Parce que tu essaie d'envoyer une somme trop faible, et que tu confond BTC et mBTC, ce qui n'est pas la même unité (1BTC=1000 mBTC). C'est comme si tu cherchais à envoyer 1 millième d'une pièce de 1 centime par exemple.
Essaie de changer le paramètre en allant dans outils> preferences > apparence > unité

Depuis l'intéret principal de la communauté à changer et se tourne maintenant plus sur la spéculation. Tu as surement remarqué que des membres étaient d'ailleurs dans la crypto uniquement pour la spéculation.

A partir de là, tu vois moins de discussions technique par exemple puisque de toute facon la moitié des gens n'ont pas de connaissances (ne serait que de base). Difficile de parler protocoles avec quelqu'un qui sait tout juste comment utiliser ses clés, tu finis par aller voir ailleurs

J'ai lu un paragraphe sur eToro rapidement. C'est également un site que je ne recommande pas à cause de leur stratégie de marketing qui prend les gens pour des imbéciles et profite que les gens soient des newbies (c'est sans doute pour ca que 50% des gens possèdent du XRP) et de leut force de frappe, bref.

It's not used only to handle high traffic but BTC mixers are targeted with DDOS attacks perhaps more often than Bitcointalk is, especially if it's popular service. The more popular it is, the more DDOS it gets. I think they also use it to hide server IP
Between blackmail extorsions, I even suspect that some Mixers attack other Mixers, among other methods they use

You report the profits/income you did with your BTC not how many bitcoins you own, and it can only be in fiat. Even if your government asks the citizens to report how many bitcoins they own, it concerns those stocked on exchanges and alike.

They don't ask what's your BTC address and start to track what you do with it and anyway it still needed to get evidence it was to do something illegal

An audit is to show when/how you bought xxx BTC and when/how you sold xxx BTC and where the funds have been transferred (your bank account).

I won't add [banned mixer] to the list of services not recommended. It's difficult to label a service a scam based on only 1 accusation, I've already had people trying to fool me several times in my inbox. It's not as if a dozen of persons were claiming with proofs to get scammed.

Ces frais ne sont déduit que si tu accepte une offre, autrement les bitcoins restent dans ton wallet Bisq. Au moment d'accepter une offre une adresse multisig est créée pour recevoir le dépôt de garantie et les frais. Si personne ne te vend des bitcoins c'est soit parce que tu n'as pas accepter d'offre tout simplement ou soit l'autre partie n'a pas respecté le protocole dans tel cas cela te sera retourné quand même.
