Have you tried contacting customer support or used the live chat function?
You will more than likely yield better results than by posting here; where the mod has already stated that he doesn't have personal account access.

Suggestion; other than downsizing the large pictures you keep posting:

When I enter a parlay, the payout odds is converted from American to Decimal.

Can you change this?  Live chat said it's not possible.

Just to reiterate what I have already said:

Some factors that I will be considering for the new Sportsbet.io Signature Campaign:

1) Trust history (hopefully you have some positive trust)
2) Applicants who don't bombard me with PMs and repetitive applicants
3) Applicants who don't refer to me by my first name (we don't know one another that well, and my name isn't what you may think it is) 
4) Applicants who have long gaps in between posting dates
5) Applicants who spread out their posts (not posting 3 times in 10 minutes)

If you fit any of these mentioned criteria, you might as well go ahead and apply for another campaign because you won't be accepted in any of mine 

I get too many PMs daily; and I have no intentions of personally replying to each and every comment posted.

If I accept someone after you have already applied, figure it out that you aren't accepted. 

To make matters even easier, I have linked a public Spreadsheet for your viewing (dis)pleasures to check your statuses in my campaigns.  So there should be no confusion.
