2881  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Halving 2020 and Altcoins on: April 21, 2020, 03:49:30 PM
Once, bitcoin halving approaches and we see a rise in its price, altcoins are also going to increase in price as well. Coins like Ethereum, Litecoin, Ethereum Classic are going to ride up with the rise in Bitcoin but for newer altcoins price will not be affected much. It's best to invest in major altcoins if you are looking to make some profits out of this upcoming Bitcoin halving.
I agree with you. however, right now my heart is so easy to change. seeing the price of bitcoin go back down, made me a little disappointed. Well, I'm very enthusiastic about the development of bitcoin and altcoin this year, it's just that the current developments are developing at $ 6k and $ 7k. I think of a greater effect because halving is only a few weeks away.
2882  Economy / Economics / Re: a disease or a virus or is there business in it? on: April 20, 2020, 08:58:51 AM
How about we just forget about all these conspiracy theories and focus more on what should be the solution to the pandemic problem the world is having? I have seen a lot of this theory that China planned this Coronavirus. And I have also seen people that said it was a weapon that was created in China to be used in a war and then mistakenly it slipped from their hands and was used against them lol.

I have just seen a lot of these and it's starting to be quite annoying. Even right now , China just had new cases that are popping up. So right now we all should be focused on settling the issue and not worrying about where it came from. When all that is over, we can then talk about this.
there is always a conspiracy in every event. however, I decided to see this as a disaster, and purely because it was hard to find a cure. actually, the cure has also been found. although not very effective, but has been proven to cure many patients. however, what is dangerous about this virus is the way it is spread, so the government has difficulty stopping it. in terms of business, I think many people who use prices such as hand sanitizers, or face mask masks.
2883  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't. on: April 20, 2020, 06:31:39 AM
I think that a lot of people are prone to panic attacks, but at the same time I do not think that this is the main reason for the fall in prices in a given period.
Rather, large players seeing that they can provoke a panic sale act in such a way that they would sell first, and then buy off the last.
to be honest, panic is a natural thing. when seeing the price of thousands of dollars decrease in less than 24 hours, it certainly makes many people think of selling their assets. so far, I still survive with this situation, it can even be said that the situation is getting better. to be honest, I still strongly believe that bitcoin price recovery can happen, so I'm not so freaked out about the price drop
2884  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Halving 2020 and Altcoins on: April 19, 2020, 06:40:11 AM

Just my own opinion about this one, its really hard to tell on what would be the situation in upcoming halving event and since we are still on a difficult situation
i dont really expect that much.

It's interesting to see what would be the market like at this situation, imagine halving in the time of pandemic, this is so far the biggest challenge Bitcoin will ever face, but I don;t see Bitcoin crashing after the halving now that the market is stabilizing, thanks to the good news we are receiving about the vaccine, time now is what the world needs to come out with an effective vaccine.
it's only a matter of time until this pandemic is finished. apart from that, I really appreciate that bitcoin really struggles at times like this. Well, many people still believe that an increase will occur and that the recovery is going to the present. I didn't know halving would have an effect on bitcoin and altcoin. but it looks like it's worth the wait.
2885  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN] Emirex Resmi - Infrastruktur Bagi Ekonomi Digital Baru on: April 19, 2020, 06:01:51 AM
2886  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Halving 2020 and Altcoins on: April 18, 2020, 08:51:35 AM
There is nothing much reflection it will have at the price of Bitcoin if we should judge from the past. Most of the Bitcoin crazy upsurge always come after the halving and this year's own might not be exceptional.
at the moment, there doesn't seem to be an increase in the prices of bitcoin and altcoin, though halving will arrive soon. I think that bitcoin will become dominant again, but it looks like the altcoin movement is really following the current flow of bitcoin. I feel that the increase in bitcoin and altcoin that will occur later will not be the same as in 2019.
2887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LATOKEN, Probit, What else? on: April 18, 2020, 06:23:38 AM
some exchange lists like P2pb2b, probit, latoken, exmarket, are bad exchanges. there have been many cases of fake coin volumes and many IEO projects registered on their platforms have failed. I think the exchange reputation there has really gotten worse after many failed project events and fake trading volumes.
IEO at these exchanges only costs you money and almost no successful projects are listed here. For me, only big exchanges like Huobi, Okex or Binance can help you to make profits because these 3 exchanges are always interested by a lot of investors and of course will help you earn huge profits if you are lucky enough to join.
their ease of seeing a coin makes many scammers make use of it. I just feel sorry for the project that really wants to grow trapped there. however, the quality of the coins can also be considered with the quality of the market. if I'm a developer, I'd better choose 1 market that is popular, rather than listing in some markets that are considered bad.
2888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin is more likely to be 100X on: April 17, 2020, 06:15:11 AM
very difficult to determine which coins can increase that high. however, we can only choose coins that have the potential to increase. even when the price of bitcoin rises to 2-3x, that's a lot of meaning to most people. try to find investments that have a small risk by choosing popular coins only.
2889  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I sell bitcoin now? on: April 17, 2020, 05:45:18 AM
at this time, the price of bitcoin has reached a new price of $ 7k. I'm not sure that selling bitcoin right now is the right thing. although there is a potential that the price of bitcoin can drop to $ 6k again, but I think the rise in bitcoin prices will slowly approach the price of $ 8k. halving happens next month, so it could be the beginning of the year the price of bitcoin reaches a price of $ 10k. just a little longer, that's my suggestion.

