I saw the video of Klay shooting and he still has that stroke.

I feel like he will be able to come back earlier than expected, it was reported that he might be able to come back by December this year but seems like he looks healthy already and he has that lift already. I know the medical team of the GSW won't give a clearance if he is not fully fit to play, so if he comes back soon, let's hope that he will be healthy throughout the season.
What will other teams will do if they will see GSW that has a healthy Klay Thompson and a healthy James Wiseman?
You got Curry and Thompson as their three-point leaders and most of them are shooting threes and are very good too. Lee, Porter, Bjelica, Poole, Wiggins, Anderson and even Green is shooting as well. At the same time, they have a good paint defender. Bjelica, Wiseman, Looney.

The Warriors will go to at least WCF as long as the injuries will not spoil their journey. They are now 6-1 and Thompson isn't playing right now. What if he comes back. I'm so excited with his comeback and knowing that his stroke is still there and we've seen some videos of him practicing, I'm pretty sure that he is excited to play as well after not playing for 2 straight years.

It's not yet late to put a bet on the GSW to win the championship this season. I really have a feeling that they'll surprise the teams that are in the top favorites to win, with the way the GSW are playing now, looks like they don't need somebody to help them, but of course, the warriors are better when the Splash brothers are back.
2842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Bitcoin stands to gain when the government prints more currencies on: November 04, 2021, 08:01:16 AM
Consider bitcoin as an investment in your future and you'll be happy with your life.

The world rotates in a centralized market where corrupt people are in charge, that's the saddest part of centralization, but with bitcoin and crypto as a whole, everything will be transparent and we will its real value based on demand, what I'm only afraid of in the future is if the government will find crypto as a currency they can't beat if they'll play fair, instead, they'll ban it to protect their interest.
2843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 04, 2021, 07:22:22 AM
Look at the warriors, they keep rolling with another big win against Charlotte.

I watched the game and was thinking that Charlotte could pull an upset as they get close in the 4th quarter, but too unfortunate for them as that was a short-lived chance because the warriors did not allow them, and the warriors made a big run to finish the game.

Jordan Poole made 31 points, I think that was spectacular, it's not all about Curry alone, this Warriors players are trusting each other, even the young guns are contributing. Warriors are now 6-1 tied with Utah Jazz who is at the number 1 spot.
2844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: November 03, 2021, 09:35:31 PM
Any thoughts on the Bulls vs 76ers?

Both teams are doing pretty well, Bulls are surprising with 3-0 on the road and 6-1 ATS overall.
76ers, on the other hand, have a 3-1 home record, and I'm thinking if they'll win here they will likely cover the -2 spread.

What do you think, should I follow the hot Bulls or take the homecourt advantage for the 76ers?
2845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: November 03, 2021, 09:01:39 PM
That was the fight between him and Roy Jones Jr. but this time probably it's different.

Mike Tyson cannot just fight and give everything to the charity, his net worth according to the article below is only $10 million. https://www.celebritynetworth.com/richest-athletes/richest-boxers/mike-tyson-net-worth/

I'm not sure how much he will make in this fight, but I expect it to be higher than what he made in his first fight, so more income for him, that would be more opportunity to help the charity, but it's his personal agenda do, as a fan we just like to see an entertaining fight.
Having agenda or doesnt have but its great to see that they are considering on donating into charities and giving out a portion or part of their winnings which not all boxers would really able to do so.Its just normal that they would really be securing out some part of those winnings for themselves and its just dumb that he would give it all 100%? Very impossible thing if you do ask me.They wouldnt really risk out their health for nothing.
So its just normal that they would be securing for their own.
I hope they are not using this "charity thing" to get support from the fans, I know that Mike Tyson is very popular, he will be able to attract fans but saying the proceeds will go to the charity is another thing that would make the fans to support more. It's nice of him to care for humanity, so as a fan, I don't feel buying a PPV on this type of fight a waste of money as its purpose is noble.
2846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 03, 2021, 08:36:09 PM
Big test for the Knicks tonight.  Gonna play a tough Pacers team on the Pacers home turf.  Knicks took an ugly loss at home the other night I expect them to bounce back.  Also looking forward to the golden state game as well that should be a good late night game as well.  Used to hate watching stepb play but I respect his game.  Dude is tough.
I think Knicks would get this win against the home team, their road record is 3-0 (still perfect), and since they are coming from a loss, I also believe that they will bounce back here. Trusting them today and good luck to us.
2847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 03, 2021, 01:35:21 PM
As far as I can see, the teams that have made the best starts are Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls and Utah Jazz. All of them have played 7 games so far and won 6 of them. Miami Heat seem to be the best in terms of statistics now as they have a quite big point average. But the team that I'm proud of their performance the most now are absolutely Chicago Bulls.  Grin  Because after so many years, they finally have made the right choices for their roster and they are having a superb season now.

