There is a lot of confusion in your questions. It seems that the terms like "public key" is not fully understand by you. There is no way you can restrict yourself to receive certain amount of btc. Anyone can send you any amount of bitcoins to your wallet address. Creation of public key , i think you mean to say creation of wallet addresses ? An address associated with your wallets remains associated to your wallet always. However some wallets changes the receiving address on every transaction but you can still send the funds to your previous address and you will receive it. |

Instead use a password manager such as KeePass to generate and store a different high entropy password for every login you have. Do this once, and provided you don't get hacked, you will never need to change your password again.
One thing which annoys me from using password managers is that they allow you to create complex passwords which human being cannot memorize or remember. Hopefully that this might be a just a normal fluctuation and price correction because if the price falls was due to many people are leaving crypto investments then i'm afraid that will never have a true bullish market in which we have been waiting for it for a very long time.
are you aware about the longest dump that happened last year ? but look at btc now , btc is still alive and growing , that only means that people arent leaving btc permanently but there are some that selling because they are afraid if what if btc wont return to normal . now back on this year , btc is now normal so the fluctuations that we experience these days is also not evasive at all . there is a bull that happened few months ago , not sure if you miss it but you can wait for another one because there will still be new bulls that will happen on the late game .