2892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronavirus ain't helping on: April 15, 2020, 05:52:32 AM
things like this must be considered. We never know what problems there will be in the future for crypto, so always include things like this in your strategy, so you can minimize the risks. at the moment, it looks like the state of crypto is normal, and is slowly rising again. I think that when this pandemic can be resolved easily, price increases have great potential.
2893  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: April 14, 2020, 09:18:32 AM
Agree. Not all nations have the technology to implement the cryptocurrency system in their economy. So I think that the currency of any nation will remain in its finances. If there will be the handling of cryptocurrencies in cities that have better technology infrastructure.

I have seen it in my country. When the banking system implemented mobile payment and not all citizens have access to a smartphone.
the current goal approaching that is to make people in the world use bitcoin or cryptocurrency as another way to make payments. Many limitations of cryptocurrency have to replace fiat, even more so in a crisis like this. although many people use cryptocurrency, most people only see it as a business area.
2894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What matters to grow the price of an Altcoin on: April 14, 2020, 08:33:23 AM
if you want to increase the price of altcoin owned by a developer, the best way to do that is to develop their products. You know, when they make the product they need, demand will come to them, and that will make the price go up. many altcoin prices are down because their products are not sought after by people.
2895  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing 1$ every day in bitcoin over the last five years on: April 13, 2020, 08:39:12 AM
They have more advatanges of investing of bitcoin in the last few years ago but not the year 2017 when bull run happened.
Investing $1 everyday is good for the people who don't have enough budget to invest. What if you invest in 2009 when bitcoin is really low when price is like that your profit now is very high because price increase more than thousands times.
if we talk about the past, it will indeed benefit. but, I think it's very difficult to survive to invest $ 1 every day. Well, I think most people who discuss this don't do that. we are eyeing investment in a short time or a long time. that's why they always ask about potential coins. if indeed this is beneficial, maybe those who intend to do so can do so from now on. besides that, the potential is also big, because halving will come soon.
2896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of cryptocurrency exchange hacks on: April 12, 2020, 06:57:54 PM
my eyes hurt seeing the number of stolen assets. Well, if there is a hacker who escaped from the chase, I think the Hacker has become rich now. other than that, every year there are always exchangers who are hacked, and I hope the exchange where I put my assets doesn't experience the same thing. Well, MT. Gox makes me interested. I don't know enough bitcoin assets were stolen there. unfortunately, the price of bitcoin at the time seemed to be less than $ 2k.
2897  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: April 12, 2020, 06:43:20 AM
Investing is profitable during the bull market only but trading is profitable everytime even during the bear market because a good trader can short to gain profits. Most of traders are bad because they can't predict bull-bear reversal and get rekt or transform to investors.
both have the risk. You can get an investment profit when the price is pumping, but if it decreases, you will get a loss. as well as trading. it's just the difference is the time. Personally, I chose investment, because I feel that trading is too risky for now.
2898  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Increased Bitcoin Adoption on: April 12, 2020, 05:24:29 AM
I think the opposite has happened. Covid19 has reduced Bitcoin adoption.

In crisis situation like this people tend to keep and store fiat rather than invest and adopt. This is one of the main reason why Bitcoin price got dump before the halving and it is still struggling.
I've heard some people sell their assets because they need money. now it's natural if we need cash. We don't know how long this pandemic ends, so instead of increasing adoption, it can reduce adoption. it is caused by the lack of income that we can get outside. Yeah, but I hope they realize the potential of bitcoin to generate income from home.
2899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for 2020? on: April 11, 2020, 07:08:59 AM

I would recommend the below 5 altcoins:

1. Ethereum (ETH)
2. Binance Coin (BNB)
3. Dash Coin (DASH)
4. Ripple (XRP)
5. ABBC Coin (ABBC)
are these altcoins are those you are holding?or just the currency you think will grow this year?

I trust Ethereum(ETH) because i have bought some when the price is still 100$ and also Ripple(XRP) when the price is too low.

Binance(BNB) is one of the top exchange now so for sure the back up is indeed and may bring Fortune in some time.
I am pretty sure that there is ethereum in his wallet. well maybe there is another altcoin, but I think, many people are focusing on ethereum at this time. I increasingly believe when the price of bitcoin starts to recover, ethereum prices also recover. You know what, the boost from Halving + Eth 2.0 will make ethereum prices go up to the moon. that makes me think that ethereum will be the best altcoin this year.
2900  Economy / Speculation / Re: Guys avoid panic sell... on: April 11, 2020, 06:35:07 AM
For people who have been in this market for how many years will surely have that kind of impression or views towards bitcoin. We have seen the worst and any dumps just like what happened

EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT NOW...

Whatever happened in the past, those days are GONE...  If you expect BitCoin to behave normally in an Economic Crisis, you are delusional.   BitCoin's reaction to the crisis was not good, and I expect it might happen again at the next really bad economic news   Shocked Shocked Shocked

Hard Facts
you are right. bitcoin has a bad effect on the current crisis, that is the fact. however, recovery also occurs when the crisis becomes more widespread, and that is also a fact. which means, there is potential that can make the price of bitcoin higher when the crisis is over. Well, the decision to sell or hold is on each of us. but, personally, I will hold back. I think that at least the price of bitcoin can reach $ 10,000 this year.
