2821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 08, 2021, 01:34:44 AM
After Newcastle's being bought by an Arab billionaire named Mohammed bin Salman, there are very perfect days waiting for the team in the future. Reportedly, Newcastle are going to be able to allocate $1.5b for their future transfers. The wealth of this billionaire is around $400b. So, it is not even a problem for him or we can say that it is not seen as too much money for a billionaire like this. From now on, Newcastle are the richest club, even richer than PSG. I can't wait to see them building a brand new team. This will help the quality of the Premier League increase at a very fast pace. In this situation, Newcastle will be one of the biggest clubs or maybe the biggest one in this league.

Another crappy club with no history or heritage able to spend oil/blood money to cheat the system to become a big club, just what everybody loves to see (sarcasm). Hopefully they get relegated before they start financially doping. Only one transfer window in January & they’re 19th with 3 points. Be funny if they’re cut adrift at the bottom by the time January comes.

Cool, I reckon a kit man definitely has some juicy stories to tell Cheesy
I’ll definitely be tuning in to listen, he probably has some NSFW tales to tell from his years in the industry.

It’s just a joke between uber established members. I’m pretty sure Foxpup pays them to display his avatar. For what reason, you’ll have to ask him. Finally I am close to certain that no, you won’t be accepted to join the Merit Cycling Club, OP.

Why HODL until 100k, what are you going to do then, sell everything for useless, depreciating $ & celebrate that?
I’ve been buying & HODLING since 2014, I’ve barely sold anything. Now more than ever I’m starting to see how useless fiat currency is.

I will sell some in Q4 but nowhere near even 50% of my stash. I think it’d be moronic to go all in to fiat.

Sell enough to make your life better to retire if you’re lucky & have enough money to last 3-4 years until the next bull run but selling everything at $100,000 is stupid.

Well even if this year doesn't end up to be the one, I don't mind. We are already at such a good place right now compared to 3 or 4 years ago, the network is so strong and all the fundamentals are much more stronger now, making it more resilient to future attacks (network or market).

We're in such a good place I don't mind waiting for next halving cycle;)

$100,000 is happening before 2022, the last months of 2021 are going to be wild. I hope you all have tickets to the show.

Belgium vs France tomorrow in the UEFA Nations League semi final. That’s a proper match that is, true high quality players on show. I missed the Italy vs Spain semi final today but I’m definitely going to tune in to Belgium vs France tomorrow.

Just thinking what might be a likely outcome tomorrow to have a bet on.
2828  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 06, 2021, 04:40:53 PM
Can I ask for one minute silence to remember all those who sold at the bottom……..

AMEN

And to commemorate that: today's mindrust index is.... drum roll... LFC, my man?  Cool

mindrust sold his entire stash of 10BTC @ $4,000 per coin for a total of $40,000.

His 10BTC would be worth $545,000 at the time of posting or 4,848,822.01 Turkish lira (I believe he’s Turkish).

In conclusion: What a fuck up, weak hands ruin lives.

It's the UPTOBER month. For those people who gave the prediction that Bitcoin to crash down below $30,000, if given by El duderino the chance to change your predictions, would you do it? Cool

Anybody who was that bearish is probably a NOCOINER.

There are only 3 teams this season in the title race and that is Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea but I have Liverpool and Manchester City as favorites. I know Liverpool lose a lot of their players to the African Cup Of Nations and Manchester City do not I think Manchester City will pull ahead of Liverpool in this time that their players are away.

I agree that there will be only 3 teams seriously competing for the title. Man Utd are not going to be in the conversation when we get to the business end of the season. As you know I’m a big LFC fan, Salah & Mane will actually only miss 2 PL games during the African Nations. There are a couple of FA Cup rounds during that period so it’s not so bad. Keita will be going too but I don’t really worry about him missing.
