Looks like Crypto Rush Exchange is getting close to a comeback.  They reported that “Community closed beta has kicked off with great turnout!”  They have taken their time to do things right by investing a great deal of time and resources with some top talents from the industry. Working very hard quietly and doing all the necessary testing without making premature claims reminds me of our Development Team. I expect them to do well. The timing is excellent for DNotes.

All indicators are pointing to a solid up trend. A moderate advance with occasional pull back is very healthy and preferred over a rapid rise and a sharp fall. There will always be investors who are more interested in profit taking than holding on for long term appreciation. Sometime, it is a cash flow necessity. In the case of DNotes, all indications are that this is a relatively small minority.

Our community has been doing a great job in voting to get DNotes listed on Mintpal exchange. It is still looking very promising. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Need more time to study the proposed rules. I did a very quick read and got the impression that overall, it's going to be quite burdensome for the industry, essentially raising the bar for the cost of entry and business expansion. Certain rule of law is necessary to protect investors but an excessive amount will hurt the industry. It will become increasingly more difficulty for weak coins to survive, and new currency launches will be extremely challenging. Relatively speaking, it will help DNotes more in certain ways; more than others, because of the way we are positioned. I am planning to do more research on this subject and will report back. It will take me some time. My research title is: "DNotes may be the politicians’ best friend."

Yes. Go for it. The two areas DNotes need improvement are liquidity and availability. My rating for each of them at this point is “Fair”. Being listed on a larger exchange like Mintpal will improve our rating to “Good”. Our goal is to have an “Excellent” rating across the board. At this point, any sell orders above .5 BTC will take time to be sold.

From my prospective, it is fair to say that, as of today, very few people realize or believe how massive digital currency is going to be, even as a small portion of global transaction. This assumption is based on the current widespread instability of digital currencies, which has essentially eroded all transaction cost advantages. Given that there is a stable digital currency with a reliable appreciating value, and a minimum of two years track record, that potential is massively large.

As more professionals and high net-worth individuals become familiar and comfortable with digital currency, it is not unreasonable to expect that investment in digital currency must constitute a portion every professional investment portfolio. Professional money managers and high net-worth individuals, as a rule, do not make hasty investment decisions. They are grounded by good investment practices, which include extensive research on past performances, current fundamentals and other factors to determine a justifiable valuation. DNotes should measure up quite well under such tests.

Major achievements like that of Smokeys Daylily Gardens is often the result of a dedicated group of very capable individuals highly motivated to accomplish a well defined mission. It is about the group’s self interest to be successful, resulting in significant mutual benefits to all that can not be achieved by a single individual. It takes leadership, and personal participation, showing and not just telling others what to do. To be “the top in most measurable categories” means more than a single person should be credited for its success. They have an amazing team. I am seeing the same thing with the DNotes’ team and our community. At this point, DNotes has a relatively small group of supporters along with a highly capable and dedicated development team.  Together, with a solid foundation and a favorable culture our growth momentum can quickly become unstoppable.

If you don’t plan to be #1, you will not be #1. This is especially true with a mission such as DNotes that is huge and massively complex. If the people behind the currency has no “Integrity”, than there can be no reasonable expectation for the currency to be trust worthy. Once that becomes apparent, each stake holder’s instinct of protecting one’s self interest kicks in. That can often be quite destructive. DNotes makes every attempt to promote the pursuit of a common goal for the mutual benefits of all stake holders for the long term. In such an environment, true supporters of DNotes have a higher tendency to protect their self interest as a group as oppose to, individually. Such environment is significantly more favorable in providing stability to the currency.

Self interest is the main sign post of any individual, group, community, association, state, or nation. We all protect our self our interest. This concept exposes the risk of a currency with rapid price appreciation not supported by strong fundamentals. Once a downward trend is clearly established, investors will react to protect their self interest individually, i.e. cash in before others. It becomes a “bank run” as in the case of AuroraCoin. It fell from $40 to $0.12 in a few weeks. Once that “Integrity” is broken, there is no coming back.

Interesting. “Kim DotCom” has been quite a story for years. I would not be surprised if a government somewhere in the world would try to have their own crypto currency one day.
