2901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do u invest or u trying to make something from giveaways? on: October 11, 2015, 10:39:54 PM
I read your story and now I am more convinced that gambling is no the way to earn money on a reliable way.
It is entertainment, you gamble because you are bored not because you want to win crazy money and hit jackpot.
2902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: October 11, 2015, 10:21:04 PM
gambling will not make you rich forever. here you will learn to keep your money. allocate your money and return to gambling when you are short of money. Cheesy
You are completely wrong here. You are not gambling when you are short of money, never.
You only gamle with excessive of your money, when you actually have money you can lose, without jeopardizing your financial situation further.

I think you are 100% wrong. There are plenty of people who barrow money for gambling. When people do not have money then they look all kinds of short cuts to make money.
Lets be realistic. If you borrow money to gamble more when you just lost everything - you are already doomed, you are fucked up beyond belief.
You are so tilted, biased and susceptible to gambler's fallacy that your chances of winning are slim. This is real world, there are no shortcuts.
2903  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betterbets.io vs Rollin.io Winning picks on: October 10, 2015, 07:51:14 PM
This war getting more close yesterday it seems Betterbets will cross it by high rollers but Rollin is still leading and now difference is more than 250+ Btc, BB has to do more hard effort to win this race.
Too bad that this is just a little friendly competition and it won't bring anything to the users.
I wish winner casino will come up with some long term promotion to celebrate the win; bonus deposit or lowered house edge would be amazing.
2904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe we need more ways of advertising Bitcoin currency? on: October 10, 2015, 06:36:21 PM
ehh documentaries might work, but i highly doubt they'll appeal to majority of the people. barely anyone is going to want to want a 30 min documentary about bitcoin just because they are intrigued by it
That is correct. In addition I feel like bitcoin is not intriguing and interesting to the point that normal, not bitcoin related people would waste time just to see what this is about. Education is nice, but it is not enough in our world. We need witty advertisements.
2905  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your opinions on the halving HERE on: October 10, 2015, 06:31:33 PM
With the halving coming up next year there's been a lot of speculation.
What are your thoughts about it?
I need to see that to comment first. Right now I am not sure we had only one halving before and it was not good for bitcoin price at all.
I wonder if this time will be the same.
2906  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betterbets.io vs Rollin.io Winning picks on: October 09, 2015, 08:22:19 PM
This war has become a close race now. Only 5 days left. Whos gonna finish better?

Betterbets looking has nice chance for better finish.

Yea i think Betterbets will win but my opinion is biased lol. In 5 days it could go down to the last hour though

Nice performance of BetterBets! There is still plenty of time for BetterBets to take a lead!
They are really close to each other. Basically one high roller can change picture of situation completely.
At this point there is no way I can tell who will come on top this competition. And to be honest I like Betterbets and Rollin and I wish there was a draw possibility Smiley
2907  Economy / Gambling / Re: Your bet in slots? on: October 09, 2015, 08:05:27 PM
I don't do, I see slots like a waste of a money, they can be programmed to give just a 70% of all the money people put inside.
I like slots myself but too think that it is not viable online casino game to play. Generally because House Edge on Slots is usually ridiculous and over 10% or even more (compared to around 1% on Dice). And secondly I have the feeling that these games can be rigged with ease.
2908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My goal to earn 1,000bitcoins within 3years on: October 09, 2015, 07:57:24 PM
I subscribed to his page updates just because of curiosity, but he is not active, the last status was posted at 30th Sep.
That is what I thought. You have to be insanely motivated to do something like that. I think Op just gave up.
After all 1000 bitcoins with just faucet money and gambling is rather science fiction if you ask me.
2909  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Exchange Gemini Approved for Launch in New York on: October 08, 2015, 08:38:49 PM
I believe that gemini and new york need to lessen there laws.

NY isn't helping anyone by not allowing ppl to use btc.
That is the point. I am surprised that Winklevii really subjected to BitLicense, I have a grim feeling that opening Gemini under New York jurisdiction is just publicity stunt aimed to show people that Bitcoin business in NY can be successful. Time will tell if I was right.
2910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: sending bitcoin to users in china on: October 08, 2015, 08:02:52 PM
Pardon my ignorance, but what is wrong with sending  your bitcoin directly from your wallet do your recipient wallet?
Then he/she can sell it on one of the many Chinese exchanges for yuans, as far as I know bitcoin is not banned in China.
2911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Simple Gambling Trick on: October 08, 2015, 07:47:48 PM
This not a trick. I can lost all my satoshi with only one click and it can be the firs step of the game. I try to waste my yime with faucets in order to these type of gambles.
I read op's post and I am amused how can he call it a trick. It is neither an exploit nor trick of any kind. It is just simple guessing!
It is not even a strategy, it is just an advice: 'play wise and be cautious, and maybe you can win'.
2912  Economy / Gambling / Re: try your chess skills for bitcoin on: October 08, 2015, 07:39:05 PM
Site's hosting account is already dead, but i like the idea about mixing chess with bitcoin winning. But i was quite late to see how this site works.
|You are right, if you access the site all you get is: "This Account Has Been Suspended" info and that is it.
I guess there wasn't many chess players who wanted to play for money, but then again, with chess you can cheat with by just running chess program in the background.
2913  Economy / Gambling / Re: ☼ ☁ Weathbet.com ☁ ☼ - Bet on weather condition - BTC, LTC, DOGE on: October 07, 2015, 06:13:11 PM
Ok, I read all your comments folks, and I agree that weather betting is something refreshing and unique. I may be appealing more that standard dice.
But it seems that no one gambled on Weathbet and there are no live feedback. And I wish to hear some serious comments before I will play...
2914  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-10-06]NewsBTC - Lionsgate Starts Accepting Bitcoin on: October 07, 2015, 05:59:38 PM
Wait, on Lionsgate site there is information that: Limited Special Time Offer Bitcoin 25% off. That means bitcoin will be accepted only for limited time or it means discount for bitcoin purchase will be available only for short time? I hope it will be the latter. Anyway great news!
2915  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-10-06] Quantum Computing Draws Closer; Danger for Bitcoin? on: October 07, 2015, 05:49:08 PM
The thing is: if we will break ice and really obtain working quantum computers, there will be only couple companies able to produce this tech.
These will be the biggest IT companies on the market, normal people won't have access to it. There is nothing to worry about.
2916  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: October 07, 2015, 05:40:53 PM
I have 2 kids now and renting in an apartment. You have a point but somehow we are different. I will not leave my job just because bitcoin is enough to raise my family.

