Best way to protect casino from faucet abusers is to just take out whole faucet from the site and add something like playmoney which doesn't have any value but can be used to test the game. Many sites including fortunejack uses this to allow newbie members to try out games before making deposits and start playing with real money.

it is not that sites are opposed to having free faucet,it is an amazing marketing tool
playmoney do not have this exact feel, also if you win some using free faucet
and withdraw to check if the site is legit, you are very likely to deposit and play higher stakes after
the problem is finding the balance between fighting the leeches who are only there to rape the faucet and
attracting  new players who want to try the game

you forgot to say what stake.com have many bug's when he launched.
After many updates i am also have trouble with game lagging, he cant be the best casino

exactly my thoughts,it is a good site but to call it the best casino...
maybe eventually, but definitely not at the moment
too many bugs, fixes and the growing pains, but it has a very good potential to become
one of the top casinos around and Stunna and Edward can make it happen for sure
2883  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitplay Club bitcoin lottery - Hit the jackpot! on: December 16, 2017, 09:41:54 PM
yes,the community is always behind a new project that is fair and transparent
we are waiting for the proof of funds, though, before even attempting to play
also not available for the US and Canada residents means they cannot deposit?
what happens if a player from the US uses VPN,deposits and then wins jackpot
will he be able to recieve it?
2884  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitplay Club bitcoin lottery - Hit the jackpot! on: December 14, 2017, 05:11:57 PM
honesty and transparency we have never seen before, nice slogan
I would to see the proof of funds,a signed message will do,just for transaprency
if I (or any other lucky guy) hit  the jackpot tomorrow, how are you planning to pay it?
other than that, the site looks good, the 60%-40% system seems ridiculously unfair, though
and if I guess 2 numbers correctly I'm getting my money back only, should at least make it 2x or do not pay at all-increase other prizes instead

an original and fresh design, interesting idea
too much headache with registering,why?
make it simple,I don't really enjoy requesting codes, then opening email, where the code is supposed to be
and then reading something like: oh,great thank you for interest in our project, stay put o_0,really?
2886  Economy / Gambling / Re: Grand Opening ★★★ CryptoPlayer.net ★★★ 🎁 100% Bonus 🎁 on: December 14, 2017, 08:51:02 AM
I have questions about your bonus
here is an abstract from your TOS:

When you claim a bonus, an equivalent amount is deducted from your account balance and the amount+bonus is transferred to a bonus account. For example, if you claim a bonus of 0.001 BTC, an additional 0.001 BTC will be deducted from your account balance and your bonus account will have a balance of 0.002 BTC.
The balance in your bonus account needs to be wagered 100 times in the MULTIPLY ROLL game before it is credited to your main balance. In the above example, you need to wager 0.05 (0.002*100) BTC before the balance in your bonus account is transferred to your main account.

how is 0.05=0.002*100?  it is 0.2 if my math is correct
also if you claim a bonus of 0.01 for example, you are deducted 0.01 from your balance and given 0.01 as bonus
resulting in 0.02 total bonus funds
ok,so you have to wager 0.02*100 i.e. 2 bitcoins to get credited 0.02 right?

a provably fair tab is great!
the only problem I see with it ...it cannot be verified  Grin
unless I'm missing some link (which I don't)
2887  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟2017's Best Bitcoin Gambling Site Award!🌟 on: December 14, 2017, 08:36:01 AM
not too many total votes,unfortunately
under 700 votes total can't be considered representative
but it gives a pretty good idea of what local inhabitants think are the best sites
directbet.eu being the top one and next two places occupied by the dice sites primedice and bitsler says alot about the preferences
people love fast and easy dice sites where you can deposit and lose/win instantly without waiting for the results of the games
2888  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-11] Lightning Network Inches Closer to Being Deployed on the Bitcoin on: December 13, 2017, 02:07:49 PM
hope the lightning network will be deployed soon, the bitcoin fee becomes a big issue now, it is ridiculous.

