2841  Economy / Economics / Re: Trump's Economy or Biden’s Economy - which version is better. on: October 06, 2020, 01:09:52 PM
This is not even about economy anymore, this is more about not killing people anymore and that is very important. Trump is the president that made white racism rampant in the nation, Trump is the president that "allowed" cops to kill blacks because when it happens he doesn't condemn the people who killed innocent person, he doesn't acknowledge it which gives the cops who kill people more courage, Trump is the president when a white terrorist kills 2 people with illegal guns get out of jail and wait his trial at his home, a MURDERER.

As per the stats, that is incorrect.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Race_and_crime_in_the_United_States

Quote
According to the FBI, African Americans accounted for 52.4% of all homicide offenders in 2018, with Whites 43.1% and "Other"/Unknown 4.4%. Of these, 15.4% were Hispanic or Latino. The per-capita offending rate for African Americans was roughly six times higher than Whites, and the victim rate is a similar figure. Most homicides were intraracial, with 81% of White victims killed by Whites and 89% of African American victims killed by African Americans.

https://www.fbi.gov/news/pressrel/press-releases/fbi-releases-2019-statistics-on-law-enforcement-officers-killed-in-the-line-of-duty

Also, the FBI states that 89 police officers (79 of whom were white) lost their lives in 2019, during "line-of-duty incidents". Out of the 49 officers killed as a result of felonious deaths, around 80% were white (40 in number). You are so vocal about the deaths of a couple of Black civilians at the hand of cops, but you are silent about the deaths of dozens of police officers by the "civilians".

Royal's fortune might change again, once Ben Stokes join the team, poor guy still stuck at the quarantine. For now MI seems favourite, question is what margin...  Undecided

Do you know when his quarantine period is going to end? This is going to be such a life changing moment for the Rajasthan Royals. I just hope that he doesn't get included in today's match, because I made a bet in favor of MI. If they include Stokes in the playing XI, then most probably Tom Curran will be dropped. I don't think that they are going to drop Jos Buttler/Steve Smith/Jofra Archer.
2843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏏🏏 sportbet.one 🏏🏏 [IPL 2020] Prediction pool and discussion 🏏🏏 on: October 06, 2020, 11:54:27 AM
Who are you taking? I'm probably going with MI to have easy win tonight. What do you think?
Who is hector on superbru? I can't see his name here but it seems like it's amishmanish here as he doesn't have a udername here.

Mumbai Indians have the momentum with them. They have won their last two matches, while the Rajasthan Royals lost their last two. MI had a disappointing start to this season, but now they are making up for it. On the other hand, RR had such an explosive start, but now their momentum seems to be waning. I will be going with MI, and as I can see almost 80% of those in the pool have picked Mumbai.
2844  Economy / Economics / Re: Stocks fall down due to trump catching the virus on: October 06, 2020, 11:33:49 AM
Trump is already back in the white House. Looks like the corona infection wasn't as severe as most people that. In my opinion these panic sells based on a single news events are too extreme and tend to be over selling. Stock prices are recovering already and most of the investors just paid transaction fees to sell and rebuy now. A more cautious approach to investing is key in my opinion.

Since yesterday was Sunday, markets were closed. Asian and European markets have shot up by 1.5% to 2% today (Monday). This is good news on multiple fronts. First of all, Trump recovered from the infection and he no longer has to worry about getting infected again (he already has the antibodies, so he won't fall sick again). And secondly, his recovery has proven that for the vast majority of the people, the Coronavirus doesn't cause much sickness (Donald Trump is 74 -years old, and he is regarded as overweight).
2845  Economy / Economics / Re: Will African countries be developed? on: October 06, 2020, 11:22:45 AM
Africa is much more developed in terms of natural resources but they are in the poorest position due to exploitation in various aspects africa has abundant mineral resources many countries in the world including china are improving africa through the proper use of mineral resources. The main reason for the failure of africa is that he is suffering from ill health and lags far behind in terms of education human resource rates need to be increased to improve africa

All these issues.. such as lack of healthcare and education, shortage of food, lack of proper infrastructure.etc arises from a basic factor. That basic factor is the uncontrolled population explosion, which makes it very difficult for the governments to provide education and healthcare to everyone. On top of that, the per capita availability of agricultural land is declining, due to desertification and other factors.

