I believe everybody has their worst day in gambling especially if you started gambling early maybe in your teenage age. My worst day was when I used my school fees to gamble because I thought I will make more money to take care of some of my needs in school. This was yesterday. T1 was destroyed by Team Liquid, 2-0. Earlier, T1 was able to make a comeback and now back in good standing. They were able to defeat Xtreme Gaming 2-0. This is good for T1 for they were able to defeat a Chinese team that is favored in this tournament. I was not able to watch the game but that is a good way to get their confidence back and gain momentum in this tournament. They are now current in a match with VP and they started really well. They are 5K ahead, but we still cannot count VP out of this map. They can still come back from this if T1 makes a mistake. VP is still able to give a decent team fight against t1. The last few moments of game 1 shows what T1 can do if every single one of them is aware of what's happening and they have proper communication on what they want to do. Also, if Kuku is not experimenting on heroes and he's sticking with his guns, he can outfarm anyone and dominate the game in a very convincing fashion. Well Topson seems like he's enjoying a midlaner that dominates early then falls off as a utility/initiator in the late game and that also helps. 3 games in a row with Primal Beast, this dude doesn't really get bored that fast too. Currently that unexpected thing happen after the T1 losses to team liquid they make a good comeback against Xtreme gaming 2-0 and there are a lot of people make a good bet which is a huge odd of 7.0~ and even just a small amount still have a good return, right now they have a match between against the VP and still manage to tie the game right now they have a match between the WG which is depends right now if they will become in the top bracket else they make a 2-0 lose against them this is another rematch for the qualifiers. |

I have no idea how the company/school do regular background check to their staff related to gambling activity. From my perspective, gambling is something personal. It should have nothing to do with their job. Company may do something if their staff gambling activity affect their job, but the staffs do nothing wrong with their job, I think the company cant do anything unless there is a prior terms/rules related to gambling that is applied to their staffs. However I have to agree that we should care about our own reputation but if it is related to gambling, I do not care what people say about me because I am a gambler.
Yes the Company or institution should never interfere with the personal matters of anyone. But the person who personally do gambling in his life so he/she should never impact his/her addiction to anyone. I said it would be not all people would really be doing that specially if he had able to make out money easily with those kind of exploits which he might able to make more money rather than on telling the team.
Thats if he could make out some withdrawal successfuly but most of the case whenever there are some unusual or shady activity, then the platform or site itself wont really be that dumb