the fees are ridiculous, the waiting time is outrageous
I managed to send a recommended fee transaction without looking on blockchain.info, eight days ago, 9.5 satoshi/byte .... hasn't been confirmed since
as for Coinbase and blockchain info, the intentions are clear,3 months should be enough to implement Segwit support or at least
give a roadmap, this should be the main priority (unless,of course you are interested in blockchain being clogged constantly)
2889  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-12] Americans Are Taking Out Mortgages to Buy Bitcoin on: December 13, 2017, 01:37:35 PM
it is a worrying trend indeed, bubbles are not fun
also the ones who are betting it all on bitcoin now are right-there is so much more growth potential
but this growth can be exponential or steady and consistent,I'd rather prefer slow growth
but this works wonders for mass adoption, many people hear about bitcoin from the news or even damn reddit stories
bubble or not,it is not going to crash any time soon,so buy and HODL
2890  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-13] South Korea is Going Crazy Over Bitcoin: Real Mainstream Obsession on: December 13, 2017, 01:14:32 PM
South Korea is the main testing grounds of the US economy
so if they pass this regulation, expect same in the US
or at least in many of its states,of course there will be one major cryptocurrency boom once you legalise bitcoins
Japan,Korea will enjoy being  pioneers in this area with many new exchanges and businesses poping up

Why do I have to confirm my email to make an account on your website man ? I was so impressed by your promotional post that I actually thought I could get free spins. However my personal email is a big sacrifice ,I care about anonymity in bitcoin gambling.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect players’ private information when players register within our system, respond to our communication, or contact our support team. The information may include player’s name, date of birth, private address, email address, IP address, credit and debit card details, and some other information personal data. The personal data of players are available to CryptoWild employees, employees of the software provider, to payment systems and other third parties which assist CryptoWild in providing gambling services to the end users. All parties to whom the players’ information is disclosed are treating it as confidential according to the corresponding agreements and laws. The data is fully protected from unauthorized access.

Thank you.I'm never coming back again.

That clause does sound scary but guess what, whenever you register anything to any website. They all have that info anyways and it almost always available to the employees that run that site.

If you are worried you can simply use those temp email account or just register another email at Gmail.

I think this would be a big deal if they planned on selling your information in the near future.

this is a pretty common thing for websites to sell/provide your data to different agencies
including emails.ip and browser fingerprints, only many sites do not even mention this in their TOS
oh,just read google's gmail terms and conditions properly,I bet you will discover many interesting things
and yeah, use a special, junk spam email for registrations like that, also you can install
ghostery addon or use kaspersky protection addon to try and reduce the amount of data colelcted about your online identity
2893  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help us name new bitcoin casino - FairCasino on: December 12, 2017, 09:37:35 AM
one of the worst names ever!
names like Honestcasino, faircasino, wepaycasino  Grin  smell unprofessionalism
you don't consider names like that, ever, unless you are a 15 year old dev creating your first free script casino
to find a good name is hard, you have to consider many things, like seo, ease of spelling (yeah people do not like names  gostraightleftcasinoplay.com )
catchy slogany name etc. etc. they say a name is half of the success,so choose wisely
2894  Economy / Gambling / Re: mBet.io Sportsbook 6 BTC Welcome Bonus on: December 12, 2017, 06:51:33 AM
Quote
Bonus points = stake (in mBTC) x price score (up to 1) x 12.5. The price score is the square root of the odds, minus one (decimal odds). The maximum price score is 1.

So if we will bet 5mBtc in any game with 2.5x odd than bonus point we can get is;

5 x (1.58113883008419 - 1 ) x 12.5 = 36 Bonus points

Quote
We’ll release 10 mBTC for every 10000 bonus points you earn.

So basically we have to bet 5mBtc atleast 277+ times on game of similar odd to get 10mBtc from this bonus. Which is almost like 100x wagering requirement... Grin

Anyway nice promo and quite unique one for sportsbook.
This bonus offer is absolutely misleading, because customers will be not able to even wager and receive a fraction of it! And how many customers read the terms and conditions? Maybe 1%? This promotion is clearly for people with a lower IQ range and this together with the circumstance that you are only since one week on the market, it looks like a deposit trap!

then feel free to not participate in this bonus promotion
all customers should read terms and conditions, what are you talking about? if you deposit to a site you have no idea what to expect from
i.e. you do not know if they even allow you to withdraw in your country of origin then you are low IQ indeed
this bonus is way better than the usual "deposit xxx and wager xxxxx times before withdrawing"
also something new and creative, well done!
2895  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ DuckDice.io 🎲 MAX 2K Faucet 🎲 120%Deposit Bonus 🎲 1%Edge 🎲 Fair 🎲 Chat 🎲 on: December 12, 2017, 04:31:26 AM
Dear AjayRohilla,

your fingerprint and IP is an exact match for a faucet farming net that we have blocked earlier today.
Which includes following accounts:
Zoom
Nova
Kirmada
Poya
Policeman
Papaji

All have the same:
IP and Fingerprint;
all have messages in chat (for hunting a rain);
all have deposits of 1 (yes one) doge (because users without a single deposit has various constraints);
when reaching a decent amount of rain you were depositing the amount necessary for minimum withdrawal and actually performed a withdrawal.

