Apex was the brains of the Vitality team and his sudden break has left the Vitality struggling in their remaining matches in BLAST. Rpk and shox might have lead their teams but as compared to apex I don't think they have enough experience like apex does. IGL is so important, the more experienced they are the more aware they are about the opponent and their calls and you can make right calls inside the game according to that. shox was the one who lead in the match against EG so it will be interesting how he develops in the role as an igl.

Lol that's quite a pattern. Maybe you can save up by winning as usual in Snow Sweet and then maybe putting some little on underdogs in the BLAST. It has been Underdog's Premier so far... and we still have on more group to see.

As for the group B here is what I thought:- 1) Vitality , 2) G2, 3) EG , 4) Complexity  and here is what happened:- 1) Complexity , 2) EG, 3) G2 , 4) EG . Seriously not going the way as expected but totally opposite. Vitality coming last was the very surprising result to gulp down for me. Regarding Vitality, what do you guys think with their in-game leader apex taking a break. Vitality struggling in upcoming tournaments?

Who would have thought out of all teams Vitality would be the one exiting from the Group B. First complexity surprised them and then apex left and there wasn't a proper in game leader and we saw how easily Evil Geniuses brought down Vitality. Also out of all the teams Complexity are the ones having a good games so far.

Not a good time to bet in CS I guess..

Well everyone does indeed have a bad day but the timing is all which is crucial. Liverpool desperately needed the points and due to those two mistakes City were right back into game and were even more confident after that. It was a howler but nothing can be done about it but just only to forget and to be back with the remaining matches.

For all the Allison haters in one night, I would like to say let's just not forget what he did achieved with Liverpool last season. I know it's a horrible performance for him and horrible day for him but he is not the worst goalkeeper. It was just a mistake and everyone does it but it doesn't makes them worst.

I agree though it's not the usual Allison but it did costed Liverpool drifting Man City 3 more points apart.

Evil Geniuses and Complexity can give some surprise but still Vitality and G2 are giving off some good performances so it should be easy for them but CS Go events are so much unpredictable- one game its favourite and in one game its an underdog shocking a big team. Take NIP for example.



It was a great match but it would have been more exciting if NIP had won that. Surprising #1 (Astralis), #4(BIG) ranked teams is never easy while they are ranked 18th right now. It was a very close match but eventually it was BIG in the end. It was only first group and we still have two groups to play their matches yet. 

They definitely played it well. Scored a good score all thanks to Sibely, Root and Stokes and they played with game plan- bat first, put a good total and pick up some wickets and take as much advantage.  It is all working out for them. As for India, they have been struggling since the first innings, if you check the England innings you will notice that except for Dan Lawrence everyone to the middle order at least scored 30+. I actually hoped for someone to step up in their batting to put up a good total but they are really falling up for the England's bowlers. But I have to say that England are playing some great cricket with bat, bowl and fielding. I am Indian fan but TBH England are putting themselves so much into the game and they are obviously performing better than India right now.

Anyone want to talk about what a week debutants are having for their team. Goal for each of them- Minamino(Southampton) , Willock (Newcastle) and Lingard (West Ham-2 goals). All these players are on loan from their earlier teams and have made quite an impact with their goals in their first match for their teams. I am looking forward to watching them against their teams- Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United if its still there in remainder of the season.

As for Liverpool vs Man City , I think it should be Man City but Liverpool also have good players who can score in counters. Still I have doubt about Liverpool scoring tonight with Man City putting a good defensive display for quite some time now. Manchester City haven't conceded in previous 6 games in PL. However they last conceded in FA cup game in January but if we look their stats in this year they have scored 26 goals and have conceded just 2 goals throughout PL and FA games.

I seriously don't know what to say. It was a really bad decision from Mike Dean. That wasn't intentional at all from Soucek but if you saw Mike Dean stats you will notice that he also was officiating match between Southampton and Manchester United and he gave red to Jan Bednarek which was overturned by the FA however. (!)

I think Soucek one will also be overturned but still it proves Mike Dean is making bad decisions.

(!) Also on a side note- there was controversy with Jan Bednarek's red card and David Luiz red card appeal. Bednarek's red card was overturned but David Luiz wasn't even though David Luiz didn't involved much of contact.

You know what? Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa keeper) was actually an Arsenal player last season. But since there was already Leno keeping the keeper spot tight it was hard for Martinez to find any playing and they accepted when Aston Villa made a bid on him. Now his performance today has come back to haunt Arsenal.

As for Arsenal part, to be honest it was really sloppy at the start giving away the goal with that mistake. Arsenal were really feeling the pressure but I gotta hand it out to the men in claret and blue for keeping Arsenal at bay as well after the goal. They had to defend that lead right after the goal in starting minutes and to the end and Gunners were really pressing it hard so to keep denying that is obviously not that easy especially when Laca, Saka, Pepe and Rowe have been doing quite well with quick passes and finding space in previous matches.

Two big teams who were shocked by NIP hmm.. Pretty touch match but given the quality of both teams it is hard to predict a winner. You can't undermine BIG as well- this German team is also playing good CS so really is not gonna be easy for Astralis. We haven't seen any over 2.5 maps in this Group A matches but I think we are gonna see one in this match.

NIP just simply bested BIG. Coming down for 9-0 and to swiping them clean 2-0 map score is really amazing. Both teams have great teamwork but NIP were a better side. BIG didn't had any member rising up against NIP but I guess NIP again knew what BIG were thinking.

BIG now drops to the lower bracket where they will face the winner of the match - Astralis vs OG which is about to happen in couple of minutes.

In sportsbet thread, Steve did made an announcement about them being preparing something new in February. Maybe they are thinking of whole new kind of promo to replace MM. Still it was fun while it lasted I guess.

Quite a match going on between BIG and NIP. First match to double OT- BIG started with 9-0 in first half and then NIP made it 9-6 to close the first half and NIP pushed the first map to OT from 15-8 which is really something against a side like BIG. Totally thought that BIG got this with 9-0 clear but NIP made a heavy comeback. Its only first map, wonder what lies ahead. 

Did you guys notice that Inter have a heavy fixtures in February ? They have match today against Fiorentina but they have their match lined up against Juventus in Coppa Italia just 3 days after and a match against Lazio and then match against Serie A toppers- AC Milan so I think lot must be going on in the mind of Conte especially when you are managing a side who is 2-1 down in first leg of Coppa Italia against a side like Juventus.

I think there could be lineup change today. Still I think it is a crucial match if they have to maintain the gap in the Serie A race. So not easy..

I was actually about to looking out for NFL SuperBowl predictions as I don't know anything about NFL games. I am sure there are many more in the dark doing some ^research^ about it or flipping coins  but I think its alright with posting these predictions, I know we have been posting football MM predictions for some time now but lets not forget that we made this to post our MM predictions and help each others out. Still not a round to add to the table but its upto tyKiwanuka.

I also didn't expected that outcome, Astralis were 2020's best team but they aren't having a good start coming into this year. NIP knew what was coming (done their homework well), which made Astralis completely clueless and they lost their game. Still they have chance as they have to face OG who are also not playing their best themselves- so I think Astralis will be making their way back on track.

Today we have NIP vs BIG- this is gonna be crazy match. We already saw yesterday ztr and syrson's notable performance for their respected teams but there are still lot of crazy players in both teams. Not gonna be easy for both but its gonna be a really entertaining match.
