2901  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The World's First Kids Cartoon about Bitcoin on: May 16, 2023, 10:14:35 AM
I think such cartoons are very important for the children as they love those cartoons and the entertainment is of another level for the kids. It's a nice idea to create a cartoon series that's entirely created to give financial education to chidden about Bitcoin. It's really fascinating to create such good materials in the form of entertainment for the kids.

We should promote these videos by sharing them with the kids and they will keep sharing with other kids, if such programs get good amount of views the creators will work even harder to add more episodes for to promote Bitcoin and the next generation will know about this technology even if their are in their childhood days. The memories of childhood are so dense that such kids will love to adapt the Bitcoin when they grow into adults.
2902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to withdraw money from crypto.com? on: May 16, 2023, 06:07:33 AM
The main question asked these days are “how to withdraw money from crypto.com?”The procedure is given below in steps form.
Visit crypto.com application form.
Now you have to link your bank account
Then press transfer, and click the balance once before proceeding
Then you have two option one is deposit and other is withdraw.
Then select withdraw
Then again  you will have two choices one is crypto other is fiat.
You have to choose fiat
Then click on withdraw fiat to bank account
Now click on preferred currency
Fill out the amount
Click on withdraw
Confirm it
Withdrawal process complete.

It's your first post and your account is pretty new as it was created today. However, the strange thing I noticed is that you're claiming that people are asking the question that how to withdraw money from crypto.com, and I'm not sure who are those people that are asking such questions?

However, if you posted this in order to guide others about the usage of the activity then nothing is wrong in posting such guides, but instead of presenting it in that way, you could easily name it as a tutorial to withdraw money from crypto.com, that way people who might get trouble in withdrawing their money from the site would find it valuable.

It's your first post and still you're trying to help the users. That's a really good thing, welcome to the forum! In this forum you'll find the experts of Bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts. You should visit different board of the forum to learn more about it. Best of luck!
2903  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best crypto exchange - 247 CRYPTO on: May 14, 2023, 07:43:04 PM
Nice review of your own site, but you forgot to mention the competitive fees of the exchange. And you're promising that the exchange will operate 24/7, but man if yours is the only one to operate 24/7 than what about others. You forgot to mention that all of the exchanges operate 24/7 and their fees are very competitive.

It would be better if you mention the fees and other details of the exchange because that would be helpful. However, if you are really proving a good exchange than best of luck. And, surely if your features and rates are really competitive then you might get some users.

But, to be honest, it's really hard to trust a new exchange these days because every once in a while a new crypto exchange emerges and promise to serve the customers better than the competition, but when users add their funds to the exchange then it would be impossible for them to without the funds again. That's why trusting is also a big issue for new exchanges.
2904  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BINANCE APP Reinstall warning on: May 14, 2023, 07:06:35 PM
I'm very sure that the email is not from Binance because they are legit and they won't send such mails to their customers. Be careful it seems like someone is trying to scam you with a phishing page. If unfortunately, you click on the link and download the app from the page, you'll get a malware in your device and that will give the access of your device and accounts to the hackers who are trying to social engineering tricks with you.

You should open up the Binance app on your smartphone and see if there is any notification of installing the app or the app requires any kind of updating. If there isn't any notification then be sure the scammer has somehow got your email and will try again to scare you with such tricks.

It's better to block the sender so that you won't receive any emails from it. And, also be sure to avoid any such mails to be safe from the social engineering tricks of those negative actors. Their main intention is to get access to your smartphone and your account and once they get the access they will withdraw all the funds without your noticing.
2905  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Does reversal occur with bitcoin transaction. on: May 14, 2023, 03:27:18 PM
As a general rule one should never accept unconfirmed transactions if the transaction is a part of business because if you are releasing the goods than the transaction should be confirmed otherwise you may not see a confirmed transaction if blindly accepted the unconfirmed transaction far a trade.

However, if the transaction is a personal and is either sent by a relative or friend then in that case one should even accept the unconfirmed transactions. One should also accept unconfirmed transaction from a trusted person.

Still, it's highly recommended to wait for confirmation before completing the trade. The one who sent the transaction should also wait for the confirmation before asking the complete the trade, and if they force you to complete the trade with unconfirmed transaction and give excuses, then you should be careful as there are many scammers these days.
2906  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin memes on: May 14, 2023, 03:08:10 PM
I am extremely sorry but your memes aren't making me laugh. However, you have tried to create some memes and that's a good step towards such kind of art. You'll definitely learn some tactics soon so that you can create memes that will really worth the time.