"If you are a family man with kids, you would love to stay home and play with your kids, spend time with them."

- Yeah you are definitley right here but I can spend time with my family even Im working away from home. I only have 8 hours a day in my work and 2 day offs. Working in bitcoins while playing with your kids will just make you work for bitcoin a whole day.

"I remember going to work on a Christmas Eve and New Years Eve that's because my employer did not approve my leave (I worked in a BPO before)"

-This is hard and I understand you. I worked in BPO now but Im on dayshift so it's ok to me. Smiley

"Medical benefits? The governments medical benefits is enough but if you will compare with the medical benefits you get for being employed, think again,"

-Bitcoin will never give the medical benefits that government gave. Imagine I have Php150k (around $3,260+) medical allowance now. If you will focus in bitcoin and earn the value of it to Php150k (around $3,260) then suddenly you need it for your medical needs, that savings will just go to your medical spendings unlike if you have your own salary and just let your medical benefits from government to do the medical payments for you.

"Monday to Friday you commute to work and encounter different people and you may get different kinds of virus, but if you stay home, you don't get that much exposure"

- Yes you are right here but Im used to it now. Im immune now hehe. I take vitamins and more importantly my work is just 15 minutes away from my home and if traffic occurs maybe 30-40minutes and that is hard traffic. Smiley

"Bonus? Since you are technically self employed you write your own paycheck so you can get your bonus monthly if you want."

- Yeah this is better for self empolyed. Cheesy

Right again I answered contradict to your sayings because we are different but the bottom line here is I will not leave bitcoin forever. Bitcoin saves my emergency needs because I don't spend too much of it. Our daily spendings came from me and my wife's salary so my bitcoin saving are just in my piggybank lol.
You realize that most of your arguments are viable only in case you are living in very rich country like western or northern europe or US and Canada. Majority of other nations don't have any 'benefits'; if you are working, or not; simply there is no benefits for people so either you have friends or family to help you out or you are homeless.
2917  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cashback for your gambling losses on: October 07, 2015, 05:30:09 PM
How you only have jr. mebmer account over here if you are in the gambling field for 17 years. 17 years that you have stated on OP seems not true.
Bitcoin is not that old, and I suppose Op is not that stupid and knows that. The thing is ,you can be part of the online gambling industry for 17 years, it is certainly possible. There are many online casinos which are older than bitcoin and recently started accepting cryptocurrency. Nothing unusual.
2918  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cashback for your gambling losses on: October 06, 2015, 06:18:19 PM
90 % scamm

What you were doing previous 17 years?

Working, schooling, being a parent, raising family. How is it a scam when we ask for NO money? You are so quick to scream scam and don't even know what the site is all about.
So if you are not asking for money, how can you EARN from it then? You said you: "offer exclusives, we give cash back, we give out random freebies. We are putting together a free giveaway now." How can you afford all of that with no money?
2919  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people dump their Bitcoins ? on: October 06, 2015, 06:06:17 PM
I can tell you some reasons why people dump their Bitcoins right away:

1. People are emotionally fragile - any sign of bitcoin problems are cue for them to sell.
2. People are impatient - they want to profit fast, if that is not happening they dump coins tired of waiting.
3. There are situations when you need FIAT asap, that is why they dump their coins.
2920  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to make Cricket betting more profitable on: October 06, 2015, 05:21:42 PM
I have some knowledge on cricket and current cricket playing teams. I can predict the result of a match. But still I could not make by bets more profitable.
If you have any kind of recommendation or tips or URLs to educate on cricket betting that would be really useful if you share here.
So basically you want to bet and win most of the time? First you need to understand that this is sport - even if one team is vastly superior that other, something can go wrong, they could make a mistake and lose the the game. So there is no 100%  method of sport betting, so stop aiming at that.
All you can do is educate yourself even more, read more about teams, read more about players and if you know facts you will be having higher chance of winning your bets.