Miami Heat has made it in the finals like 2 seasons ago. While the Utah Jazz was the top team in the West last year, so I would say it is expected of them to be good this season.

But the biggest surprised is still the Bulls, they have ensemble a good team this year to help Zach Lavine and it really pays off big time for them as there on the top now.

As a die hard bulls fan this was never really much of a surprise to me. For whatever reason seeing all the preseason polls and what not most people simply had no love to give to them Neighor was surprising after how much we added in the off season. Now we aren’t winning any championships but still, nice start to potentially something great down the line.

Bulls would probably end up in the top 4 in the East, and that would help them to get the home-court advantage in the first round. They have their own big 3 (DeRozan, Lavine, and Vucevic), so as long as these 3 are healthy, they have a huge chance to upset the team who are currently the top favorites in the East like the Nets and the Bucks.
2848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tommy Fury vs Jake Paul on: November 03, 2021, 01:01:01 PM
Finally a true opponent that can beat Jake Pauls ass. Finally not a retired athlete, a person who is familiar with striking, not a celebrity Cheesy
I am amazed and confused that Jake Paul has picked him. Or I am simply not familiar with Tommy Fury. For me he is just a professional boxer. Could Jake sell a lot of PPV with the fight against him ?

Please, throw me some link why Tommy Fury got this honor to earn with this fight? The only thing I know that he is a half-brother with Tyson Fury. Jake just want to hype on this?

This fight is surely unpredictable, not like the past fights of Jake where we can easily predict that they will win.

Tommy Fury got support from his brother, and since Tyson is a champion, I'm sure Tommy here is the best coach on his side and will train him how to beat Jake Paul who is also an undefeated fighter as of now. My prediction is, after this fight, Jake Paul will be no longer undefeated and he will experience a KO loss for the first time. What do say?
2849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Issue of fixed Matches on: November 03, 2021, 12:25:07 PM
<...>
Looking upon the sporting industry from the outside it looks like very legit, but more and more forms of corruption is paving path. It is shocking to read a news mentioning about the increase of suspicions to 1100 since the pandemic start. Particularly the football sporting is at high risk on corruption. 655 cases recorded in the last nine months. So we can't say match fixing is not there anymore.

Source : Match-fixing suspicions raised in 1,100 cases since pandemic’s start

really interesting, thanks for linking this article!
now, I'm curious on how they detected it?
some whistleblower? game analysis somehow? other methods?

must be not so easy to check if a match was fixed or not.

These are just suspicions, question is, with the total of 1,100 cases, is there at least one person getting convicted for fixing a game? If there's none, then I would say it's just useless because it will never stop when no one gets convicted, or maybe we are just too suspicious without a valid basis.
2850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: November 02, 2021, 01:31:33 PM
I'm not surprised by the result though, but it was suprising to see that Caraballo has a weak chin he was really exposed in this fight.
Yeah, this fight exposed his glass liked chin and his next opponent will certainly make a game plan to target his weak chin if they will not work on strengthening it, and I don't know if it's possible as Amik Khan had that same problem and that made him struggle once he hits in his weak spot.

Let's see if a rematch would happen, although he has a glass chin but let us not underestimate him because he always gets up and is eager to continue the fight, in fact, there are rounds that he is winning. Maybe next time Caraballo will try to improve his defense and not be too confident and always go for a kill, that loss will be an eye-opener for him that he cannot knockout every fighter he will face in the ring.
2851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: November 02, 2021, 01:02:33 PM
Here's my early pick.

Game: Oklahoma City at L.A. Clippers

I like this game because I feel this is the easiest one to cap.

Both teams are struggling but I'll pick the better team and I believe that the Clippers are not only the better team here but they are also due for a win. If they'll win this game, I expect them to bounce back big time and cover the spread.

The spread is -11 for now but I believe the Clippers will win that for me.

Finally getting back into the NBA gambling action and I'd be kicking it off by joining you to take this bet. Oklahoma has been as bad as Clippers this season so placing the bet on Clippers to win and cover the spread (-9) seems like the best logical option. I'm in. Goodluck to everyone who takes the bet too.