Like others, I'm also not sure that if Bitcoin Discussion is the right board for such topics because here mostly topics that are directly connected to Bitcoin or are highly related it are posted most frequently. I think in this case a senior member might guide you well.

Still I appreciate your efforts for creating those memes, keep it up my friend soon you'll be able to create good memes. Best of luck!
2907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You are still very early on: May 14, 2023, 05:49:18 AM

All your points are correct and I totally agree with those, but even if we put our best effort in convincing those people to invest in Bitcoin, still they won't be convinced because they'll find a way to think that we are trying to scam them and their mindset won't allow them to purchase this rare asset.

I said rare asset because Bitcoin truly is rare and once the supply gets reduced and demand gets higher than those people will understand the rarity of the digital asset . Most of them will regret that why they didn't purchase Bitcoin when its price was still below $27k. However, that regretting won't be helpful either because they won't be able to do anything then.

That's why it's still the best time to buy Bitcoin because I'll surely say that with next halving the $27k range will be a dream for accumulators as it will never go that down in price ever after the next halving. Instead of listening to those people who discourage people from purchasing this asset we should follow those people who encourage us to accumulate as many bitcoins as we possibly can.
2908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My experience with memorizing seed phrases on: May 14, 2023, 05:31:50 AM
I think everyone's memory is a little different and the working mechanism of memory varies form human to human, but in my case I found that even after trying my best to remember anything I will have to listen that thing with the help of audio so I can memorize and remember it for long term.

The audio learning has been working very well for me and trust me I remember the most of the things that I learned with the help of repeated audio listening. For example, suppose if someone is trying to remember the 12 words seed phrase he/she has to record those words in a safe audio device and use earphones to listen to those words everyday. That way the thing will stick in the memory for long term.

I'm not sure about others, but this thing has saved me a lot of time, as with its help I can remember almost everything. But, be careful if you are recording the audio in a device that is connected to the internet than you will still be at risk because that device can be penetrated by hackers. That's why for this purpose I use a smartphone that is unable to connect to internet because of sim/data hardware problem. However, it fulfills my purpose so that's why it's a safe thing for me.
2909  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoins held by the US government on: May 13, 2023, 07:18:33 PM
The U.S. government announced plans to sell these bitcoins in batches in 2023."
They picked the wrong time Smiley

The governments often announce their plans to create fear and speculate the situation. They will initially begin to sell some good amount of Bitcoin with an announcement to see if that will affect the price of Bitcoin and create fear in the minds of Holders. And, if they find no fear in the market they will continue selling and announcing.

If on the other hand they somehow see the market crashing they might halt the selling process and wait for the market to recover and then resell the remaining bitcoins in same fashion. That way they will sell their bitcoin without even letting them losing their value.

I know that they might have picked up the wrong time for those plans, but in crypto market no one really knows when times are right? Some people think that right times are the ones when the market is pumping crazily while others think that the right times are the ones when market is dumping. Everyone has different opinions in that regard.
2910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bingx Copytrading on: May 13, 2023, 03:46:47 PM
Hi, I am following only one trader on Bingx and I have set as margin $161 so that each position that is opened for me is $161 and only opened automatically one position with a margin of $40 (the trader opened two positions and I only opened one position).

Is there any way to open the position with the amount I specify or does bingx somehow limit that amount?

I'm not sure about the Bingx platform, but still I suggest you to not follow other traders blindly with copy-trading. Copy-trading is the worse form of trading for any trader and it won't teach you anything about trading in general. The copy-trading is not safe as you can get your capital liquidated by following a trader blindly.

It's always preferable to learn the trading yourself as that will be the best thing for the long term success. Many people get some profitable trades with copy-trading and then they blindly put their money into it. And, when those people lose the whole capital as copy-trading is most probably the main cause of liquidation in crypto-trading world.

Those traders whom you're following can't predict the market 100% of the time, and that's why you're putting your capital at risk with the copy-trading stuff. Although, it's possible to gain information about Bingx with a Google search, but I would rather suggest you to withdraw your funds from copy-trading and learn the basics of trading first before putting your money into it.

