2881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you think is the world’s bitcoin center? on: August 12, 2015, 12:37:55 PM
I don't understand why everybody says New York is the Bitcoin Capital in the world... I personally think its wrong.
There are a lot of cities that can be considered has the BTC city coin.

Take as an example several countries whose Bitcoin industry is growing at full steam, Spain, Brazil, China.

This year Brazil has been the country who had the biggest growth in the industry...

In my opinion there is no Bitcoin city but a lot of places where we have a lot of bitcoin action!
2882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Most profitable coin to mine 750ti? on: August 12, 2015, 05:12:52 AM
You need to do some math... and search for the mining hardware comparison wiki
And you better take a look at coinwarz.com. There you can do an average approach of the profitability for each coin.

I don't get it... so If we hold this coins we have some gains. But do I need to hold them on a wallet like if I was staking them?
2885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][FRC]FutureCash | Scrypt(POW/POS) | Ninja launch | Anti-instamine on: August 12, 2015, 02:12:04 AM
If this project had a more explicit roadmap I would probably try to mine some coins.
But from what I see, a lot of people are complaining about not being able to mine and other issues.

As anyone succeeded in mining Futurecash yet?
2886  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Faucets - how much do those sites make in ad revenue? on: August 12, 2015, 01:53:12 AM
Faucets are still very profitable. They have a fixed revenue from traffic and a big revenue from advertisement and referral accounts.
Many Faucets also have web miners whose function is to use the visitor computational power to mine cryptos.

2888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Integrated ASIC on smartphones or tablets on: August 11, 2015, 08:43:24 PM
It is completely unfeasible.

With the mining difficulty going up and the halving approach, it would be simply a waste of hardware and energy.

Besides, with the heat generated the device wouldn't last long...

Mobile devices can be used for staking coins. And that is one of the developments we will be seeing in a near future!
2889  Other / Off-topic / Re: Saw this new Blockchain Forum!! on: August 11, 2015, 06:41:45 PM
I praise for the ones who still open new crypto related forums;
Currently, we see a lot of forums opening its doors... I think the digital currency forum space is heavily populated for now. Either a new forum manages to introduce amazing new features  or it will sooner or later doomed to fail.

2890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New essay seriously questions Bitcoin's future success on: August 11, 2015, 06:28:10 PM
"The primary requirement for anything to function as money is that of being accepted by people. Bitcoin is designed to avoid relying on central authorities, which increases its function as a store of value. "
That being said, it is perfectly possible for Bitcoin to win. It is the perfect store of value against corrupt Governments trying to snoop around their citizens finances.
I seriously believe this can make the difference...
2891  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: August 11, 2015, 05:41:25 PM

You can buy Bitcoin through an exchange. from there you can send them to your wallet and start shopping.
You can try Bitquick, or circle. I believe it is the fastest and safest way to buy Bitcoin.

2897  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Soccer Games on: August 11, 2015, 12:03:30 AM
You have a nice and simple idea there! if you had a simple site to support it it could be even better.
You should invest in designing a site just for that!
2898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: EthereumWisdom.com on: August 10, 2015, 11:59:28 PM
Good work!
This site is very helpful. For now it is only being traded on 3 exchanges. But as soon as it goes on to more exchanges we will have more and more arbitrage opportunities.
This site is pretty helpful just for that Wink