This round is disaster for me as well. For now only 2 wins and 2nd from bottom and previous round ended up being 2nd from top  Grin. So, anything is possible, and I would not rule out Rajavu, roysesuper, RapTarX and deadley who are at 5 points. One match where they take 2 points and any of the top 3 miss that so it will be equal and will depend upon other matches. Since we have 3 matches, so we have good chance for them as well to make it to top.

Three matches are remaining, but apart from today's match the remaining two are more or less predictable. KKR vs CSK is going to be a lop-sided contest, despite the fact that CSK won their last match. I don't expect Watson and du Plessis to rescue them every time. Regarding the last match (SRH vs KXIP), since Bhuvneshwar Kumar is injured, I would assume that KXIP is having a fair amount of advantage.
2847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 06, 2020, 07:45:25 AM
Yeah you are right . He is so underrated . He bowled brilliantly in all the matches except the one against KKR . In each match , he bowled 4 overs and gave less than 30 runs  . And  took important wickets. I am hopeful that he will be able to maintain his great performance .

Delhi Capitals probably have the best opening bowling pair in Rabada/Nortje. What makes the difference is their bowling at the depth overs. They have conceded less runs, when compared to all the other teams in overs 16 to 20. Their spin bowling options also look quite strong, with Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin making sure that the absence of Amit Mishra is not felt.

I don't understand the logic for not counting triangular/quadrangular tournaments in the ODI championship. They are more interesting when compared to bilateral ODI matches, which can be repetitive. If the ICC wants a minimum of 3 matches, then let there be 3 matches each between each of the teams. So instead of each team playing the other once or twice, they can do it three times. The winner should be decided on the basis of points and there should not be any "final" match.

Who is going to win Round 3?

We have two with 7 points each (Little Mouse and hector), while MoSala has 6 points. With just 3 matches remaining in this round, I don't expect anyone else to be the round winner. For me, this round turned out to be a disaster, as I received 0 points from the first two matches (made a big mistake with the SRH vs CSK match). Hope that I will be able to make a comeback for the next round (4th).

Lol, why would anyone dream such a batting line up combination who have never win an IPL  Grin Kidding. However, RCB with a huge batting line up, could never have a successful tournament. Also, their batsman are not consistent at all. If a player hit one century every 10 matches and hit duck on all the other matches, I doubt he could be called somewhat good batsman. RCB needs player who can play consistently and some changes in their bowling.
I'm going with MI tonight, aalthough it will be a big challenge to win for both teams.

RCB has a lot of heavyweight players such as Kohli, de Villiers, Finch and Chahal. But they have hardly any team bonding. On top of that, the arrogance they show on the field (the lack of apology from Navdeep Saini after the beamer being the perfect example) makes it extremely hard to support them. In the first match I supported them, because I am a big fan of Virat. But their arrogance and inconsistent performances make me think otherwise.

Got 1 point from today's match. I thought about going for DC thrashing win, but then settled on DC Easy. If I had gone with my instincts, then I could have got 2 points. Anyway, no regrets. Tomorrow's match is also going to be a tough one. We have two in-form teams (MI and RR). Middle order is a worry for the Rajasthan Royals, as some of their players such as Robin Uthappa and Riyan Parag seems to be out of form. Rahul Tewatia and Mahipal Lomror had one good innings each, but they are very inconsistent.

Very disappointed with the lack of sportsman spirit shown during today's match. Navdeep Saini bowled a 143 kmph beamer at Marcus Stoinis, which hit Stoinis's arm. Stoinis required medical attention, but narrowly escaped any major injury. But despite all this, Saini refused to apologize. I have seen bowlers apologizing to the batsmen for beamers, even if the ball avoids contact with the body. Here, Stoinis was hurt and yet Saini behaved as if he did nothing wrong. Incidents such as this one may be ignored by most of the fans. But for me, this is not something that can be hidden under the carpet.
2853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 05, 2020, 04:29:46 PM
CSK has a consistent performance in almost all of the IPL tournaments they've played and current team is not that different from last year's, so I believe they'd keep improving themselves to reach the elimination games. RCB has always been unpredictable and their performance has been not so impressive. Though they have 3 out of 4 wins, not considering the running game, they lost to King's XI which is one of the poorest team for this tournament and some earlier. And the one's they won was also with close margins.