2912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Importing an old v0.3.0 wallet.dat - is my plan sound? on: May 13, 2023, 01:49:53 PM
Thanks for all the advice. I've ordered a larger drive as I only had a couple of small SSDs handy.

Will report back once I have any news or queries.

Will you report back even if you successfully found 1000 BTC in the wallet? I would be really nice to hear such thing and would be a new example set in the world of Bitcoin. However, curiosity aside, you should first follow the steps that @nc50lc @LoyceV has suggested you. And, do anything with care because it's something really of priority and should be given as much time as possible.

I wish you best of luck with your operations, and it will be really amazing if we can hear some good news from you. If in the process you get stuck or face errors than in that case you will get the best advice through the reputed members of this forum. Keep reporting the progress as that will be helpful for you, and it might be helpful for others as well.

A few simple suggestions that might be helpful for you. If you successfully managed to import the wallet and it somehow contains many bitcoins in it than in that case you should prefer to transfer your bitcoins to a hardware wallet. If that's not possible then you should try to be in offline mode as that will be very helpful for the security of the coins. You should also consider to create some new backups of the imported wallet as that would be a good step for the safety purposes.

2913  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Scamfree Marketplace on: May 13, 2023, 01:23:31 PM
Your timing and your target market on a primarily hostile audience towards NFT/ordinals on this forum is just bad.... because there are a lot of people that are hating on ordinals for "attacking" the Bitcoin network.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The ordinals have harmed the Bitcoin network very adversely and we all are emotionally affected by the harm that those useless tokens have done to our blockchain. It will take sometime to forgo the fear that those useless tokens have created in minds of many Bitcoin enthusiasts.

And, if you check the idea of the OP, it doesn't makes sense to me. After reading his replies I found that the OP is not good at doing technical things currently and has no sense of development to create such market. Even, I observed that his ideas are also not that good because it's literally impossible to create market that doesn't have any way of communication. If that could stop the scammers just by silencing them then man every platform would do that.

2914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase on the defensive about these bitcoin ordinal centralized meme coins on: May 13, 2023, 01:14:20 PM
Very interesting how these tokens which have no utility or intrinsic value except to the one's holding it, has up ended the king of all crypto and has caused a flurry of problems for the over 14 year cryptocurrency.

That's the bitter truth which we must have to swallow because we have no other option at the moment. The BRC-20 tokens are the most useless tokens in the whole history of crypto-currencies and they will be remembered by the community even if the developers find a solution to stop their evil operations.

I know that those useless tokens have harmed the king badly but still king will always remain the king and it's army would definitely find a way to secure the crown of the king of cryptos. It should be far better to promote more news about the uselessness of the tokens so that the buyers will lose interest in those non-useful tokens that hold no good value for the the ones who hold it.

The ones who are holding those tokens might lose all of their savings if the developers manage to find a way to stop that crazy BRC-20 protocol. Till then we must have to be patient and accept the current situation without letting it to ruin of life and our emotions.
2915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every Block With Fees > Subsidy So Far on: May 13, 2023, 12:03:14 PM

After 2140, when all 21M bitcoins in total supply will be mined and available, no more new bitcoins will be mined from mining process. Miners after that will receive bitcoins in transaction fee only, no longer receive any bitcoin from block rewards. What will happen with mempools, Bitcoin scalability in 2140 will be vital for Bitcoin miners. They must receive enough from transaction fees to pay for their operational cost.

I think the things will be very different after 2140 or even before it. As we all know that the tech world is improving at a very fast rate if the rate continues then things will be totally different in 2140 than the way they are today. As the technology progresses the new jobs are created and who knows that in 2140 the mining operations won't be run by individuals but by the whole governments or or companies. In that case would the transaction fees be enough to fulfill the cost of running those power-hungry Asics?

I think that the current miners will sell their Asics if the mining halts in 2140 because they won't find it lucrative and would lose the interest in their Asics. There will of course be mining operations but who know what the future holds for us.

Quote
With what happened around Ordinals, BRC20 tokens and very expensive transaction fees, I believe that miners will be fine with their mining earnings in future.

