2861  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will it working? on: November 16, 2016, 08:19:11 AM
Instead of going for bot why dont you first try how to trade and what percentage of ratio is moving daily in the market, then you will get full idea and then you can create the bot according to that , this will give you more surety of your trading bot success

He just stated that he will try it manually and after he is ok with his strategy then he will create a bot for it making his trade automated.

In my experience bot will not trade better than what you could do manually. Furthermore, all strategies will not work all the time, you need to adjust/determine strategies time to time. It will be possible only with manual trading, for the same reasons bots do fail more frequently.

I agree but bot will at least set your trading to your buy limit and sell limit.  It will work when you are sleeping and it will act according to what you wanted your bot to trade, in what price it will buy or what price it will sell and the volume to buy and to sell.  It is an effective tool especially when you are trading a high volatile item where fluctuation can give you good profit while you are away from your keyboard.

the first part about bots is correct because it can work 24/7 for you and watch the changes instead of you.

but at the same time if you rely on a bot to make the trades for you, it can be a bit risky since some changes may trigger the buy or sell rule on your bot and the bot acts on them but these trades may not be favorable for you so you have to be extra careful about how much money you are risking by relying on a bot.
2862  Economy / Speculation / Re: It took only 11 days to go from 639 to 1148 last time on: November 16, 2016, 08:13:53 AM
Can somebody explain me why in 2013 it happen like that? So fast pump and the price just doubled itself. I'm new in bitcoin world and still don't know about many things. I don't know will it ever be repeated. But I am agree it's not the right time to sell your bitcoins now. This days the price shows good temps of grow. So probably bitcoin will grow more high.

there were so many different reasons some of which are just guesses and some have some valid proof.
for example back then i believe most of the rise was because of the manipulations done by mtgox.
but also it was partly because of the popularity of bitcoin which was growing super fast back then specially because of the solo mining of bitcoin.
2863  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi and Bitcoin value on: November 16, 2016, 08:04:42 AM
Satoshi for me looks like Banksy, an artist that don't show your face and maybe this increase their art "value", so Satoshi can be here working with other alias... so let's go to the question:

What could happen if Satoshi appears?
If he start to appearing on media and things like that, can pump the coin?
If he's an criminal or something like that, it can dump the coin?

this will never happen because if satoshi wanted to come out, he would have done it already so my guess is either he is dead or he wanted to value his privacy so he stayed anonymous.

in any case satoshi will only bring panic because many believe he owns lots of bitcoin and he can dump and kill the price- not that thee is any truth to that-
2864  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBay and Bitcoin on: November 16, 2016, 08:00:52 AM
...

eBay owns PayPal, no?

If they already own a digital payment provider, maybe they would not welcome competition.

I would really much prefer to pay for eBay items with BTC, much quicker.  Quieter too.

The thing is eBay and paypal have split up. Bitcoin is the latest trend and it's popularity has surged. As many threads suggest here that China controls a he'll lot of btc. It's strange that thier sellers have not shifted to btc. I hope they do shift to btc soon. It will make buying really easy for me and other btc users

maybe they feel like there is not enough customers for them who are willing to buy with bitcoin and it would be understandable since bitcoin has no charge back and if you pay there is no way back even if the seller was a scammer but with paypal the buyers can have options.
2865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: November 13, 2016, 02:37:10 PM
Experience will only matter when you playing against a casino but then again I have noticed that most of the time when you are a newbie with no idea of what you doing you tend to do better than when you experienced

actually it is quite the opposite because when you are playing against the house (the casino) you don't need experience since all those games are games of luck you just have to know how to play!

but when you are playing against others that is when experience comes in. for example in a game of poker you need experience and only knowing the hows is not going to help you.
2866  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bet With BTC on the Stock Market on: November 13, 2016, 02:33:36 PM
if you want to trade in stocks market with bitcoin then 1broker is your choice and although i have never used it myself but i have been hearing a lot about it.