That's true. But you forgot the most important thing. Some of the key players are missing this time. Suresh Raina was the backbone of their middle order and Harbhajan Singh was their most lethal bowler. Both of them are missing in this edition of the IPL. And perhaps that is the reason why they are performing so badly this time. During the last time, CSK was the team which had the perfect balance. This time, they don't have any team balance.
2854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏏🏏 sportbet.one 🏏🏏 [IPL 2020] Prediction pool and discussion 🏏🏏 on: October 05, 2020, 01:57:02 PM
It was felt yesterday way Chennai openers played and a unbeaten stand to win match by 10 wickets makes it say all. What a comeback by Chennai which were in the bottom of table made a comeback by winning match by 10 wickets. Luckily picked Chennai and got 1 point.

For today's match a lot of them picking RCB and bad news for Delhi - Amit Mishra is ruled out of IPL due to finger injury.

The credit for yesterday's victory solely belongs to Watson and du Plessis. Their bowling was weak, and if the openers had failed, then they would have probably lost the game. The issue here is that CSK can't expect their opening pair to rescue them every time. The bowlers, as well as the middle and lower order batsmen needs to contribute. And they need to seriously consider requesting Suresh Raina to rejoin the squad.

For some reason i am getting bored with the ODI format unless teams playing ODI series around World Cup. ODI hype dies after World Cup concludes so i don't mind if they cancelling odi tour or i would say play less ODI bilateral series after WC, Same with the T-20 WC.

Don't stop but play less games, it keep interest alive or may be play Trilateral/quadrilateral series.. and then focus on the Red ball cricket instead.

In the past, triangular or even quadrangular tournaments were more common. Especially when played in neutral venues such as Sharjah, Singapore and Toronto. But nowadays the teams are focusing only on bilateral series and they don't have time for such tournaments. And that said, the interest in ODI seems to be declining, as the fans are migrating to T20.
2856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: October 05, 2020, 11:54:55 AM
From my experience, I would only recommend bounties which have a duration of 4 weeks or less. If a bounty campaign stretches for 6 months or so, that means that they don't think that they will be able to attract the interest from the investors easily. And from what I have seen, the success rate for such campaigns are very low. On the other hand, shorter duration campaigns usually have better success rate and payment rate.
2857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: October 05, 2020, 11:38:07 AM
If making cash was so easy, then there will be less value for cash. It is difficult to make money and that's what makes it exciting. Earlier, it was relatively easy to make money here, by doing bounty campaigns and participating in the airdrops. But now the number of bounty hunters have increased and the campaigns have become scarce. So you need to search for new avenues.
2858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs. Conor McGregor on: October 05, 2020, 11:30:27 AM
A lot's people wants this fight , next year probably is the good for them if they are planning to fight to each other.
I believe both boxers have strong strength and it is a good fight for the first month of 2021 but let see if gonna happen because of pandemic. We know the vote for this possibility to win with high chances is Manny Pacquiao because he is one of the best boxer in the history or in the world but Conor McGregor is also gold boxer so I think will good fight and many people will watch but there is still no official announcement if that is true.

The fight is almost confirmed. Conor McGregor was saying that the fight will take place in the Middle East next year. There was no confirmation from Manny's team. But since this is a charity fight and the main purpose is to raise as much funds as possible for the fight against COVID 19, I would say that Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates would be the best choice.
2859  Other / Archival / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: October 05, 2020, 11:15:41 AM
This was bound to happen. From what I have noticed, in the cryptocurrency sector the tendency is to cash out from new innovations even before they are being developed properly. DeFi is a great idea and can go wonders if implemented properly. But already too many players have attempted to enter this sector and to make quick cash. They fail to understand that you need to have a working product first, before you can try to encash it. Gone are the days when people would we willing to pay you millions, just for a good idea.
2860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KUCOIN Hacked on: October 05, 2020, 11:02:51 AM
I've read that KuCoin informed, that their "safe fund" did not have enough money to cover the losses. They are lucky they caught this hacker and stopped stolen funds from being sold. Also, KuCoin are not the only one to thank. Actually most of protection work was done by the projects of stolen funds. These projects simply swapped stolen altcoins to new contract based on exchange and network snapshots. The major tasks were done by them. While KuCoin just froze all exchange movements and started investigation work.

There is still not much clarity on this subject. KuCoin claims to have "identified" the thieves and they have stated that law enforcement authorities are involved. But there is no indication that these people were arrested. Similarly, they have traced back more than 70% of the stolen funds. But in order to recover at least a part of this, they need to put in a lot more effort.

All that said, it looks to me that the hackers were composed of some inexperienced guys. They made the mistake of moving the funds and trying to cash out too soon. They even used DeFi platform such as KyberSwap and Uniswap for this purpose. This made it possible to identify them.
