Lobbyists are an extension of of a congressman's staff.  You think they read those 1000 page bills.  Well they don't.  There staff reads some of them and the Lobbyist read the rest then explain to them what is in it and why they should vote for it.  I think at the very least we need a lobbyist to explain to them the concept of bitcoin and why it is so important.

Also be careful of NIC scamming.  Here on BCT I know some users have traded with highly rated OTC users only to be scammed and find out that the scammer never proved they owned the OTC nic.

Love what bitcoinary is trying to do  but they need to do a better job of vetting users if they want to encourage legitimate traders.

Just noticed that and realized that is the second time i've seen suspicious behavior.  First he want to buy BTC and as soon as I ask him to confirm some info he disappears.  Than a weeks or so later he PM's me asking for at 25 BTC loan.  No ideas if he's made any successful trades yet.