but what i don't get is that why you want to "bet" on stocks? because if you do so i guarantee you will lose your money very soon. it is a hard job which requires lots of knowledge!
2867  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: November 13, 2016, 02:28:43 PM
actually the main part of trading risk especially when it comes to the trading of crypto currencies is that there are so many newbies with little to no experience doing it which makes them easy targets for pump and dump so they lose their money easily because of their lack of experience and knowledge.

although there is always the obvious risk of using exchanges which may run away at any moment.
2868  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Trump presidency may turn out beneficial for Bitcoin long term on: November 13, 2016, 02:24:03 PM
when people say Trump presidency is beneficial for bitcoin and price to the moon, etc it is mostly a speculation type of thing because we really don't know anything about it yet.

but also it is because Trump is a businessman and has so many plans regarding economy and technology and stuff like that and he has talked about bitcoin too.

so there are some positive stuff in there to lead to that speculation
2869  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you really make money on Forex? on: November 13, 2016, 02:19:38 PM
Anyone tried or currently trading forex is it possible to make money on it?

that is such a weird question because for example if you had asked about altcoin market or something small like that it would have been understandable but forex!

thousands and maybe millions of people around the world are doing it for many many years and they have been doing it as their job so i say yes it is possible to make money because they are making it!
2870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where would Bitcoin be without XT and Unlimited? on: November 13, 2016, 02:14:51 PM
I was just wondering, where Bitcoin would have been, if Satoshi was still around? Would Satoshi have tolerated all this bickering and fighting about Bitcoin XT or Unlimited? Would Satoshi have scaled quicker? What would the Block size have been? I think Satoshi would have moved  forward a lot quicker than the current developers. Satoshi's code was sloppy, but it was effective. Gavin and Hearn and all these people trying
to sabotage Bitcoin, would have had their asses whipped. What do you say?

satoshi is not a GOD so even if satoshi was still around or comes around today satoshi would still remain 1 opinion and although satoshi is the creator, we should not give's satoshi's opinion any more value than we give other developer's in my opinion.

but yeah i think if satoshi was around maybe things would have moved forward faster because of this GOD like figure we have been giving.
2871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH under 10$!!! on: November 13, 2016, 02:09:31 PM
i am so curious to know where are all those users who kept saying Ethereum is going to replace bitcoin soon and price to the moon, etc.

are they still even around and if yes do they still think ETH is going up again?
2872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VOTE: Top Cryptocurrency of the Month: NOVEMBER, 2016 on: November 13, 2016, 02:05:09 PM
in one month usually no altcoin can be the top, most of the time these altcoins are the top for a couple of days and a week tops and if they are bigger they may last 2 or 3 weeks but never a month.

Stop with the FUD. Microsoft has only supported Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Antshares.

from what i have seen you can add any altcoin to microsoft so it really isn't impressive at all!
2873  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whos pumping bitcoin now? on: November 13, 2016, 01:59:08 PM
The past days pumping of price seems to be due to the true nature of gradual rise and fall. Now fall in price has started, which might stabilize after few weeks fluctuations. The next pumping is expected soon as we are getting closer to the year end. The year end pumping in price might be a steep increase.

That is just normal when there is pump, dump will be the next scenario. Don't worry about it so after the dump and fall of bitcoins price, what will possible to happen is the pumping of bitcoins price. So get used to it for this type of scenario with is already a normal one. And let's just wait for it for pump and dump groups will do something to make the price of bitcoin pump again.

well, you can't really call it pump an dump because there was a rise and then a drop afterwards. a pump has some kind of a negative meaning with itself which means price has gone up fakely! and a dump is big and usually brings back the previous price not just a small price drop.
2874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese miners rejecting transactions originating in the US on: November 13, 2016, 01:54:35 PM
this is never going to happen i don't care what anybody else says but it is not possible because people all over the world are going to be screwed if  mining pools start doing that because you have no way of knowing where transactions originate from. i may send a tx from my country but the first node that sends it to the miner may be an american and so on.
2875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to talk about BTC for friend or Family ?? Have a problem for understand this on: November 13, 2016, 01:50:27 PM
you shouldn't be so hard on yourself when trying to explain bitcoin to friends and family it is really not that hard to explain it to others. you just have to understand bitcoin yourself.
if you have good enough knowledge about bitcoin and have been using it for a while, then you would have an easier time explaining it.
2876  Economy / Gambling / Re: Monthly Best Gambling Site (November) on: November 11, 2016, 01:32:03 PM
This post is as fake as the shills around the forum.Op,you're an idiot for considering the feedback left by shill accounts, like the one last month.I don't want to take any names but do open scam accusation section once in a while and your "best" websites are the ones listed for famous scams (not all but that specific website.) Why do people even take your threads seriously ? You're literally predicting the best website for a "month" at the beginning of the month. How lame.

