This is another problems bitcoin is facing right. It's like another hardfork! But bitcoin will still stand strong just support and use bitcoin. There is no way that bitcoin will die because of China's doing in banning bitcoin.

 As i am reading your rules i think 60 per post week is a little bit high when you are promoting  campaign like this, many participant will spam posting in any way they want in  the forum, the cause of this  is you will not have good result from the signature campaign, you may reconsider some good rules like minimum characters  and constructive words, just saying..
