What does everybody seem to want to get rid of their *coins for as quickly as possible? BTC and LTC. That's it. There are no Top 3, just Top 2.

They changed their plans. They will add Mincoin (MNC) instead.
False. MtGox has no plans to support the Mincoin chain.

While researching the whole Mt.Gox warrant thing I started reading the actual legislation that they are alleging Mt.Gox has violated. http://www.fincen.gov/news_room/nr/pdf/20130318.pdf A final type of convertible virtual currency activity involves a de-centralized convertible virtual currency (1) that has no central repository and no single administrator, and (2) that persons may obtain by their own computing or manufacturing effort. A person that creates units of this convertible virtual currency and uses it to purchase real or virtual goods and services is a user of the convertible virtual currency and not subject to regulation as a money transmitter. By contrast, a person that creates units of convertible virtual currency and sells those units to another person for real currency or its equivalent is engaged in transmission to another location and is a money transmitter. In addition, a person is an exchanger and a money transmitter if the person accepts such de-centralized convertible virtual currency from one person and transmits it to another person as part of the acceptance and transfer of currency, funds, or other value that substitutes for currency. Does that mean anyone trading Bitcoins for USD is now breaking the law if they are not registered as a Money Service Business?! Geez man, you should probably take a few minutes to read the warrant before making threads. Short answer: MtGox lied about being a transmitter of money on the "MSB Accounts, Identification of an MSB Customer" form. That's the reason for the warrant.

Each block only has 1 coin at the start due to the low difficulty, 1000 ELC should cost you quite a lot Later on when the reward increases, the demand for it should also have increased (because more people are pointing their hashpower at it). So the price should decrease over time? Sounds like it, yeah.

Then, I have documentation on Bennett, where he lives etc. I also have many other details, that's why I have a little more trust in this guy. I did do a background search on him and find a lot of talk about him asking for loans.
Sometimes you have to take risks, haha.
So we know where a lot of scammers live. That doesn't mean anything. LOL take risk LOL you have no idea what your doing do you LOL Your going to be poor real fast. Clearly not, I will learn one day. You can start with the link in my sig. Both the guys you loaned to were already listed as fitting the scammer profile.

I have contacted Wardrick because it is now over 24 hours since the transaction took place.
He's been online since and seemed not to reply to my private message.
I'm going to give him another 24 hours before I send yet another message, then I will wait 24 hours before acting upon this.
I had that guy listed as a suspected scammer for nearly a month: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=119896.0