there are many other problems with the polls he makes too and i and others have pointed them out before like the fact that you are comparing dice site with poker site with sports betting with other games!

but about shills i have to say i don't think they have been that effective in the results in the past since i see good casinos like crypto-games and bitsler and primedice are among the top ( i don't recognize others though since i don't play there)
2877  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the best investment holding your Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2016, 01:25:27 PM
Holding bitcoins is very good and doing it right now for a long term is even better, the bitcoin simply just has such a good future a head these days, it will be more than worth it.

yeah, it has been a very good run up until now and i don't see any reason why this has to change for the future.

the future is also going to be just rises because bitcoin is not yet at its full potential and every day we are getting closer to a little bit of more of bitcoin potential.

Technically it has the potential of growing tenfold or even a hundred times. But that will happen only if it's adoption as a currency/digital asset continues to grow and take hold.

and the adoption is growing!
you can compare the number of transactions per day, or per hour with 6 months ago and a year ago and so on, and you can clearly see the rapid growth that bitcoin had over the years. and that is just the simplest way of seeing this. you can also see the number of wallets that are created on online wallets sites, the number of services that started using bitcoin last year and so on.
2878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just bought Bitcoin from a train ticket machine in Switzerland for a trip abroad on: November 11, 2016, 01:20:25 PM
Why stuff like this always gets thrown off reddit's bitcoin section ? I guess we need a bitcoin off-topic subredit for that.

it is not about the stuff, but it is mostly about how reddit works. for example if you are a brand new account or an account with low karma most subreddits remove your posts as spam but the mods see it and can recover if you send them a message which i think is not required on r/bitcoin since they do it themselves.

anyways, thanks to OP i now have one more reason for wanting to live in Switzerland Smiley
2879  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Do you have any problems with your online wallet on: November 11, 2016, 01:13:59 PM
I am currently using coinbase.com as a bitcoin wallet for myself and i find it a little bit inconvenient because Coinbase's system try to prevent people from gambling. They can block our account if we gamble too much. If i had a chance to redesign coinbase, i would remove this function forever

it is not a random function that you can add or remove as you please! when you run a business or a service in a country you have to still follow the laws of that country and since coinbase is located in US they have to abide by law and the law there says you are not allowed to gamble online or something like that .

besides you shouldn't even be using coinbase as a "wallet" in the first place even if they let you gamble.
2880  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What mining site do paying? on: November 11, 2016, 01:07:45 PM
Hey guys, I have a capital to invest. I want to use it in mining. Yet there are too many of scam mining website, I am really hoping that there is some site that is legit. Can someone tell me which is the best site to invest?.😀

Well if you really want  to invest  on cloud mining  then  ill recommend  2 sites  which is  genesis and  hasflare this  2 sites  is  still  operating  but   idont  guarantee they  would  last long   because i dont  really have  trust  on this  investments   because ive been scammed  previously on these  kind  of schemes  thats  why  i dont  try  to  put   money  again  on this. Invest on  your  own  risk.

That two mentioned are on scene for so long time ago but actually its still not advisable for new investors since the profit is to low that they can imagine and pretty sure that they will pissed off for the little comeback of their investments,  thats the reason why i didn't try to look up for that kind if sites since i can really tell that they are on struggle since mining are not worth it business at this time.

one of the reasons why this type of sites are staying around for a long time is that they pay small amounts out (low profitability that you said yourself) it is a tactic they use to prolong their existence because every investor will be waiting forever for their ROI or in other words their initial investment back and then reach profit stage.
