Concerning updates in Twitter & Spreadsheet, I agree, it is unusual and hence I considered this ICO is coming too early (not enough time for putting things in line), it looks like, there is too much work for the devs at this stage.

But we know - they will pay those who actively promoted the project and/or invested their time for jobs (e.g. translations).

We have to give them time, to work on the priority-tasks (what usually not is "serving the Bounty-participants", I guess and will have an answer at this place...

If your wallet shows you have tokens (token balance) then you have them, it's that simple. Ignore the "token value" as that is rather informational and not always updated / correct.

I just was not sure, if the token I bought are the "real VIB-token" or if there is any technical way to purchase "fake-token" (I am not that deep in the technical stuff and earlier mixed up VIBE with VIB, so a little confused after that...

Yes, they stop from tweeting and they even stop updating their tracker for 2 weeks now, They didn't inform us the reason behind this. I think This campaign failed.