Unfortunately, Clippers failed to show consistency in the game, they were the heavy favorites but it looks like they are the underdog because OKC was in control of the game building an early lead, they are just lucky enough to have a big run in the 4th quarter and they won the game, however, they failed to cover the spread so the bet loses.
2852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia doesn't wants its citizens earning with cryptos on: October 30, 2021, 10:57:28 PM
Rusia believe that cryptos has a value but cannot be used for oil trade, that's all!. wherein there's no such issue when it comes to that country, although its not yet supported by anything base on my research but guess what it can be use already for payment. So for that reason i believe soon rusia will follow what El Salvador did on crypto because they're cryptp friendly as well obviously.. So what you have here mate is totally fuds.
I really believe that what's in a thread is a big FUD. I have read the news before telling about how Putin believed the value of crypto but its just that it cannot be used for oil trade. Hopefully, Russia will soon to accept crypto knowing crypto has already been widely famous in their country and it could mean a lot of profits if the government will support it not just for individual's economy but for the country's economy growth as well. I know crypto will create more developments in a country and this is one of the reasons why even big countries have been interested in crypto particularly bitcoin.
2853  Economy / Economics / Re: Simple reason why crypto is preferred over fiats on: October 30, 2021, 08:45:40 PM
That's because no single person or group of persons is or are in control of Cryptos, it's called Blockchain technology

It's a decentralised system meaning money sent or received from or to an account can be seen or monitored by everyone or anyone who wishes to

Unlike your normal bank that has CEO who decides how he wants to run his business, he can collaborate with the president to Syphon millions of dollars and no one will know about it

In the Crypto space, such is not possible because any amount that leaves your account can be monitored and traced by anybody at all

So stealing with Cryptos is almost not possible

And again, Cryptos rise/fall every second, but the chances of rising is higher

That's why Bitcoin of $10 today can turn $14 in 14days time but your $10 in the bank will reduce to $9 after bank charges

So a time will come when everyone wouldn't want to be cheated again by the banking system and would move to using Cryptos for Saving money and other transactions.

There are still people who will always use and prefer fiats OP, people that are into crypto usually is to invest and save because in reality bank is just there to store your money and have word "savings" but in reality you didn't save any because you pay them to store and secure you fiats.

And bitcoins can be stolen too, not in the system. It can be stolen to those bitcoin owner who failed to secure their funds.

You are right, for now there are still people who prefer FIAT to cryptocurrencies, perhaps the reasons are pro ignorance, some because they do not agree with volatility, others say that it is too risky an investment, in countries with high inflation the BTC is the ideal way out, since they are always protected against all inflation and as their local currency falls due to inflation, the BTC raises the value, that is, in a country with economic differences and high inflation, the BTC is the best way of constant savings no matter what happens in the world, this is one of the things that can be taken advantage of the most from BTC, and this has made the improvement of many particular economies.

IMO, its undeniable that crypto brings more convenience and more profits for people today. As a currency, crypto is more convenient to use because it has faster transaction than fiat and the transaction fee somehow is cheaper than fiat, although some are also quite high. But as investment, crypto has higher value than fiat so if you come to invest in crypto, there is higher profits that you will yield than fiat. Although its more risky, but the profits is also worth taking the risk. And lastly, crypto is decentralized so the owner takes the full responsibility to manage his own finances while fiat is totally controlled by government and banks and whatever transactions you made, it can be traced by banks so you won't remain to be anonymous.
2854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: October 30, 2021, 11:41:19 AM
There are slight changes in the odds of this fight.

As of this writing per Sportsbet odds.

Caraballo 1.16
Sultan 5.00

That's the only odds available for now, but maybe we will see more as the fight is nearing.
2855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 30, 2021, 10:55:13 AM
This Nets game is hard to watch. Everyone outside of the stars is struggling badly. I think they’re being exposed for their lack of a big man now that DeAndre Jordan left and without Kyrie they struggle to find the role players open shots. I think they’re going to have to figure out a way to get Kyrie on the court and look to sign a big man somehow or it could end up being a rough year for them.
They still have big man in Aldridge although he isn't fast enough though compare to other bigs out there and we know what happened last year to him. It might again become a hindrance for him to be healthy all throughout the season. Overall, his height with additional perimeter shooting is just good for the team.

I just watched the highlights of the Nets and I think you're right. If they want to get the championship, they must make a way to get back Kyrie and play again. Just by seeing their roster, if either KD or Harden will get injured the team can't compete against playoff contender teams.

They'll be less unpredictable with Kyrie Irving back on the floor as he can spread the floor, you can't play one on one with Kyrie and he will dance with you, so he is really a big piece for the success of the Nets as they build a big 3, without him, there's no big 3. I'm not actually impressed with their win as the Pacers do struggle this season so far.
2856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: October 30, 2021, 08:09:05 AM
Lots of games to bet on, martingale for your favorite team but with handicap.
Nice strategy, it might not work on games with house edge but it could work in sports betting especially in a sport that you know very well.

The line is changing and if you are betting with the favorite, it's hard to predict but gamblers most of the time love taking the risk,

just how @danherbias07, such kind of parlay really needs a strong acceptance just in case one team messed up. Congrats!

