2844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- Group Stage! on: September 17, 2021, 01:51:18 PM
The big question is whether so many superstars can play together without problems. In the last CL game, Neymar, Messi and Mbappe were on the pitch from the start for the first time and we all know how the game turned out. PSG was not really outstanding. Bruges had a good chance to even win the game. On paper, PSG should have dominated the game and won clearly. The next CL game is against ManCity. That will show how strong PSG really is.
I think if PSG again have Neymar, Messi, Mbappe against Manchester City, then they will not have a chance, since they will not have a clear leader to oppose Guardiola's excellent built defense. Interestingly, in the first round of the Champions League, Cristiano Ronaldo, like Messi, calmed down his ambitions, while Manchester City won the 50th Champions League victory in just 91 matches. [Three matches slower than Real Madrid did] Grin
2845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: September 17, 2021, 01:11:16 PM
Aguero will be Barcelona's leading player and sole scorer this season.  I don't want to make predictions about the future of Barcelona before I see how Aguero will perform, how well he will adapt to the team. I don't trust Depay, but as far as Barcelona's gameplay is concerned, they are much weaker and more unstable than Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. It is not possible for them to win the title.
I think your view on the state of affairs in Barcelona is wrong. Depay has shown himself well for the Netherlands national team in the qualifying games of the World Cup, he just needs a little time to get used to Messi's departure. Whatever it is, Barcelona only needs to abandon the policy of cults, so that one person does not drag the whole team on his shoulders, so if Depay is assisted normally, then Barca will start to score, [although there are questions for their defenders too].

icopress I also did not know anything about NFL!!! and LFC_Bitcoin now you can also LOL at my Spurs,,, as a Spurs fan we are always prepared to do so. First lose 3-0 to Palace and then fight to draw at a French team that only played 1 Champions League in their history, and only got 1 point from it at group stage Smiley
I'll keep it on mind! Although I was very upset by such a ridiculous defeat of Tottenham, I still pin great hopes on Spurs, given that my express bet with a 2000-fold coefficient depends on their victory. By the way, did your vacation really end so quickly? We didn't even feel your absence  Grin

2847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling tax proposal in Ukraine on: September 17, 2021, 12:41:41 PM
I will clarify a little about the tax scheme that works in Ukraine. Gambling business taxation includes fees and taxes from companies that organize offline / online platforms and are responsible for organizing and providing these services to consumers. At this stage, the attractiveness of organizing such a business lies in tax holidays and low taxes.
Let's start with the fact that no matter how attractive the taxation of the gambling business in Ukraine is, all bookmakers are still black bookmakers instead of buying a license. There are thousands of bookmakers in Ukraine, and I know only one bookmaker that has a state license (the cost of the license is a little over $ 6 million, or 30 thousand minimum wages). So attractiveness is out of the question ... considering that no one cares about the interests of the players.

Guys what's the catch? Google shows only 20 points while sofascore shows 21 points.

This was the first pick I missed in yonks, and unluckily for me the very first Blackjack I missed out on, real life got in the way as usual. What a start, 3-streak no push days!
I also join in congratulations! I'm just curious who was online to bet on this? Since judging by the conversations, almost all of us missed this opportunity.

I bet on today's special BJ bet without knowing about this lol and its looking pretty bad for me right now. Its half time and the match has only 3 points so far but well I was sort of expecting them to change this anytime sooner though because it gives too much edge for players.
My calculations are approximate, so feel free to correct me (although in principle it is not so important to understand the essence). By the way, I also made a bet with my eyes closed, thinking that everything is the same as before, and this is my mistake and my carelessness, so I did not mention this in the previous post.

Wow, leea-1334, congratulations, such a huge win is really impressive, but your luck is more impressive because it is not easy to guess 10 correct outcomes! I confess I also wanted to join, but I ignored it because, like Trofo, I don't know anything about the NHL, (now I regret that I missed).  Tongue
2854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io "Soccer Blackjack" @ 21.00 odds [Discussion thread] on: September 14, 2021, 06:26:34 PM
Honestly, I want to cry [or be sad] ... as it seems to me that these are a little unfair, since if we start from the history of 174 past rounds, then 60% of all matches of the upcoming matches will end with a bust. I would understand if the push range was much wider than from 16 to 20, for example, at least from 10 to 20 (and even with such a seemingly more acceptable range, we still have a 25% chance of losing). I just want to say that these changes will completely destroy the cult of this thread, so I tend to think that it would be better if Sportsbet just stopped him than changed the conditions. Cry
Code:
1 to 10 and more 21 - 44 games would end in a bust (or roughly 25%).
from 1 to 15 and more 21 - 103 games would end with a bust (or roughly 60%).

The newly introduced conditions would be acceptable if, hypothetically, there were no refunds of bets and there was only a loss or a win.
Code:
Let's say up to 18 points - you lose the bet.
More than 18 points - your bet wins.

Here is the fantastic moment that made us lose this special bet lol. I thought that we hit 21 because the live commentary tab was showing only 1 corners at 90+3 previously but then the statistic of the match was updated with 7+3 corners lol. I refreshed the tab and they updated it with 2 corners on the last minute, FML lol

Man, Are you surprised? This is not the first time that I have witnessed such active events in the last seconds of a match, but this is not bad, because thanks to the same activity we were lucky with the last blackjack (or the penultimate one). Roll Eyes [Although I admit, the adrenaline made me recalculate my points twice].
2859  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Exchanges See Large Bitcoin Outflows BTC balance of Coinbase on: September 11, 2021, 08:43:29 PM
People are understanding that Coinbase is a custodial service and therefore not a good way to store coins in the long run - it's as simple as that.
Okay, ironic aside (at the initial stage of development, Coinbase was called Bitbank) Coinbase is still the best storage service since 98% of all actives are stored in cold wallets, and do not forget about their insurance fund, "Coinbase is one of the only exchanges that offers FDIC insurance on USD (US Dollar) deposits".

I do not know why only Coinbase was used for this, why Binance and other first five exchanges were not included? [...]
I apologize for moving away from the topic ... but I think this post is more relevant than ever.

So let's be clear about something ... First, Coinbase and Binance are not competitors to each other, despite the fact that each of these exchanges has 50 million users. Both exchanges have different goals, with Coinbase targeting USA and Europe while Binance is targeting Eurasia and South America, (to simplify, we can say that it is a matter of jurisdiction, and politics).

Second, the appraised values of these exchanges differ significantly. Despite the colossal trading volumes, everyone forgets that before founding, Binance enlisted the support of the Asian Whales in exchange for long-term trading incentives. I will not be too unfounded, but judging only by the numbers, then Coinbase already has 12% of the total crypto market capitalization at its disposal. You can say that BNB is breaking records, and the capitalization of this token is $ 80 billion - but in reality it is just an altcoin, if Binance announced the IDO now, then BNB would not be included in the estimated value of Binance, (correct me if I am wrong).

No matter how sad it was, I noticed that newbies often publish plagiarism in the first message ... What I mean is that the fact that the alt account finds a way to bypass the evil fee and publishes plagiarism first of all does not fit into my head. If you think logically, after all, a person who is really interested in Bitcoin would start his journey with any question or with a welcome post. Cry