I don't think that the miners will ever be happy with the transaction fees only because that kind of events appears hardly once in a while and in the deep sense these are not good for Bitcoin as they cause more harm than good to the popularity of Bitcoin. Although, the miners will be incentivize for short term but that won't hold for too long.
2916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is Satoshi? on: May 12, 2023, 06:20:33 PM
Bitcoin network has been under attack and the results has been very high transaction fees which has made many people who use it for transactions to use alternatives. This is challenging to the vision of Satoshi when he created Bitcoin for use also as currency as many people will criticize the network as unfit for transactions if accepted for use and everyone starts to use it. There is no way that Satoshi is not aware of the current situation if still alive, do you think what is happening right now is enough to draw Satoshi out to still make some changes or improvemens annonymously?

The problem is not enough for Satoshi to reappear because in this case even he can't do anything. The current situation is really bad with transactions and the developers are trying to find out something to fix the issue. I don't think that even Satoshi is capable enough to increase the size of blocks. Even if he appears out of no where he won't be able to do anything other than coping with the current developers.

I believe that our beloved developers will soon find out a solution to resolve the issue of high transaction fees by implementing some new rules to disable ordinals protocol. I know this is easily said than done, but my firm belief is that soon we will see lower fees. And, if you ask me that if it's necessary for Satoshi to come back in this situation I would answer no because even he if comes back the things won't be in control. Let him remain anonymous till his last days after that the choice of appearing or not will also be his own decision.

2917  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Chipmixer, blender.io fake mixer is still active on the internet. Avoid google🔎 on: May 12, 2023, 12:05:36 PM
Looks like the scammers are niave enough to host a phishing site of a mixer which has already been shut down by the government. I don't know that how could those negative actors generate such useless ideas. Basically anyone who is not tech-savy should always prefer someone good at teach before using any of the mixers. The phishing mixer sites are growing enormously and it looks like that the scammers are highly interested in such services and might have scammed many innocent users with such traps.

It's always better to go with trusted mixers rather than falling for the ones who are known for their scamming activates. There are many good and trusty mixers available on this forum and their campaigns are running very well. The unfortunate thing is that the scammers have created phishing pages of the highly trustable mixers as well. For example there are many clones of SinBad mixer and anyone who searches it into Google will reach those fake sites.

I learnt a lot from making those avatars and next time I will do better than this one. Best of luck to all those who haven't won, especially to @nioctib_100, I believe that you'll also do your best in next contest! Once again congratulations to winners! Hard work always pays!
2919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Internet is one limitation of bitcoin on: May 12, 2023, 11:26:24 AM
I am facing a real world issue that prevents me from using Bitcoin.

I live in Pakistan and for last three days cellular internet service all across the country is suspended because of prevailing law and order situation. Internet is working on fixed line connection that is reaching homes. So there is still some connectivity available.

If the cellular data is disabled then that might be suspended intentionally. However, in such cases it is always preferable to use secondary connection in the form of Broadband, or Fibre optics as they most likely won't be affected in such situations. It's always a better choice to have access to internet via multiple routes just relying on cellular data is not a reliable thing.

Quote
If government shut down internet service even on fixed line connection then there will be complete internet blackout in the country and in that situation we cant use bitcoin.

The government won't shut down the whole internet as that will take the country backward, however if anything like that happens then only those people will be able to use the internet who will have their own private connections via satellite. One such service is Starlink as they offer satellite services across globe.

Wow man! The information is really amazing! But it's very technical for someone to get access to such internet connection. I also think that such connections might be illegal and could cause problems for the user. If a government is completely blocking internet and still the user is trying to access it with the help of such connections might be the reason of legal action against the user.
2920  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin: The Future of Digital Currency on: May 12, 2023, 11:06:47 AM

check again please. Now i write it manually and edit it.
thanks for your advice....

Although, the information in the article is correct but if you have created it using AI tools than that isn't a good thing as you won't be able to learn anything if your main intention is to create fake content that is generated with the help of those AI tools. Those AI won't help you in the learning process and that's not a good thing for someone who's into Bitcoin.

I recommend you to learn about Bitcoin and the technology behind it first and then create your topics. If your main intention behind creating such posts with the help of AI is to gain merits then sorry to say but you won't get any merits with such posts. The members in this forum are all aware of Bitcoin and they won't spend their sendable merits on non-worthy posts.

Once, you have got enough knowledge about Bitcoin and the technology behind it then you should definitely create some good posts with the intension of helping others rather than for gaining merits. You'll be amazed that members of this forum are very nice and they appreciate good posts and spend their sMerits without rethinking.