So the violations here are:
– multiple active accounts;
– system abuse.

Because of such users we always have to tight our rules and make real players who enjoy our service stumble upon various difficulties.
Due to all above and DuckDice's rules you are banned from DuckDice, you've done your withdrawals from other accounts with rain-hunting scheme. Please bug neither DuckDice nor any other Dice site anymore. You are ruining the whole idea of dice.

And why you did not pay my 7k doge and our Internet has free.  This sceam provide by our government so our up are same you will find many players who's up are same. You just want to stolen my deposit money

dude, the owner has explained to you why have you been banned
because you have created a web of alts  farming  rains and exploiting the faucet
and you are greedy enough to come here and claim that you have been cheated?  Grin
you already profited enough from the host of your other accounts, now the scheme is over, live with it

I absolutely LOVE their "provably fair":

From their FAQ:
Is the game fair?

Absolutely. Every user has the same winning- and losing chances because it’s a Realtime game.

 Grin Grin Grin

curtains!
2897  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC-RUN on: December 12, 2017, 02:49:16 AM
What is the game that you are refering to? Is this the alien run that you earn satoshies by completting a level? I think you need to further explain this to get more attention.

it is similar to "bustabit" , think this same game site launch after meckabit  Grin
Yeah, that's what I wanted to say. Just a typical stock market simulation game. They are intriguing, sure, but some unique feature in needed to catch others' attention.
Unlike meckabit, this website seems to have more players (if the leader board is true), but they don't give you any free spins, I suppose.
CoinOne123, are you somehow related to creators of this project? You should make an ANN thread then and edit the original post by adding the link to the website and some explanation what is it about. I there are confirmations from people who tried withdrawing money from out there, you should add this info as well.
This is just like meckabit and an another clone site of bustabit.I was wondering if those players are real since they do bet up huge amounts of bits.I have visited the site and observe i did able to see 3x 0 bust up in a row which is really a shocking thing for me since i didnt experience this  or even see it on bustabit. I cant say this is fraud or what but i dont trust this site and also posting referral links is prohibited.

only meckabit is somewhat decent, even Rhavar said that it is copied form a licensed csgo game script  that is a copy of bustabit
this one is way worse, would not recommend trying it,besides there is no topic in Service discussions or here in Gambling
so it shows how the owner is treating his site-not a serious project(or he has never heard about bitcointalk?)
2898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Simple way to earn Bitcoins through Gambling and Casino games. on: December 12, 2017, 02:20:37 AM
there is no simple way to make money in gambling , cause even the +EV games where you can make money you need a lot of experience
also if you want to invest in a gambling site you need a decent capital to make decent returns
some gamlbing sites offer faucets for players and the more you wager the more your faucet will get , these faucets are +EV and nice but still you need to wager btc in order to get a good faucet

so believe me there is no simple way to make money in gambling

if there was a simple way to earn money in gambling,or  in life in general
every single idiot would have been very rich, unfortunately (or fortunately) this is not the case
faucets are getting cut to the point that there is no way to profit from them
for example,to get a 1000 satoshi faucet at Bitsler, one has to wager 150 bitcoins
with 1% HE it is around 1.5 bitcoins lost,so to get there a gambler loses 1+ bitcoins on average
have fun trying to recover from that using faucet!

and newbies get 100 satoshis,if even that (10 at Stake) with a minimum withdrawal and tip preventing from profitting for free

2899  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTCKINGS - bitcoin only poker site on: December 12, 2017, 01:59:07 AM
There are no players on the site. It's sad that you do not invest enough in an advertising company. Look at how many interested poker players in the forum. Are you not able to attract enough games to your site?
That's a fucking lie and you know it. You should know that all the 'interest' comes from mainly signature spammers who don't even know the basics of poker and probably think that you should always go all-in with pocket aces.

The poker players that ARE interested don't play because there is a lack of traffic. Because of the lack of traffic, there is less traffic. This is how poker sites work.
Traffic positively correlates with itself.

what I hear from almost every good poker player - do not play poker online Smiley
so you must be right here-there are not so many interested poker players not only on this forum, but online in general
and ,of course,if you don't spend money on advertising and/or promotions
you are not going to have players, unless you offer something really special and outstanding in terms of usability,HE,bonues etc.