Just like trading, the price changes depending on the current situation, but if you are smart and you study well, you'll know how to bet at the right timing. The good thing about sports compared to trading is that sports are entertaining, and once you win with consistency, that would give ultimate satisfaction.
2857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: October 30, 2021, 07:47:59 AM
Was it already official? I would like to know what bookies do support this kind of even it looks like an easy win for Mike from the exhibition match with Jones Jr. we can see how still powerful the punch of Mike Tyson and his agility and footwork, he can easily bring a destructive punch. Was Logan Paul can take punches like that? It would be really risk for him.

I'm not sure if this is official, but I have been following his twitter account here: https://twitter.com/MikeTyson. Maybe you can follow his as well so that we will know when this fight is going to happen.

So there's no sport bookies that will cover this fight yet. But for sure a lot of crypto bookies will list this fight just like in the Tyson vs Roy Jones fight.

As long as there's no official announcement yet, don't expect a bookie to give a betting odds.

If this is the same format of the Logan Paul vs Mayweather, then there's no bookie since there's no winner in that fight.
They'll do an exhibition fight for money but will not allow betting, yes, that's possible but hopefully, it will not happen as I like to put a bet.
2858  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Weekend Trading, how do you feel about it? on: October 29, 2021, 11:52:40 PM
Hello friends happy weekend to you all.

What do you think about Saturday and Sunday trading Huh

Considering it with week days which do you see as profitable or they are just the same thing to you.

I like for us to share how we feel about these two trading times, if you make more profit more or loss more on any of week days or weekend trading.

As we know trading is just about how to make profit.
Honestly, it wasn't that good and the market doesn't move fast,  back and forth unlike on weekdays. What I guess is that major traders are doing something different during weekends like spending time with their family or having other stuff.

But for me, I place a buy option on those days as mostly the price is moving down due to low market demand. That actually a good day to start and wait for the price to start picking up during weekdays. That of course, we need to extend our patients as this is very important6 or else, you've got in troubled.
Well, sometimes the price is usually low during weekends but its not really happening all weekends. There is even high manipulation from big whales taking place during weekends that makes the market moves into sideways, in which traders find it hard to perform. So i still prefer trading in weekdays because even though the market seems not in a good position somehow, but still i find more opportunities to trade during weekdays and i'm still making consistent profits. For me, that's not really bad at all as long as i'm not making losses most often.
2859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The president of El Salvador just bout 420 BTC! on: October 29, 2021, 11:30:51 PM
~
It's easy to try and act gimmicky when you're spending other peoples money. I can only wonder what sort of projects and social benefits (new roads?) might have been possible in this country with this sum of money, instead of paying off speculators for little real benefit to the tax payers. It also seems incredible wasteful to buy in such large sums, although he might just be grandstanding, when he could buy much smaller amounts periodically instead of waiting for these elusive "dips" where you never can tell the bottom. I guess he is still chasing newspaper headlines and populism which in order to get re-elected next time, without actually fixing much else in the country.
This is exactly what i was thinking after reading the headline, is he invested from his own pocket or he is playing with the taxpayers money and he is particular about getting all the headlines and he is getting them. I wonder what is the ground reality and how the people in El Salvador are responding to his investment in Bitcoin. There were many resistance when he introduced Bitcoin and he might not be that popular among the normal citizens.
I guess only Bukele knows where did he get the funds to buy bitcoin, or maybe he used to bought bitcoin with his own pocket when it was still very cheap and now he's reaping the fruit of his investment. Because we all know even before bitcoin's adoption in El Salvador, Bukele is already a bitcoin enthusiast and this is the reason why he pushed through a bill to accept bitcoin as a legal tender because he knows a lot about crypto and its potentials than any other Salvadorian citizen.
2860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: October 29, 2021, 09:34:07 PM
Logan Paul looks link he could take on Mike Tyson for a sustained match (but in saying that I haven't seen any of his fights) - I'm leaning towards Mike Tyson at this point unless there's a special "something" in Paul's previous fights.
There is nothing special in Logan Paul that will give you any inclination that he will win against Mike Tyson. His last fight was against Floyd Mayweather where he went the distance and the size difference was not a secret and Floyd is not known to be a knockout fighter during his heydays and you cannot expect him to knockout anyone much bigger in size, but that is not the case with Mike Tyson as Logan Paul will get the opportunity to sleep Cheesy.

Hopefully Mike will put him to sleep, so that all of this hype around this brother will stop, Lol.

Not sure though if promotional company wants that, Logan Paul is a money making machine right now, he is so hot that even the great Mike Tyson is willing to fight him for a good pay check. But there will be a catch, no knock out from Mike, the kid is too good to be damage early in his career as exhibition fighter.  Grin

So it still depends on the promoters?

What if Tyson would really try to give his best, we've seen a lot of knockouts in the past exhibition matches, I think the promoter cannot do anything once they are already in the ring, unless they are just trying to play according to the script given to them.
