://www.trustnodes.com/2017/09/19/china-bans-bitcoin-executives-leaving-country-miners-preparing-worst

This seems understandable, because when exchanges are closed the Chinese still may buy asics and mine Bitcoins (effectively converting yuans to crypto).

Is Hashnest going to move its facilities to another country?
Please correct me if I am wrong but Hasnest is owned by Bitmain and Bitmains mining operation is located in Mongolia (Source). Mongolia is neither part of China or Russia. Mongolia have their own Government and President which is Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj so in terms of moving to another location, I don't think that's going to happen because of Chinas new regulation to ban Bitcoin.
2829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The END of ICO's? on: September 22, 2017, 01:48:27 AM
There will be ICOs that will sprout like mushroom out from no where, those who says will protect the investors of possible ICO scam might be the scam after all. Nothing beats doing your own research and read a lot about the ICO that you plan to join or invest, its like gambling, invest only what you can afford to lose.
2830  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice ride but i'm dumping on: September 22, 2017, 01:41:36 AM
I always thought of the same thing, give up on BTC and never look back because I lost some money trading BTC and Altcoin but I thought giving up will not bring back what I have lost, so instead I do my research, try to be careful on all my moves and always stay on the safe side. It sucks to see how much I lost but I love to see how much I started to gain back slowly.
2831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao vs. Horn - REMATCH! on: September 22, 2017, 01:34:33 AM
As much as I would love to see Senator Manny to fight Horn again, I would rather see another opponent than Horn, specially if the fight will be staged at Australia again. If there will be a Paquaio Vs Mayweather 2 that would be awesome but I hope there would be more action unlike their first meeting.
2832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How hard is it to make money of altcoins? on: September 22, 2017, 01:25:37 AM
I went from $650 to $1100 in one night investing in bnb then it crashed all the way to $400. I got very tilted and gambled it trying to win my profits back but I ended up down to $250 and am very fucking tilted. I need to make my initial investment of $650 back or I will lose my mind. How difficult is it to go from $250 to $650? I'm guessing its gonna take a miracle.
If your way to increase your stash of altcoins is trading, set a goal or an exit price when you buy a coin. This is the same problem that I encountered few weeks ago when my $100 turned to $900 because of NEO but instead of selling I hold a little more thinking that it will continue to increase but it dropped when ghost month started. Always identify your exit price and move on, a 3% profit is better than 0%.
2833  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 22, 2017, 01:20:27 AM
Savings in banks Deposits in banks Property investments, such as buying property (land and buildings) are then leased or resold after some time later. Gold investment, such as buying gold and then stored for the long term. May be useful in the long run. and produce a decent and satisfactory. or farming to buy sawan and gardening and planting fruits and vegetables is a very good investment. Although a little vulnerable to failure but it could not hurt to try.
Bitcoin is a good investment if you are the type of investor who is a risk taker or loves to invest in stocks that are high risk but returns are good as well. If you have money to spare, invest in Bitcoin but dont sell anything that you have already like your house, lot or car just to invest in Bitcoin even if someone promised you a very good ICO with a great potential. Its better to be safe than sorry.
2834  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: September 22, 2017, 01:11:21 AM
If the price of BTC or Alts started to fall try to check first whats the reason of the sudden drop, what I do when this thing happen I check twitter and look for those guys who are very active in posting sharing news and updates about BTC. But there are times when a group of bag holders or those a large sum of alts wants to dump so that market will follow and panic then buy at the bottom.
2835  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Low Trade Volume on: September 21, 2017, 03:29:49 PM
It happens that there are altcoins out there with low trade volume but when theres a lot of interest in that coin, volume is relatively high. If you are a day trader, better look for coins that have higher volume like 500 and up, but if you plan to hold for a long time, dont mind the volume and focus more on the development of that coin.
2836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you read ICOs white paper before investing? on: September 21, 2017, 04:36:52 AM
If you are a serious investors and make sure that your invested money will be spent to where it should be, read the white paper, it does not say only what the plan is for the owners but also, it gives you a lot of clues if the project is feasible and worth investing. I heard there are white papers out there that are so badly written that some of the information are just taken out from wikipedia.
2837  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Insurance or cryptocurrency investment? on: September 21, 2017, 03:45:15 AM
Hi, I'm planning to pull my insurance to invest in crypto for long period of time and trade a portion as well. Recently, I was wondering if I let my money sleep in my insurance for 10 years it will triple but I'm also thinking that what if at that time the value of my money is still the same as today because of inflation.
If you already started paying premiums for your insurance, I guess its not a good idea to dump your insurance and invest in cryptocurrency. Your insurance have benefits that cryptocurrency cant match and besides the risk is less in investing in insurance than crytocurrency. If you have spare money, I suggest thats the one you use to invest in crypto.
2838  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: September 21, 2017, 03:24:32 AM
10% is reasonable enough to set aside from your salary if you are going to take it from 1 payday only, but if its 2 payday in a month 5% per payday. They say when you try to save, you should set an amount and take it right away regardless of how much will be left for you until the next payday and it should be done before you set aside how much is your budget for the rest of the week until you receive you next salary. If you do it the other way around like pay your bills, set aside money for other expenses then you will end up with small or even zero savings.

A strong company with a large capitalization will give in management a financial instrument bearing 1% of profit per day.
In proof, we are ready to demonstrate this result within 100 (1000) days.
Can you put more details and at least name the "strong company" that you are talking about? What are you or this company trying to offer, what are their projects that this forum or forum members can benefit? Is this an ICO or an investment company? More details please so we can help.
