Hi OP, are the scam accusations already resolve or not yet?
I just want to ask because I am constantly playing with your site, but I don't really play with a big amount so your reputation here is not
something I am afraid of.
The publicly proven Bitcasino scam + Sportsbet scam have the scam tactic to let everyone in (deposit) and then unjustifiably demand KYC proceedings based on not specified accusations for withdrawals and false and misleading in reference to a non-existent so called regulator in Curacao! This is of course absolute nonsense, because if you are obligated by a regulator to do KYC proceedings, then you have of course to do it as well with deposits, if they exceed a certain amount or are suspicious.  Curiously deposits are never suspicious! When asked for your fantasy regulator, you are of course not able to deliver: players are obviously well within their rights to go to our regulator if they prefer.

Is there any record of a player going to your regulator (curacao) and getting any sort of decision...or even response? (not just for your site, for any site they license) Is there any public record of the actual regulations you have agreed to follow? Are there any that are put in place to protect players? From what I can tell, Curacao basically requires a fee to be paid in exchange for a "license" - which allows you to open a bank account. I've never heard of them even once step in to protect a player. I have seen casinos use the excuse "we have to keep your money/see your ID because of our regulators..." plenty of times though. (Obv I don't buy it) There are surely cases where players try to scam a casino and KYC is justified. If you are talking about Betcoin.ag than look at profile of its owner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=202115They have got hundreds of negative trust from the community, so they are not trustworthy. So whatever you have lost there is because of your fault, sorry to say that but its true. Always check for casino's reputation before putting any money into them. Last time I play there are on September, I stop to making deposit due how shady they are operating the business, yeah too much evidence accusing betcoin do a dirty service, since then I always suggest people to avoid them, now this should be a clear warning for everyone, I've found a lot of people accusing similar case. I made the mistake of making a deposit there last week. I had a problem with my wager and send in a support ticket. It was a simple question that could be answered in seconds but they ignored me. A week later and still no communicate from this company after depositing to them. Now I see what all the commotion was all about and now they have stopped their campaign here just shows you they are in tough times and probably are ready to run and not to bother supporting the site any longer. I would also reccommend Nitrogensports as a best one out there. Sportsbet.io was good one, as it was opened first, but later on it got worse and worse, and now, almost no true promotions. Only ones to take out few btcs from your pocket. I know actually all promotions are to courage play more and more, but sportsbet.io's promotions are so obvious that it makes you impossible to win anything from them. Besides, their odds are really low.
Can you explain why it is impossible to win if you use their promotions? If you can not gain advantage from their promotions, maybe the 100% cashback option sounds interesting? |

Tim in 2 months, while it was so easy to settle the issue forever! I have no idea what the hell you are talking about but your red trust speaks for itself about your so-called 'service'. The enforcement of civil and criminal laws work totally independent of my "red trust" (whatever this is?)! Or do you really believe that the police, Public Prosecutor or civil court always check the trust rating of the Game Protect account to decide if they will take a criminal case or accept a civil court case? Imagine there is an emergency and you call the police and they say wait, we first need to check the trust rating of a certain account on bitcointalk! How crazy this would be? |

I do believe that the problem here is in the definition of what the bonus is.
After reading this:
4) mBit Sport reserves the right to cancel a bonus offer at any time in case of misuse of the offer. For accounts credited with a bonus - the Player's first bet will be firstly taken from the real balance and then from the bonus balance. If the Player attempts to withdraw the bonus just after their first deposit, the bonus will not be credited and will be automatically cancelled.
I do believe that they consider that the bonus balance is not just the bonus you receive but the winnings as well. I do believe that since your first bet is made from your real balance you should receive the winnings from your first bet. Don't know if that happened or not, but it should in my opinion. Since all the other bets are credited from the bonus balance, I do believe that all winnings from those bets go directly to the bonus balance as well. So your bonus is no just the amount you received, is probably the winnings that resulted from the bonus bets as well. Not sure about this, and you should try to understand if this is what happens or not.
I don't play at mbit, so I don't know how they show th bonus balance and the real balance. If they show this in separate views, then maybe you were able to see if your winnings were affecting the bonus balance or the real balance.
Where is the definition for misuse of the offer? Since when are winnings part of the bonus? |
